Nice location..everything was close proximity. All was good..

Hotel charges $10 per day for parking.. did not know that at time of booking.

Great staff. There were 3 of us in the room. There was one bar of hand soap. 1 set of towels. There was not a complete set of bedding for the hide a bed.

Close to Airport & Mall..Cute mini & regular waffle makers…Good coffee variety& flavors… Nothing within walking distance(No restaurants,activities,sundries,)…Mall was near(Im a walker), but too far to walk safely in the heat, or distance wise)….Food staff “hovered” a little too much, (the male),gave an uncomfortable/begrudging type feeling…Breakfast (oatmeal, creamed biscuit recipe were both very watery,OJ beverage/punch…..Shuttle driver (older man/ weekend)was obviously very tired,Not pleasant,not smiling, not friendly,(tipped him anyway but ??)…..Price was not quite the same as listed especially with expected ( earned) discounts and added Fees & taxes …

The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. There were no more parking spaces except for diamond members so we were told that we could park there. I thought that was pretty nice.

The thermostat in room 237 does not work. Annoying fan on high noise all night. There is a $10/ night undisclosed parking fee. The free breakfast opens at 6:00am and I had to be out the door before then. Also, time for a new mattress. The lumps are forming. Correct these items, combined with the hotel’s great location and this place will be 5 stars across the board. Mark

Get rid of the wall paper in bath room and upgrade slightly. Would like the sheets to have fully covered the mattresses. Just a little would go a long way.

Everything was wonderful! It was clean and the staff was great!

The room was nice and pool was clean. Breakfast was good as well. I would book again. Next stay im going to tell them I need to be on the lower floors. I didn't like I was on the 4th floor and I was a long ways from the front desk and the elevator.

The breakfast was satisfactory.The carpet throughout the hotel is worn and or dirty.Cant really tell.The wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling off the wall in many places.The blind in the room was broken.It was permanently down,There was no way to raise it.The window behind the blind was damaged.It had strange coloring on it. I reported it to the front desk. She said she would inform maintenance.

The front desk was very friendly and accomading, they explained everything that was offered and make my check in very fast.

We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served. We were disappointed first, that they charged for parking when most places around had free parking, and second that we had to pay a third party for parking rather than just adding it to the hotel charge. The room was comfortable and the staff was nice. Just kind of the corporate way to charge for everything.

Great location for quick access to airport, clean and comfy room and the complimentary shuttle service was very helpful. However, our early departure (5 am) was before breakfast service started and the “grab and go” option mentioned at check-in wasn’t available.

The hotel is definitely dated. The carpet is in really bad shape. The hotel had a musty smell. The bed was an old spring mattress that was uncomfortable. We were just passing through and it worked for the night.

The hotel needs advertise.There's a $10 overnight parking fee for each night. We were cut off guard on checking into hotel.

Staff was very welcoming and airport shuttle driver was great! Room was spacious and well designed. Rug in room was frayed in one corner and was a tripping hazard.

They make overnight and multi-night staying guests pay for parking $10 per night. If they want to charge guests who park at their site and fly, that is one thing. But to charge guests that are just staying at their hotel is uncalled for, especially at the prices they charge.

The room was clean and big. Water did not get hot in the shower and water pressure not that great, but otherwise all good.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was spectacular! The room was very clean and free of any odors. The o ly issue I had was the hot water temperature in the shower. The temp was barely luke warm. I contacted the front desk and they sent the maintenence man up to check it out. He put his hand in the shower and basically said the water is hot. He told me thats the best it will be and left. The next morning I accidently turned the knob in the opposite direction than you normally would and found a spot on the dial where the water was hot like you would expect to be. So the problem worked itself out. The breakfast was very good and the staff made sure the trays were always full. I would definately recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself.

It was midnight and I was greeted with a smile from night staff. The key didn’t work had to go back to desk for new key.

We needed a room for one night to catch an early flight from Pensacola Airport.

Location is amazing, my room was clean and the beds were so comfortable, don’t get me started with the staff . They went beyond to make sure my stay was outstanding. The breakfast was top tier I can’t find anything negative , loved my stay

Bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a while. Toilet seat was disgusting, covered in bodily fluids. Also, there was urine and toilet paper in the toilet, not flushed, when we arrived.

NO HOT WATER!!! Staff did move me to another room, however, the problem remained. It wasn’t until I was told by an employee to run the sink, shower, and flush the toliet at the same time, did I have hot water. Considering the price I paid for the week, this practice was unnecessary.

There was no hot water in the room we booked. We were informed that there is a block of rooms at the hotel that do not have access to hot water. The hotel knowingly booked the room without disclosing this information before hand. I'm confused at why rooms without hot water would be booked for guests at all. I dont think I'll be staying at Hampton Inn again.

While all were things i could look past because i understand things happen, the fact that it all happened in one stay kinda ruined the stay as a whole. We decided to stay in town another night and checked into a diffrent hotel.

Staff was very accommodating. Airport shuttle was very prompt. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower instead of a tub combo much easier to get in and out of. The water pressure was great. Very quiet for a great night's sleep before heading out on an early morning flight. Highly recommend.

