Perfect for a solo traveler, just passing through Osaka, needing a break from shared spaces. Friendly staff, easy walk to Shinkansen.

Staff was nice. Near the Shin osaka station and subway Room a bit small, but i guess it's Japanese standard. Not a lot in the area around the hotel, need always use the subway.

Very old hotel. Old, scratched doors, very poor soundproofing, walls with old wall paper, window curtains with no black out, but strange pattern, dust in the corners, yellow colour of bathroom walls, out of date system of dropping key when you walk out the hotel. Old bathrobes (gown), like it has been washed a thousand times.

A very friendly hotel in a very friendly area! :) My story was like this: When I arrived at the station near the hotel, my luggage from the flight was totally broken, it was not easy to pull it. The station was just 1 minute from the hotel. On the way to the hotel a random woman on the street noticed that my luggage had a problem, she walked with me towards the hotel, came inside and explained the situation. After she said: I can give you my luggage, I don't use it anymore. I was so surprised about her gesture and said if she really doesn't need it, I will take it. The staff members at the hotel also offered different options for me to get to the shinkansen for the next day and when the woman gave me her luggage the staff members said I don't need to worry about my old luggage they can take care of it. There are plenty of good people on this planet. Most of the people are good, sometimes we don't want to do some things, but in the end mostly we are good. ;)

It's a simple, affordable, conveniently located hotel with friendly service and even the option for dine-in breakfast. For someone briefly staying in Osaka and looking for no-complications lodging, it's a great choice.

The station is literally 3 minutes away from the hotel, and that to me is perfect, especially because I had to catch the shinkansen to Hiroshima, so there was no need to travel a lot. The hotel is super clean, and they give you clean towels on a daily basis. The fact that I couldn't open my window. I have asthma and not being able to open the window to let fresh air in, It's not helpful.

Great Hotel, I was there with pleasure and satisfaction, very clean, bright and comfortable room, great location, personally friendly and collaborative. 2 details to be improved: only one microwave available, and the laundry in a space not sheltered from the weather
