    Room as clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Disney springs was great Additional fees I wasn’t expecting a resort fee. Also I saw pictures of a lazy river ( my fault for not looking into it ) I just thought it had one and my granddaughter was looking forward to it . Pool area was fine but I think it’s more catered toward adults. Next year I will stay somewhere more kid friendly

    When we showed up at the hotel, we were met with generosity and helpful staff. However, the bellman was very pushy and insistent on taking our bags. We felt very unsettled. Our room was kind of rundown and dirty, and our coffee maker barely worked. Not worth it for the price.

    Property is very clean. Staff are very nice. Rooms are small no shower gel for two days in the shower although I asked didn’t like that. I have to give a ticket for water as a diamond member. I should just be able to get one in my room every day instead of asking.

    We were very dissatisfied.. our… it was much better when we were there 2 years ago!!! So we booked it here again!!! I know our price was much more expensive and they were very nasty about changing our room. We had to stay in a room VERY FAR FROM ELEVATOR AND GREAT WE HAD A ROLL IN SHOWER… HOWEVER.. COULD NOT USE IT…. THE HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN…TO PAY THAT MUCH MONEY AND NOT HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS MET…EXTREMELY UPSET!!! THEY BLAMED IT ON EXPEDIA. I COULD NOT GET EXPEDIA ON THE PHONE. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR… IT WAS EXHAUSTING BEING THERE!!!! SO FAR TO WHEEL TO ELEVATOR!!! MY DAUGHTER STAYED AT THE SISTER HOTEL (PALACE) THEY WOULDN’T LET ME STAY THERE AND GAVE ME NO OTHER CHOICES!!! (SAME PRICE). I EVEN BOUGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE FOR THIS TRIP!!! THEY GAVE ME NO OLTIONS!!! SO VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!

    We didn't try the breakfast or hot tub. The room was satisfactory regarding cleanliness, and the staff was fine, but while the main building was really nice and the pool was great, the room we were put in was old and not remodeled. It had popcorn ceilings so low we could touch them without trying (and we're 5'4"). The paint on the walls was that old motel yellow. So the room was very disappointing despite that they showed remodeled, updated rooms on the website. Parking was outside the room but it still cost either $30 or $40/night.

    When I booked our hotel, I booked a king sized bed. When we checked in, they said they didn’t have a king available. (I had already paid for this in full). Kept saying that the room with 2 queens was nicer and that we would like it better . Offered me a $50 refund. Again, said how the room was on a high floor and we’d like it more. The bathroom door was broken and very hard to open and I found candy wrappers on the floor.

    How close it was to Disney and the bus transportation. When I arrived to check in around 8:00 pm. I was told they didn't have anymore king rooms that I booked and paid for a week prior to staying. After about 1/2 an hour going back and forth the attendant spoke with a manager who gave me a king trundle suite. When we arrived to the room there was a bleach smell so strong in the hallway that I felt like passing out. When we got in the room the bed was in the wall and when you took it out was around 8 inches off the floor. This didn't work for me as I have a very bad back. So I went back to the desk to complain about the smell and the room the attendant apologized and was able to find me another king room at this time it was around 9:30pm. When we tried to get to our room there was a large Jewish group who by every sence of the word took over the whole hotel there were strollers and scooters left in the halls large garbage boxes with horrendous smells all over the place. Apparently they were unable to use certain electronics. So there were chairs in the elevators, and they would stop on every floor but would not push the buttons because they were unable to do any work.According to their religion. When we got to the elevator there was a woman sitting on a chair with her foot out to hold the elevator open for no reason.Just waiting for people to come in.So they could push the button. When we finally got to our room, my wife tried to take a shower but was unable to because we did not have any towels in our room. I spoke with the attendant who told me that they had a group just before this one that were very dirty.And that housekeeping was trying to catch up. When we try to go to sleep all night long.There were kids screaming and loud talking through the hallways.By this religious group. I spoke several times with management about how unhappy I was and that I prepaid for my rooms and I was a paying customer just like they were.

    Hotel is very clean, friendly staff, easy access to Disney springs and buses for Disney parks. My only real complaint is how expensive everything is in their market/ food area and at the bar. An energy drink was $7 and breakfast was around $30 a person. We were there with a high school show choir and many of the kids skipped breakfast due to the cost. Seems excessive!

    Cons: 1. the hotel is OLD, the conditions of the rooms are not good. It is by far the worst Hilton I stayed in this aspect. If you’re picky this one is not for you. 2. I asked front desk if I could order from Amazon and get the product delivered to the hotel and they said yes, BUT they forgot to inform me that the UPS store inside the hotel would charge 10USD per package.

