Overall it was a peaceful and quiet stay . Didn't quite make it for breakfast as it ended at 9:00 ,pretty early in my estimation.. overall I gave the place an 8

Convenient location, bed was very comfortable, could see my car parked from my room window. Room appeared clean, but sparse and furnishings and amenities. On your reservation page it offered breakfast but gave no hours. I looked at the area when I arrived and saw no signs showing what our breakfast was open or what was offered. After rising the following morning I went down for the breakfast at 9:30 and was told it stopped at nine. I found out later in reviews that all that was offered was juice, coffee, and make your own waffles. No other options.

I never knew they offered breakfast, i was never told 1st. Is the roaches we're bad, the restroom lights didnt work, the shower head was terrible, the molding on the floor boards were peeling off. When i walked the halls for ice, the carpet was filthy, dog poop on the floor, this hotel should be updated. I will not stay here anymore nor recommend it at all

Staff was friendly Rooms were small, elevator was very small. They only had one trolley to load stuff to your room. Vending machine was out of order. The so called breakfast was waffles, muffin. They do not have coffee in rooms. And the juice for breakfast was also out of order. The cable was terrible, glitched the entire time, if you could even get the channel to even come in. WiFi was also very slow. Won't be staying again.

Room was spacious and clean, very nice. The beds were really comfortable and the ac worked good. The shower and bathroom was clean and spacious also.

We've stayed here quite a few times over the years, and it's usually a nice quiet place. If it's really busy with a lot of guests, the auto closing doors slamming in the hallway can be annoying but it's never been an all night problem. Once people get settled in their rooms, it's quiet again. The staff is polite and professional, ready to help if there's an issue. One thing I wish they would change is the lack of a coffee maker in the room. Really happy that they have an elevator. No struggle to lug all of the luggage up a flight of stairs. Yay!

It waa a nice quiet time bo problem in that area. However, no vending or soda machine and no pool. Owner's of the place sold chips,candy, sodas, etc.. minor items. Breakfast was minimal not much of a selection and juice machine only had one choice of juice. Half the machine worked only for the juice. Rooms do need a bit of an upgrade, they were clean, and didn't have that old moldy scent.

The property was nice and quiet. Was very close to the people I was visiting, The only issue I had was there was no coffee maker in the room. Only coffee available was in the lobby and I was on the 3rd floor. Not real convenient. I saw several beverages for breakfast, but only one waffle maker. Did not see any other options available foodwise.

The air conditioning did not work, I slept in a hot room, sweating all night, the manager refused to accommodate. Very disappointed and angry that I spent $175 to sleep in a hot room in the dead of summer.

This place was above and beyond for what you think it would be. It’s perfect for a simple stay or a long stay very friendly. Waffles are amazing. Wish they would serve them a little longer and refill once they run out, but it is what it is. 5 star all around!!

Check in went very smooth until the desk clerk said he had to run my card, even though I prepaid. Could not understand his broken english as to why, but no new charges, yet. Refrigerator did not work, a/c fan barely blew, bare minimum of towels, Xfinity 90% shop at home programming, CBS not available, luggage cart came apart while using. At checkout, the clerk tried to double charge the pet deposit, was given no receipts even though I asked for them. Someone was smoking weed and it could be smelled down stairs; we were on the 3rd floor, and the hotel only had 3 or 4 rooms in use.

Room was full of broken and cracked items. Chair looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster. Bathtub nozzle 1/2 broken off. Light beside bed didnt work. Breakfast was cereal and waffle maker only one day and second day had mini muffins added to it.

It was dirty and smelly. Stains on curtains and on fabric chairs. Looked to be very old. Needs an upgrade.

The front desk guy couldn't find my reservation with my name, confirmation number, emails from expedia etc. He offered nothing for the inconvenience of me waiting 15 min before he found it. The a/c was off in the hallways and room in July. It was 95 degrees outside and it took over 4 hours for the room to cool off. The offering for "breakfast" was a joke.