We have to change rooms three times. The first room the air conditioning wasn't working. The second room no hot water. We had to take a shower in ice cold water. The three room was great the water were warm in there. We had to take a shower at 4:00 am so we can have warm water. Overall our stay was a 4 out of 10.

Wish I had had the keurig type of coffee maker in room. When we checked in and got to room there was no body soap in dispenser but that was rectified immediately. Most importantly it was extremely convenient to where we attended a sporting event. We were disappointed there was no meat served at breakfast bar Saturday AM, Sunday morning we checked out early and there was meat served. I loved the fact that our room, 131, was away from all activity and we felt like we were all alone during our stay. Very quiet, very convenient as far as parking. We will stay there again.

Loved the staff and room but was disappointed to try to make myself coffee this morning and there were 5 packs of decaf coffee only and no cream/sweetener to make a coffee even if I’d had real coffee. My remote needs new batteries I’m pretty sure, I could only watch one channel.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast choices was not good.

We were promptly checked in, the room appeared nice, but there was what appeared to be phlegm in the sink. That made the whole room feel nasty and unclean. Additionally, the parking was so limited we had to park in an area cordoned off (presumably for repainting lines or resurfacing) and we got a nastygram from the hotel for where we parked. We literally drove the whole lot looking for a space.

Our room had a broken window we found after staying the night and the room smelled like pee. It didn’t look dirty but clearly hadn’t been checked for mistakes. No toiletries and the stench could be smelled throughout.

My stay was comfortable. The check in was easy, the staff was pleasant and helpful. It's an older hotel, but it is well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the shuttle was convenient.

They let us stay in the lobby for a couple of hours after check out because we had a late flight. It was comfortable, free coffee and water and tea. Very nice hotel.

Room smelled musty, like everything was damp. Breakfast was good enough. Common areas were clean, but it is a very well worn property. I’d only recommend if you’re flying in/out.

I wanted something near the airport and this is across the street. For me the streets is the South are hard to navigate. They tend to veer off to oblivion. Place seems a little dated but clean and nice. Breakfast is terrific. Eggs and sausage plus.

Well located near the airport and within walking distance of a few restaurants should you need to turn in a rental car. Breakfast was good and clean. Our room had some trash under the counter in the bathroom and the air conditioner was really loud. It never turned off so guessing the thermostat wasn't working. Reported these items on checkout and the front desk clerk didn't really seem to care. Would not make eye contact.

The check in was great, the staff was nice and easy to work with. Breakfast was delicious!! The ladies working breakfast were also awesome! Our room however was not up to par. The bathroom floor was sticky, the bed was so uncomfortable, the trim was falling off the wall and on the last day of our stay we found someone else’s clothes shoved behind a chair. AND one of the elevators were broken. For as much as I spent, I was expecting a more enjoyable stay. I will likely never book this place again.

Front desk was super pleasant! Thanks Mamie! Hotel elevators were very dirty - floors, walls, hand rails. We couldn’t sit on desk chair or other chair due to stains, food crumbs, nasty. Just disappointing for a Hampton. Bed was comfy, pillows- glad we had two per person. Hot water pressure in shower was Amazing!

The customer service was less than acceptable. The young man at the desk. Derrick was very nice. A little confused gave us a room went to the room. The room was showing down for maintenance because the bathtub would not drain the maintenance and the manager was on the floor and a housekeeper when we went to checking in they could not determine what we were supposed to be in. Derrick told them 242. He wrote 240 on our keys. It took us a little while to get in our room once we were in our room the TV did not work The TV cut on at 4 o’clock this morning blasting I could not turn it off. Call the front desk. They had no maintenance to come fix the television when they were supposed to come fix it earlier that day. The lady told me she would give me a discount for the TV for the inconvenience. I am fighting with you and the hotel Steele Four hours later just trying to get whatever discount she promised me that I did not ask for I did not have a good day. I am a Hilton member and I will never stay at this property again and I probably won’t use you again. At this point, I would like a full refund.

This hotel is in a convenient location to the airport and provides free shuttle service. The staff is very helpful and polite, breakfast is good with lots of choices, and the rooms are clean.

Nice place, convenient to airport. Clean room, comfy bed…but the need to update bed linens…I could read a book through mine they were washed so thin.

This will be my go-to hotel when flying from Pensacola from now on! It was clean, quiet, in excellent condition overall and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast included was pretty good. The airport shuttle was quick and convenient too.I stayed at a different and considerably more expensive airport hotel in Pensacola and it was filthy and in overall terrible repair. I highly recommend this property.

The staff is the best!! I think starting with the manager whose name I never learned.

Otherwise, the room was clean and it's right next to the airport which is why I stayed there.

The hotel was nice. The carpeting in the room was filthy, your feet stuck to the floor when you walked.

When we checked into our room, there was black hair all on the sheets and blanket. We had to be moved to another room. The other room was dusty and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The next morning we had to check out early so we got the to go breakfast in the brown bag. There was a hard style bagel and a rotten orange in the bag. I have stayed at Hampton for several years and I have never ran into an issue with cleanliness. My stay there was very disappointing.

And 2 dead bugs in the bedroom area No extra bedding for the sofa bed.. Bedding on the bed smelled really fresh That was a plus
