I love how spacious the room was

The hotel was very clean, staff were kind and helpful but understaffed, during the day and night. There is no flexibility for late check out. No food was included at all

When I first arrived, the property was very clean, and the staff was friendly. However, I was initially placed in a very small one-bedroom villa with tiny windows and absolutely no view other than air conditioning units. I had specifically been told that all rooms came with balconies, which was not true in my case. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk and showed them the room. They moved me to a villa with a balcony and referred to it as a complimentary upgrade, although I don't believe it was truly an upgrade since I was simply expecting the accommodations that had been advertised. The biggest issue—and the reason I will never return to this property—was the parking fee. I was charged $30 per day plus an additional $1.95 fee. Over six nights, that added up to well over $180 just to park my own vehicle while staying at the resort. I find it unreasonable to charge guests such excessive parking fees when they are already paying to stay on the property. That expense completely overshadowed the positives of the trip. While the resort was clean and the staff attempted to address my room concerns, the parking charges left such a negative impression that I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Room and property were amazing although I didn’t like the bed it was pretty hard. The check in was absolutely awful they say check in is at 4pm and we didn’t end up getting checked in until after 7pm. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the room was very nice.