Needed a quick 2 night stay and this place was local. I'm surprised this place is even still open. Out of date, smelled, poor circulation in the room. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My only real complaint was the lack of any breakfast. I would have gone to another location had I known, and I know that sounds uber cranky but, as the only adult traveling with two children, having something for them to eat as soon as they wake up is a MUST in order for me to use my morning to plan our day.

the first rooms we had in both rooms neither one of the refrigerators close properly. The nightstand wobbled like it was going to fall over then when we went to recheck our rooms the lady told us because we had an adjoining room to another guest that was with us that we couldn't keep the room that we were in because we opened the door and the other guess it was with us had a dog even though the dog did not cross the threshold into our room they made us move rooms but informed us if we would like to keep the room that we were already in for the last two nights we could for an additional $10 a night. So we switched rooms to across the hall and when we walk in the room the light fixture cover to the restroom was sitting on the counter then when you turned on the exhaust fan in the restroom that also worked the light it sounded like it was going to explode. To make matters worse while I was at work on Saturday my boyfriend informed me that they came and knocked on the door and told him that they had to let maintenance in to clean our AC units and told us that it was mandatory. Which in my opinion they could have waited until we checked out instead of inconveniencing us for a room that we pay for to be able to relax in. Then they need to make sure that the people that they have coming in the room realize it's just because they speak another language than English doesn't mean we don't understand what they're saying, they said we where dirty people. Never again will I stay there.

Hair on sheets, many holes burnt in bedspread and blood stains. Dresser broke and only half left standing. No hot water in bathroom sink. Nasty place wont stay here again.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AND IS BAD! DOR STARTERS I RESERVED A NONSMOKING ROOM, MY ITINERARY SHOWED SMOKING! WHEN I GOT TO THE HOTEL I HAD TO PAY $20.00 PER ROOM TO CHANGE IT TO NON SMOKING, YOUR WEBSITE SAID BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED BUT ALL THEY HAVE IS A MUFFIN AND COFFEE!

Pool was filled so no access. Front desk personnel was terrible. Check in I got there at 1:55 and was told I had to wait until 2:00pm. I had 2 friends visit while staying there(reason why I was in the area) and front desk called to complain.

Was looking forward to the pool as it mentioned pool available and there is no pool at all.

Its off of beltway 8...just off the feeder road...so convenient..great location for short drive to restaurants and wal mart..

Check-in was quick. Positives: The room was quiet & clean. Negatives: Tv issues, phone didn't work, no hot water in the evening nor in the morning.

The Air Conditioner worked, but made a loud buzzing noise even when it was turned off. The sink had a leak underneath that had to be addressed. The Cleanliness was good but could be better… the walls, outlet covers and furnishings had splatters from old spills/splatters. Simple wipe down would be sufficient Definitely needs update on bedding The location was Great very Convenient to everything you need A-Z

Ppl out in parkinglot loitering all day...feels uncomfortable...offical tent city across the street full of tweekers unlike last year where it was a couple blocks away..they lock you out of your room regardless if youve paid in full for numerous days..there is a now hiring sign infront of hotel witch explaines the incompetence of the ppl at the desk not getting properly trained.

The staff was rude. I had requested for two queen size beds, non smoking room with mobility accesible room and didn’t get that but did get charged for it. Got two full size beds, smelled so gross like cigarette and no space. The lady said she would give me my money back when we talked to her in the front desk but as soon as we got back in the room to get our stuff out(not even 5 minutes after speaking to her) and she calls the room and tells us she isn’t giving us a refund. We have 4 small kids, we were crowded in there and it smelled pretty bad. Worst experience and never going back.

We were in room 215 and there was CONSTANT heavy foot step and sounded like furniture being moved all night over our ceiling. Bed was comfortable but noise kept me awake.

