Very clean hotel. And very quiet at night. There were kids next door and when I walked down the hall I could hear them but in my room I didn’t hear a peep. Only thing was on checkout the girls at the desk seemed annoyed too check me out. They didn’t have any customer etiquette. They just looked at me like what do you want!? But other than that my stay was very pleasant!

Breakfast was great & staff was particularly helpful with multiple unique requests( like storing flowers for multi days of dance performances)

The Not-so-Good: The room we were in was not vacuumed and the floors in the suite and in the shower were dirty. In the gym, almost all of the cardio equipment was broken except one treadmill and the rower (kuddos that they had a rower!). The staff were not excited to help in fixing the equipment either. The breakfast was fairly good; but for those that are GF, there were not many options. Lastly, the entire floor we were staying on smelled like weed. Overall: It is a good/safe hotel and very spacious. At this price point, you have many options in this location, so search out the right one based on the most recent reviews.

Paid for a double bed room and it was not clean when I checked in. Front desk could not give me another double bed room but instead gave us a 1 king bed for a family of 5 and told me they couldn't discount it.

I booked a room w/double beds. At ck in, found out elevator out of order. My husband CAN NOT walk up the stairs. Felicity offered the king bed available on bottom floor. She said she was not able to refund the difference in bookings because room booked thru Hotels.com. Needed a room downstairs, so accepted king bed. I understand that elevator has been out over a Month!! A comment should have been posted on your booking site. I was very fortunate a room was available downstairs, even though the room I got was cheaper than the room I booked! Better communication is definitely needed between Holiday Inn and Hotels.com.

I’m very sure the Fairfield behind the holiday inn or even the Quinta inn was. Better. I did not like my check in, check out experience. For a holiday in the room was not as clean, there was a smell, and the bathroom had a leak. The breakfast was no good at all

Avoid if you can. Hottub was not working which is what we had specifically selected this hotel for. Fridge had leftover stuff. Door lock had issues. Breakfast spread was very little. They also had stale apples and didn’t bother to replace until I told.

The room was great. It was very roomy and comfortable. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the K-cups too. The associate on duty for check in was very nice and friendly. The only negative complaint I have, there was no one at the desk when we left the next morning 7:30am. I was not able to get my receipt. Had to call the next day to take care of it.

I have stayed at several hotels in the area but this was the best. I mentioned that to the person at the front desk. Additionally, I enjoyed the free “Take One” cookie at the front desk. They were delicious.

The rooms are very spacious! Beds were comfortable. The tub had mold stains. Also under the faucet drain. The breakfast wasn't all that great. The coffee was extra super strong. I had to just throw it away.

Both rooms I stayed in had black caulking around the tubs. And one of the floors was all sticky. Second night people were partying in the rooms and there were people running back and forth and yelling in the halls for 2 nights in a row who trashed the halls and elevators.. Beds were clean and the workers behind the desk were very friendly and I saw them be firm with the other obnoxious guests.

I booked a $200 room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for my family of 4 adults. When we got to the hotel, we were told that we had booked a room with just a king sized bed. I pulled up my receipt from hotels.com and the front desk attendance shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry, there are no other rooms within a 2 hour radius." So, we took the room. My daughters shared the small pull out couch. We had to put the mattress on the floor because it was too small for 2 18year olds to share without falling off. There were peanuts and candies all over the mattress. The worst part is the hotel claimed to not have any blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. Luckily, my girls had a couple of blankets in the car - and my husband and I gave them our top sheet. So, they slept on a bare mattress with no pillows. I don't understand what the hotel thought when they saw a reservation for 4 adults. I am willing to bet, they gave our room to somebody else in hopes we would not show up - or if we did show up it would be late and we would just accept our fate. I guess they were correct... we just accepted our fate for the night. Hotels.com offered us a $25 refund for the mixup. I can't say that made it any better.

This Holiday Inn was a fantastic place to stay with my family. Staff is very hospitable and honest! Highly recommend if you’re in the Pasadena area.

We were greeted at arrival and the front desk staff was courteous. I checked in fairly fast and made my way to my room. Upon arriving the halls were clean and quiet. My room was tidy and I loved the handy lotion in the restroom. The beds were comfy and of course there was breakfast available in the morning. Overall a good stay for my birthday weekend.

This Holiday Inn Express is new and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast is as usual great, however Pancake and few other items were missing. The staff was courteous and treat you a valued customer. There was enough bedding and bathroom towels. Parking is free outside and convenient to enter the hotel. The area looked safe and the room were not too noisy. It has carpeted floor in the room which my kid liked. Overall we would love to stay this Holiday Inn location.

The fitness center was good. It is the nicest fitness center i have seen for a 3 star hotel and had what looked like new equipment. This was my second stay there and I will continue to use them for work trips.

