The location was very good. Near a train station and a very good food place. The staff was also incredibly helpful when they helped us send the bags through a service. The "AC" wasn't very strong.

No centralized Air conditioning. Only portable AC is available in the room and it occupies space to a small room. Drinking water is not provided. Room smell musty. Floor was not swept. Dusty cabinets top.

The space of the room is efficient and the location is excellent. The public bath is only available for guys which is a plus for me. The sink has a crack and the space of the counter top is not big enough. Doesn’t bother me much though.

This is a good hotel close to "Nishinakajima-Minamigata" station, which is a metro line that will take you to the best spots in Osaka. Room was good, and they have an Onsen (hot bath) at the hotel. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Good english skills as well.

The room was a smoking room but quite comfortable for me though I am not smocker. Clean and quite fresh room with full of essentials. I see that there are very few drinks available at vending machines, although there are about 30 drinks on the advertising shelves, in reality there are only about 5-10 drinks that can be purchased. Hope you will improve this machine more.

It was close to the train station and quiet at night to sleep. The comforters had some stains on it and had to be asked to change. Along with that, the rooms were small. If you are carrying 2 large suitcases, it will be a very tight fit.

Although I am used to bigger rooms, I felt comfortable with the space. Staff was very kind and overall I was satisfied, I'd come back once again (the train station is very near).

It was easy to access and it was a great location near the subway station. The staff was really kind and friendly and spoke English well so it was easy to communicate. I had not problems checking in or out.

I reserved this hotel to make onsen both of me and partner but it seem like that there are available only for men and hotel is difficult to transport for 1st time coming.

Clean rooms and pleasant staff. Very noisy environment. We could not sleep properly. Rooms and bathroom very small for two people. Parking was supposed to cost 1000 yan, but it was full so we were transferred to another one which cost 1500 yan.