    The rooms are clean but very outdated almost feels as if you are staying at a motel. The staff was great and helpful; didn’t have much interaction with them other than complaining about noise which they compensated by waiving fees. The pool area is nice but it has seen better days. Before booking just call to make sure they don’t have any conventions staying with majority kids/teenagers.

    The pools here are beautiful and keep me coming back to this hotel. I love the convenience of the Disney Springs restaurants and entertainment venues. And I appreciate the free and frequent bus service to the parks. A great place to relax and enjoy Orlando.

I asked to substitute honey mustard for a second cheese with my pretzel, but they brought one of each anyway. When our food arrived, I had requested ranch dressing, and they brought two honey mustards instead. And when my meal arrived, the chicken was raw. Nothing was offered to resolve it. At checkout, I was told to keep my room key to access amenities since we’d be there the remainder of the day. Later when we returned, we couldn’t access the arcade and needed security to let us in. The $10 arcade card given at check-in repeatedly showed “network failure” and didn’t work. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with safety concerns, poor food quality, and ongoing amenity issues. I will not return.

    Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The main issues were that we had made reservations for a king size bedroom and when it came time to check in, we were told there was no king size rooms available, and we’re trying to give us a double queen size bedroom the young lady checking us in was not wanting to accommodate us for the request we had made as we had booked for a king size room. She kept mentioning that they had no rooms available mind due we checked in at 5 PM after going to the back to speak with I would assume what have been managers she came back and stated that she had found a king size room for us., we arrived to our room. I checked everything out we noticed that there was a few things wrong with the room chairs had ripped holes in them. The restroom sink had a yellow rim around it and the room was just dusty, trash cans have no bags just didn’t look put together. I raised these concerns to the front desk, staff to make sure they will put notes in their system so that I would not be charged for these damages that were made to the room prior to us checking in. the overall experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

    Need Much better lighting on sidewalks going over Disney springs. Outside LED lighting leading to and at the hotel is badly needed. It is much too dark outside the hotel. Also St. AUGUSTINE GRASS SHOULD BE CUT AT 4IN. IT IS NOT A GRASS THAT SHOULD BE CUT SHORT. ALSO COMMON BERMUDA GRASS IS INVADING THE ST. AUGUSTINE GRASS.

    The hotel is great. Staff was outstanding. The convenience of being next to Disney Springs is wonderful. The options for traveling around the area with a bus is good as well. Parking was good, but admittedly, it is overpriced. The dining options inside the hotel are very good as well. Prices are very reasonable compared to area restaurants. we will definitely be coming back down soon.

    Our air conditioning wasnt working, so our room was extremely hot. Asked for them to fix it or change our room, they only changed the filter, which didnt help. We were hot, sweaty and uncomfortable all night. Will not be staying at this resort again, or referring anyone to it! I paid way too much for just ONE night, to be as uncomfortable and miserable as we were. This resort needs serious upgrades and refurbishment.

    The hotel seemed unprepared for the guests. We did pre-check in around 1pm at the desk when we arrived and was told a text would be sent when our room was ready. The clerk verified they had our my phone number. At 4:30, I went to the desk again to see if our room was ready even though I had not received a text. The clerk looked and said it was. It was disappointing that we may have been able to get in our room sooner. When we went up to the room, the housekeeping staff was still littering the halls like they were behind but not in a rush.

    Room key didn’t work on parking garage gate. Suite was set up awkwardly with couch no where near TV. No conditioner in bathroom (bottle was completely empty). Pool bar was closed on a Friday afternoon. No bath robes, even though those were advertised upon request. $39 resort fee doesn’t get you much beyond 2 bottles of water and a coupon book.     When my husband and I arrived, we were told they didn't have the room available that we booked on line months ago. The room we booked was for a king bed, we were offered a room with two full size beds.. I informed them that this was unacceptable, they then offered us an upgrade to the room. That was such a disappointment room 1010, the room was old looking and the furniture looked like they had it for years. The bathroom didn't have a sink in it to wash our hands, it was on the outside. Fast forward while sitting in the lobby area with family there was a roach crawling around. This hotel was such a disappointment, when I looks on line everything looked so nice. Looks can be so deceiving.

    The hotel has world-class service, with one of the best check-in staffs that I had the good opportunity to connect with. They were very friendly and accommodating in address any questions and problems with the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to booking it again. It is also a huge bonus that the hotel is located right across from Disney Spring (a 5 minute walk to cross a bride).

