The breakfast was a great way to start off the day. We especially liked the Japanese breakfast. We had a little trouble finding the hotel at first but once we figured out how, it was very convenient and close to the station. The room was clean and comfortable but space is tight. There’s not a whole lot of space to move around once you have your luggage spread out.

Great location next to Shin Osaka. 5 min walk up some stairs though. Clean and comfortable. Coffee in the lobby, wonderful staff and easy check-in and checkout. Cheap eats next to entrance at Yayoikin. Two konbini around the corner and Komeda's coffe close by. A bit small, even for Japan standards.

Location is right next to the train station. Very convenient location. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast is in the restaurant on the first floor and really doesn’t have much to offer. The breakfast is very basic. You get a better breakfast at McDonalds. The views from the hotel are not good.

Considering it was a Sheraton property my expectations were high, the room was tiny. The amenities were ok, it didn't feel special like other Sheraton properties do. We booked it pretty late, so the prices were high as well. The breakfast food and the amenities in the room, everything was self serve. Like I said the rooms very tiny.

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered!(shout-out to Yuuta-san who helped me dispatch my suspiciously large bad back to Tokyo lol!) People from Osaka do live up to their reputation of being incredibly nice. The rooms were comfortable (I could live on those beds) and the amenities were plenty. Everything was very clean, and the location was suberb for those who like to transit between cities in Kansai. No complaints!