The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable! The lady at the front desk was very rude, dry, and lacing in customer service! There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. When we asked, she only gave my husband 1 sheet. I had to call back to request more. Her response was, "i don't have any blankets, what do you want me to do? " i asked for 2 more sheets which were provided. Other than that.. the hotel was great.

My mom didn’t even get to stay … she had extremely poor service at the front desk. The employees wouldn’t even allow her to pay cash. Yes, she was still okay if they left the card on file just in case they happens to “trash” the room. He charged it knowing she had just said she would pay cash. It didn’t go through so he automatically said you can’t stay here it didn’t work. At this point she said I wasn’t going to argue even though I just said I would pay cash at that exact moment. It was just extremely poor service and he wouldn’t even give his last name or his managers name when my mother asked. Luckily we were able to get them a room not to far but we definitely won’t book with this company ever again.

We only stayed one night, when we arrived the receptionist took great care of us. The room was "clean," but seeing that the floor had not been vacuumed, you could see garbage and hair from previous guests. When we woke up we went to the cafeteria 20 minutes before it closed and to our surprise everything was already empty. When I asked if there would be more food, the person in the kitchen with an annoying attitude told me to wait because she was going to put more. Some of the waiting guests left before more food arrived.

This place is horrible. Elevator was not working and stairs were boiling. Staff is extremely rude and didn’t help with anything. Even though we paid extra for additional guests , no extra comforters were provided. Hot breakfast is a joke here. Pancake machine was out of order for all 3 days we stayed there. They even took the coffee pots away after 9:30 am . This is by far the worst holiday inn I stayed. They need to be ripped off their holiday inn name and changed it to some cheap motel

Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast could be a little better. The elevator broke on our 2nd night there which was inconvenient but things happen which I understand. The only negative thing i have yo stay is not about the hotel but about a couple that were staying there. They put their clothes in the dryer and then did not come back to get them for hours and this made it where nobody else was able to use the dryer. Not the hotels fault at all just inconsiderate people.

Should've booked here 1st. Glad I was able to change my reservation from that "other" place. Great staff, clean room, comfy bed, etc, etc, etc. Loved it

They had ZERO bedding in room for the pull out sofa. Went to front desk and was told they don’t have any extra and no extra pillows. She Offered only fitted sheet with flat. I had to ask if I could at least get two flat sheets so my kid could have something to cover with and stay warm. Lastly go into bathroom and shower had roach crawling around. Extremely disappointed!!!!

I feel the price I paid a little too much for what we got and in the area we were in. Front desk personnel was ok. I was turned off when I tried to sit at the fabric chair and had a white stain that never got cleaned out so I sat at the end of the chair as I spot rice grains and debris on the carpet and a piece of plastic (looks like from a water bottle). Vacuuming does not appear to be done after every guest. The tub’s stopper was broken and the tub filled with water because it wasn’t draining properly. Breakfast was ok. Maintenance and house keeping need a lot of work. Recommendation: There’s no towel holders in the restroom, hand towel racks and bath towel racks would be nice.

Great location, good condition, breakfast was just eggs and sausage, they run out of milk pretty quick, so cereal is no at option neither. Besides the breakfast, everything is great!

The only issue I had was the air conditioner stopped working around 11pm at night and they had no one to fix it and couldn’t change us rooms due to being all booked. They didn’t offer a refund either.

My children and I loved the pool! Especially because it was covered! The beds were very comfortable! We had a great stay!

Overall great stay except for being accused of stealing from their snack area. Small misunderstanding….

Service was excellent. Front desk was very helpful and accomodating.

The only thing that was not great was that the tv did not work.

The room was dirty, the blinds broken .. unable to use them at all. the front desk clerk was extremely rude, and The manager was of little help if any at all. Absolutely will not be staying at that location again.

The only thing I didn't like is the temperature of the water in the shower. It doesn't get hot enough. Everything else was great.

We were on 3rd floor, with many families with wild late night children. They were running in halls, hollering, slamming doors. Blame parents. Went to reception desk at 10:45 PM to complain. Offered to move us. Too late for that! Moved next day. Better!

Clean quiet hotel, rooms are spacious.

Check in with the larger gentleman at the front desk was painful. He seemed annoyed that we were keeping him from his phone. The breakfast nice but could have been better quality, no pancakes but they had eggo waffles. Dirty cleaning rag was found in room

The breakfast provided was at best substandard, with somethings being completely inedible.

The room appeared clean when we checked in, but you could tell housekeeping had just done a quick room clean of surface item¿s. We found a bowl of chips, pizza crusts, and other random food underneath one of the chairs in the corner. It was so gross.

Hotel was not serving hot breakfast as advertised, which had been a large factor in us choosing it over a close competitor. Should have been made aware of this prior to arriving, and had a slight discount offered since we had to go out for real breakfast.
