Affordable hotel, clean, friendly staff, affordable laundry services. Very close to the station. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is very nice and had good food, excellent views. The room was very small and bathroom small as well. The pillows were awful! We actually went to the store and ended up buying our own because we couldn't sleep on theirs. The wait for the elevator can be very long. Theres not much near this station; most things are around Osaka station which was a bit inconvenient, but live and learn! They don't have smart TVs, so trying to watch something at the end of our day was awful. Used the "sharing" feature our iPhone had but the streaming was extremely slow and glitchy.

The breakfast was excellent, a good variation between Asian and Western food. The location was excellent, it's only about 150m from Shin-Osaka station, this was the main reason why I booked this hotel. The room I stayed had a great view over Shin-Osaka station. No universal wall sockets in the room. Not many TV stations available.

The room and amenities where exilent and the staff where really helpful The air conditioning was stuck on central control and I couldn't turn off heating it was hotter in my room than in the hallway

Everything was as expected - clean and comfortable. The bed was probably a foot too wide- not much space to move around and open my luggage.

Convenient to Shin Osaka and the subway line Since it is right next to the train station it’s very loud also the pillows are terribly uncomfortable. Lacks amenities other APA’s have.

The location next to the bullet train station was good. Self checkout was really great. The staff insisted that I show them my passport when in fact I did not need to do so. In Japan all I need to do is show a local id. Like my Foreigner id.

I did not like how small the room was. I didn’t look at all the display photos I thought all the rooms had more floor space. Unfortunately I ended up picking a room that had no space to walk or store my bags. To make it worse there was a huge column in the corner of the room taking up the little space I did have. The breakfast was not included and they had nothing I liked.

Location, breakfast buffet with the view of city Front desk made so many accounting mistakes- with language barrier, it was an issue not once but multiple times of cancelling transaction and recharging.

Clean, comfortable, small. You know what to expect with APA and it’s a good place to book last minute. Check out elevator rush hour makes for a very long wait. Will go earlier next time