This hotel has to be onee of the worst places I've evr stayed. Upon checkin the guy ar the front was very short with me and he overall demeanor was negative. Thee room was dirty, roaches seen at the three differnt times. The a/c barely worked and made loud noises all night. The bed was vey uncomfortable. The web site said there would be free breakfast.. no breakfast offered at all. I can go on for a while about all the negtivr things but don't really have time. I think hotels.com should remove this from their listing of available places to stay. This is not the type of facility i would want to be associated with. Franjly i wish i had not pucked this hotel. I wasbot expecting Waldorf accommodations but this place was at the very bottom of the barrel

*I asked for an extra pillow and blanket and was told "we don't have any". If I had not brought my bag with a comforter and blanket, my kid who prefers to make a pallet on the floor would have had nothing to sleep on. *The pictures here are not what the rooms look like. I chose this hotel because of the carpeted floors for my pallet kid. *No breakfast! *When I asked for extra towels (2 towels for 3 people) I had to justify why I wanted an extra and then was given an extra towel reluctantly. *There was something red splattered on the wall next to the window. *The beds had just the 2 sheets & a 1970's throw-back blanket. *There was a sign on the doors stating masks were mandatory to enter; however, the employees were not wearing them. *As I checked in, I watched an employee fold a sheet. The sheet was all over the floor while he was folding it. He only moved the a table when he waa ready to fold it the final 3 times. *No one was at the desk when we left at 8 am, but we could hear her in the back room. *NO BREAKFAST!!! I've stayed in other Super 8s in 2021, & this is a first that didn't serve breakfast "because of COVID". **The ONLY positive was the fridge/freezer combo. This wasn't there typical mini fridge. It was almost 4 foot tall & had separate doors. Each section held tons of food. Thankfully we were only there for 1 night. We will NOT be staying at this location ever again. We stayed on Saturday, July 10, 2021. The hotel parking lot was not full.

I got charged by Expedia for the room, and when the hotel ask for a credit card to put on file for expenses. The hotel charged the room on my credit card, also and now to try to get any refunds. It’s only long holds to make you Hang up.

There is mold in the shower on the ceiling. Kleenex box had 2 Kleenex, hair dryer didn’t work, coffee pot in room was a joke! I will not book here again!

I was harassed about the moving cart having extra people in my room 15 dollar a day for my service dog. No hot water. Asked for towels was told to wait 30 min never got them

No frills for sure, but the room was clean, the toilet actually flushed, the bath tub wasn’t clogged, and neither was the sink. The room smelled clean, despite being a smoking room. The front desk workers seemed a little irritated, but I have a horrible judge of emotions in others...Over all good stay, Will return to this hotel if I’m ever in need of a room in this area again.

We stayed here to get out of Hurricane Laura’s path. Front desk wasn’t friendly and they charge $15 per pet even if they are lizards in a tank. Beds were very uncomfortable and room was extremely hot. Very outdated for the rate of the room. We checked in around 9p.m and left at 7 a.m. Needless to say we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

First when i checked in the mgr was rude as i was asking if they offer discounts. Got up to my rm n they was food left in the room from the previos person. Had a king bed with only 2 pillows, and never have seen the bathroom vanity in the room. No vanity in the restroom, also only 2 bath towels as well. Then a few hrs i was stepping out to get dinner and was asked to return to my room there were tons of cops in the lobby. Not feeling safe i packed up n left.

Nick was very pleasant. The room was clean and I slept very well bcuz the ac worked great. That’s a big plus for me. The only little negative feedback is we inky had two towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. That can’t accommodate 4 ppl. 😂

Phone didn't work. Discovered when trying to call desk to book an additional night. Lamp didn't work, although desk lady claimed it works by switch at entry. Tried amd still didn't. VERY LOUD slamming doors. Smoke smell down the hall, by me, although it was a non-smoking area. Owners kids were loud early morning while cleaning other rooms TOO early in the morning. I was in the 3rd floor. I will NOT be returning after this and THE PRICE I paid. $20 more, I could have booked next door at Holiday Inn, which I KNOW is much better.

There were 2 little gwrman cockroaches in our room in the two days, but that was probably more from previous tenants, because the room itself was very clean and well kept. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have already booked rooms for future teips.
