The water pressure was terrible!

Breakfast was not adequate for guests outside US. More yogurt and fresh fruits may be better. For 1 week the room was adequate. I had to order a stove for cooking, which was not what Residence Inn by Marriot offers.

The staff was responsive, friendly and worked hard to keep everything tidy. For instance, the staff worked nonstop during the complimentary breakfast hours to ensure guests had what they needed as well as keeping the entire area well-stocked and sanitized. They had wonderful food choices as well, even for people like me, with food allergies. The best part is that the entire hotel was vibrant with life and warm color, yet pleasingly quiet. Plus, the staff offered welcoming touches, like a bowl of fresh apples and a nice Mother's Day photo area. What a delightful place!

Great stay with my family. Hotel and room were clean, comfortable beds, decent breakfast spread. Hall was a little noisy, had kids randomly knocking on our door every time they’d walk by (room was near elevator), but that wasn’t hotel’s fault. Location was good, would stay again.

The staff was awesome! They were able accommodate us with an early check in. The room and bathroom were immaculate! The room was very comfortable and pleasant. All the extra outlets and usb ports were very appreciated. Most places only have a few in a common area. While we didn’t have breakfast here, the set up looked pretty good. We look forward to staying here again.

One of the electronically controlled blinds was stuck completely up and no solution was offered when bringing this up to the staff. This was especially annoying in the morning when the sun came into the room before anyone wanted to be up. And on top of that, the deadbolt wouldn’t latch on the door no matter what we tried and the secondary security “tab” that secures the door on the inside was very loose and easily could have come off the frame if someone were trying to break into the room. There is also a terrible automated texting service for reporting issues that doesn’t seem to work at all, as none of my complaints were addressed and yet the day after I checked out, this service still had the audacity to ask me how my stay was. On top of this, the room I was in was pretty poorly put together and even missing some amenities, like the single stove burner I saw in the pictures online. I picked this place because of its location and solid reviews, but I would avoid it like the plague going forward. Very disappointed with my stay here.

Location fitted our plans for the following day. Breakfast was okay but limited. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor because we thought it would be quieter. Unfortunately, it was underneath the HVAC unit on the roof so we had a low, constant hum all night. Will probably stay at the motel again but definitely not on the upper floor.

I'm always impressed with Home2 Suites. The rooms are large and inviting with a full kitchen setup. Beds are comfortable with nice linens, bath is large and perfectly suited. Very clean, nice staff, and decent breakfast. Will stay again!

We had an air conditioner go out on Sunday morning and Home 2 Suites let us check in early. Monday morning we checked out to meet the air conditioner repairman at 8 AM. The Repairman had to get parts and would return at noon to do the repairs. I called Home 2 Suites and asked if we could check back in until the check out time so we could stay cool and they graciously let us come back. We were very grateful for their taking care of us.

Room was very nice and clean. I requested for an hour earlier ck in due to family function and was told to call the morning of ck in which I did, the clerk was very helpful and remembered my call when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy which was a big help since we were pressed for time. We decided to skip breakfast and just have coffee since it was continental and didn’t look desirable.

They don't offer complimentary water.

Practically no amenities for such an isolated property. Worm out mattress and furniture gave me the impression this room would not have passed a swab test. Would never stay there again.

My husband likes to stay at Home2Suites Pasadena location when he travels there for work. The location is convenient, the hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints

I always enjoy Home2 Suites. I love having the supplied kitchen and extra space. This one particular...the location is a little tricky but quiet. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed here before sailing out of Galveston. We had about another 30-40 minute drive cruise morning, but it was worth the savings in price compared to staying in Galveston. Breakfast was also good, no bacon this particular morning...but still good;)

I thought the hotel was clean until the first day of our stay the pool was closed due to painting I was told only to be later told human waste was in the pool only given two large towels it was located next to a busy freeway My friend was missing a couple items and we left to the garbage overflowing by front doors three star at the least

The property was nice. I didn’t like that the pool was closed at 10:00 the blow dryer in the room smelled burned, when I told the staff they we’re not concerned.

We wanted to stay close to the airport (Hobby) so we went with this place. The only hard park was crossing the oncoming traffic to get to the hotel. Didn’t realize it was in a secluded area. The room was nice and clean.

I really enjoyed this hotel. BUT what i didnt like is that when its SATURDAY they cloesed the pool to put chemicals. Lots of guest have children that wanted to go swimming but couldnt because they decided to put chemicals. Something like that should wait at until Monday very disappointed

This hotel is so convenient to Pasadena restaurants. It only took me around 10 minutes to get to Hobby Airport. It’s 10-15 minutes to Bay Oaks mall and all of the great restaurants there. The room is huge and comfortable, perfect for a family. We didn’t use the pool or gym, but they looked nice.

the smell in the front entrance of the hotel. very hot and moldy smell and it may have been the carpet.

During our three night stay, housekeeping did bare minimum. As we arrived room was not throughly cleaned.

This place feels safe, new, and quiet. It is far from run down. The breakfast is nice, delicious, clean, and hot. If I absolutely must find something to complain about is the whole grain waffles. I prefer my waffles to be fully processed flour - other than that the breakfast was more than sufficient to satisfy most people’s needs.

When we got there the first room they gave us smelled like dog!!! We went and asked for another room, front desk said they didn’t have any, so then I told her we would leave and so she spoke to her manager called us back and gave us another room, this one was not the best but way better. We had never had issues with this chain of hotels.

Check in was a nightmare. The room was still dirty after having to wait an hour to check in because the room needed a “deep clean”. There was urine all over the toliet seat. The AC didn’t work properly. The window shades over the bed to not go all the way down to block out the bright lights coming in from the parking lot. It looked like it was daylight in my room all night. I have stayed here before, but I won’t be back.

First, Hilton is aiding and abetting criminals. Offering housing to illegal migrants is shameful and the disregard for the property is embarrassing. People have to decide whether they will support Hilton on this and being the arbiters of what laws to respect. The desk seat in the room was wet for some reason, carpet was fllthy and worn out and torn up, no cold water which may just be a Houston thing
