Location was good Rooms are definitely tiny

Property was good. But the services and room space were limited

All APA hotels provide a similar experience and room. It was all good for one night in Osaka and close to the shin Osaka station where I needed to be to travel south the next day. Nothing really. I went to 2 other APA hotels before finding the right one since there are so many. So check for the right address :)

The japanese breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and well laid out. Bath worked well.

The staff was excellent. Decent location if you come off the Metro.

APA hotels are always a great choice - excellent location, very comfortable beds, and fast, fully automated check-in and check-out. The breakfast is also very good.

Great location, close to two stations. The shower curtains smelled like mildew

For the price, you really can’t beat it! This was a 10 minute walk from the shin-Osaka Shinkansen station and 3 minutes from the Midosuji line making it convenient to visit Dontonbori and eventually to Umeda for the airport limousine bus transfer to KIX. Lots of great local restaurants too and more quiet than more busy area. The staff also had one of those hand held scales which helped when packing up our luggage. Small but that’s to be expected. Could definitely hear when other guests came back especially if they were inebriated.

The hotel is quite nice and has an onsen. Really liked the home style breakfast and the location quite close to Hakata station. The size of the room, really small for two people.

Just like other APA hotels, the rooms are clean and of a decent size. The bed is comfortable and the amenities are always plentiful. Since the introduction of free video on demands, you get to watch a lot of movies or shows normally not available on regular TV channels so even there isn't much to do or you're too tired, you still get some entertainment in the room. The very slight drawback is that it's about 15 minutes away on foot to Shin Osaka station. You can catch the metro but that one stop means going up and down stairs so it isn't the most convenient if you have a lot of luggage. I don't have any complaints and I like I said, it's the location so there isn't much that can be done about it. It is slightly pricey when compared with APA in other cities but Osaka is a more expensive city, just like Tokyo.

The location and the amability of staff
-
Absolutely nothing.
-
The room was not listed as smoking only, so when I got into the room it smelled terrible. It was so bad I had to go somewhere else and the property would not refund me despite the booking being incorrect.
