The room was nice, on the smaller side, but it is the standard in Japan. It was clean, the bed was wide enough for two people and comfortable, the staff was welcoming. The location is good, close to a lot of conbinis and metro station, and also Shin Osaka station for easier access to Shinkansen.

Great access to Nishinakajima-minamigata and Minamikata station, Shin-osaka station is also reachable by walking. Vending machine and coin washing machine + dryer is available for use. Small but clean rooms. Nothing

Location was close to transportation, shopping, restaurants. The staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. The room was a good size for Japan, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean.

Sound proofing is terrible, both from upstair and neighboring rooms and also from the hallway. Especially when you are on the same floor as laundry room and others guests are waiting and chating there. Can't get a single night of good rest, even ear plug won't help!!!

It is a nice hotel, basic breakfast, close to the train station and the metro stop The area where the hotel is very dead....there is nothing to see or where to eat. By staying here you need to take in consideration that you have to move constantly to see things or to eat.

Staff are really nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to subway and only about 10 min to umeda by train. Rooms is quite clean and they also have laundry and dryer machine.

The wifi my room was very spotty. If I wasn't in bed against the wall then it would cut out constantly. This was room 807 and it might be due to the geometry of the building.

The staff were very kind, I forgot my watch in the hotel room after check out and they helped me shipped it to my friend to bring it back to the US!

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. My room was always cleaned thoroughly.

It was our first stop after landing from a very long airplane ride so it was nice that the check in was smooth and room was comfortable. The staff got us in with no hassle. I would book this place again next time I'm in Japan if I'm taking the shinkansen again

Amazing and helpful staffs. They also helped to store my luggages for a few days after previous check-out and prior to re-check-in. The pillow is hard type. If there is option for addiotional soft pillow that would help with the sleep quality.