    The room smelled of mildew and I traveled with children with asthma who had flare ups because of it. The hotel said they didn’t have any other available rooms. I checked in early and understood the room wasn’t ready but when the room became available 5 hours later it was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathroom . The hotel and rooms are old and run down. The only good thing was that it’s walkable to Disney springs.

    We had a junior suite and it left a lot to be desired. To start I wasn't told at check in that there was no self-service carts. I checked in and parked in the lot which is quite a walk to the lobby. I took the wife and kids to the room and went down to get a cart to bring everything up. I was told then that the carts are for valet or the bell hop service only so instead of bringing the car back to the front to unload I just did it myself with no cart. The junior suite was big but that's about it. The couch was torn, the coffee and end tables were wobbly and scratched up. My kids didn't wear socks in the room the first night and there feet were black from how dirty the carpet was. The hotel charges $35 a night to park. The parking kiosk yells at you to put your room key on the keypad over and over. Overall, the property is convenient to Disney Springs but by the time I paid to park and the resort fee I wish I would have stayed on Disney property.

    Front desk staff, Danica, was very welcoming and provided excellent customer service. She made checking-in a breeze despite of me arriving much earlier than the check-in time. The hotel was nice, well kept, room was a little outdated yet it was clean and room service was great. Free shuttle service was excellent as well and the hotel is located minutes away from Disney Springs. BTW the hotel manager, Keny, did an awesome job sending texts to me to make sure everything was going well during my stay!

    The staff were all very nice, but the room is very outdated. The toilet would not flush, the air did not go on the entire night and the thermostat would not lower below 68 to get to cool. The beds were super uncomfortable and they charge a report fee and $35 a night for parking on top of it all. Better options exist in the area.

    The staff were great. They all did everything they could to make it a special stay. We went down to the in hotel restaurant/ bar.     Property overall was OK. I wish parking fee was included as part of room price. Requested extra pillows and never received them until we called again the next day. Hallways can be loud at nite. Had a good grab and go store open late, but very expensive. Quickest walk to Disney Springs from any of the hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd. Pool was OK, nothing special.

    The biggest cell for this hotel is that it is steps away from Disney Springs, which is super convenient for shopping and dining. They also have a really big parking lot where you can park yourself. The only small negative is that the hotel is obviously older so the rooms seemed old, but I would go there again.

    This property is a health hazard for anyone. The showers have mold the floors are dirty your feet will turn black when you walk around. The rooms smell like stale smoke. I let the staff know when I checked out and all they did was take out the “resort fee”. The rooms didn’t have any complementary water it’s 2025 and the coffee machines had mold. I have pictures Expedia you should take this horrible hotel of your list.

    We booked a room with a king bed, when we went into the room it had a queen bed, I asked the front desk why I was given something different than what I booked, the answer was all our rooms are the same… not the greatest answer we were expecting, definitely inaccurate information on Expedia or a convenience for the hotel since we only booked for 1 night , they supposedly have a bar at the pool that was never opened and finally the mattress pad on the bed was completely torn out on the sides.. No what we were expecting from a Hilton brand.

    They really went above and beyond. From the moment we checked in with Miranda, the hospitality stood out. We requested a fold-up bed and it was delivered right away. It was surprisingly comfortable. Our bellhop, May, who helped with our bags was engaging and friendly. Even the security guard on property was very friendly. With so many hotels feeling the same, this level of hospitality makes a real difference. When we return, this will be our go-to place to stay.

    Rooms are in dire need of upgrade. Bed are uncomfortable and hard. Pillows are flat. Furniture is ugly, old and hard to sit on. The parking is a nightmare, unable to get out of the lot due to the arm not raising, my side still hurts from leaning out of the car. Hilton isn’t what it used to be. Please fix the sidewalk tile outside of Benihana’s, before someone hurts themselves.

    However, our room was quite dated and in desperate need of a refresh, including way to many cracked spackle spots in the bathroom, old furniture, and a very tired carpet. I also don’t like when (non-downtown) hotels advertise affordable rates but then charge large fees for parking. And charging for basic hotel WiFi is ridiculous these days. Not that they aren’t transparent about fees if you check, but given vacation planning can be hectic, I personally don’t prefer this approach and so likely will be looking to other options next time.

    We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I sent a message to the front desk to see if they could leave a bottle of wine for our occasion.     Hotels.com should have made it very, very clear on its site that there are two Hiltons literally within several hundred yards of each other that are within walking distance of Disney Springs.
