Close to Aquatica Water Park The old dog park on our side of the building isn’t kept up anymore since they put in a new one on the opposite side of the building from where we were staying. We travel with our pup. The hot tubs are never hot. One is a little warmer than the other which was not much different in temp from the swimming pool.

Our showered was a small stream. I called the front desk, they replaced the shower head by that night. The room was not properly cleaned, and the floor felt gross / sticky (both tile & carpet). The pool was nice, staff friendly, but we did encounter a drunk that was passed out in a chair right as you go back into the hotel from the pool. This same person was seen arguing with (his girlfriend or wife) by the pool a couple of hours earlier. This made me feel uncomfortable and not safe, especially since this was all during the day. Dennys is where you food, I mean its Dennys you can't expect much. We won't go back.

Loved staying in the resort. Pretty big pool, and clean/comfy rooms. Shuttle available and applebees connected to the hotel. Arcade games, theater room and buffet breakfast available for purchase. It was a great stay. I'll be back! 15 mins from most parks.

Presque pas d’eau chaude et j’en passe. À éviter le plus possible bien trop dispendieux pour cette hôtel pas évident pour le personnel qui font ce qu’il peuvent avec le sourire

The staff "upgraded" us to a room by the pool when we checked in. The only issue was the room did not have privacy curtains. Everyone from the pool could see into our room. At night, the pool security lights lit up the room like daytime. The staff was nice enough to give us another room after we had already checked in earlier in the day.

I was a little upset about restaurant being closed and I hope next time when I come, we will have a new restaurant on the property

This property is great if you have kids. Everything was clean, the arcade was fun, and the kids eating free at Applebees was a nice money saver. The staff were polite and courteous the entire time. The pool was awesome, and the hotel’s proximity to everything is a bonus.

Everything came as expected. Clean, convenient, nearby shopping and not too far from the beautiful lake. I would stay here again.

If wasn't necessarily the hotels fault. They didn't know the restaurant was going to close and they really tried to accommodate with us for breakfast after we pre paid for it.

We did not use any extra hotel services or make additional purchases during our stay. This situation caused unnecessary stress and wasted our time trying to resolve billing errors. Be very careful and monitor your credit card transactions closely if you stay here.

This hotel was affordable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were amazing! It was close to the Theme Parks and Disney Springs. I liked how there were a few food options and stores in walking distance. Overall 10/10 experience staying here. They had amenities for the kids which was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay here. Even the beds were sooo comfy!

The fact that they woke us up at 8:30.in the morning banging on the door to clean the room when check out was 11. We didn't get checked in until 11 pm because of a sports tournament and house keeping was in more than a hurry to try and get us out of our room. Then the front desk couldn't offer more than an oh our bad ...

Fun for the kiddo but it wouldn’t be my first choice of places to stay again. When we arrived to the room it had that musty smell and many hairs on the bathroom floor of which I promptly called for housekeeping to take care of and they said they would but they didn’t. Bed was comfortable, the amenities such as arcade and those type things were great but overall the property needs a little TLC.

I loved the idea of this hotel with the Applebees and the pool with poolside bar.. But the room had the worst view, a broken toliet that kept acting like it wanted to overflow and a shower dripping all night. The pool was great, one of the hot tubs had low water in it, making it spit all over. The bartenders were great but failed to mention that they add their own tips to the bill. I over tipped being nice and then saw at checkout at 2am, double charges of tips. Shame on the hotel for allowing that. My $15 tip ended up being $25 with the automatic tip that was added. I couldn't talk to the bar at 2am to fix it. Throw on the $30 a night resort fee I wasn't aware of per day.. I wasn't there for disneyland but business. Oh and their listing says the have "car service"... they don't.

We had a balcony room, which is nice. The air conditioner leaked, so there was water on the carpet and outside on the balcony. My husband let them know at checkout and they apologized. It wasn't a major thing for us, but you should be aware. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the deck is cleaned daily. However, they were trimming the palm trees, which was a bit loud. Sometimes we forget to check in advance to see if they're doing any maintenance, which is a good idea for any hotel you're booking. The Tiki Bar by the pool is a nice touch, and they passed out free samples of non-alcoholic frozen drinks one afternoon. Applebees is on the property and the food and service was great. Overall, it is a nice resort and good value.

Our room was comfortable, the pool relaxing and the extra treat was the complimentary Kona beer samples on Saturday. The staff is friendly and attentive about keeping their guests happy.

Very nice pool area with lazy river and pools for kids. Biggest disappointment was service for drinks. No one taking orders unless you were in a cabana and waited in line at least 20 minutes at the bar where they were doing food and drink orders. Not a great system.

The stay was wonderful until right before we left. We always stay until right before check out because we were on a weekend getaway from our toddler. While in the middle of private time an hour and 16 minutes before check out a person from housekeeping banged on our door a few times. When my partner answered the door, she rifle asked if we were checking out today

He suggested Landry’s right next to them and he was spot on for what we were looking for. I usually attend other functions in Orlando and we will be coming back. I don’t believe in giving bad reviews and try to give the positive. This is my feedback to those who are not aware of Applebees. I usually do not eat at my local Applebees here in my town due to service and quality of food. So…the positive is the servers at this resort were friendly. The girl who sat us brought our drinks. We told her we were eating the breakfast bar. We never saw her again with the exception of the bill. The food was tasty and there is a wide range of options to choose from. Again rather than bashing I’d rather say for my appetite and the small portion I eat; 19.99 is way too much for a one trip and little bit of this and little bit of that. My suggestion to chilis is to have a one trip price to go along with your all you can eat price. Or make your menu that you offer have more to choose from say like things that are on your bar.

The shuttle bus also takes you around to several other hotels before finally arriving at the parks, which makes the trip much longer. In addition, there is no complimentary breakfast — not even coffee provided.

Upon arrival my key didn’t work when I attempted to access my room. Air conditioning was not controllable. I couldn’t lower the temperature. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold and freezer was not working properly.

It was a good breakfast, the hotel was very nice, i wasn’t aware of the fees i needed to pay extra (they charge for parking, plus the fee of the hotel plus the emergency fee) it came out to almost $80

The "standard" rooms we were given were surprisingly "SUB standard." Old, dark, smelled very musty. We complained, and we were upgraded to much better rooms. This was surprising, because I had stayed there twice in the past and was given nicer rooms.

Will be staying here again!!!!! They have so much to offer and being connected to an Applebees is great for when you’re tired from the parks and need a quick bite. Staff was amazing, the pool looked great, and the room was perfect!!

Everything about my stay was awesome! Friendly and helpful staff with warm and welcoming attitudes. Sheets were super soft, pillows were nice and fluffy. Room was clean...mini fridge in the room came in super handy for those late night munchies. Bartender at the pool bar was very helpful, knowledgeable of his drinks and gave us a lot of helpful information during our trip. His name was Rafael, he went the extra mile. I highly recommend this hotel, would definitely come back....great prices, affordable! Clean and newly renovated.... loved my stay!!

We were in room 615, it was a really big room (no interconnecting door) on the top floor in the corner. It was clean and quiet and would happily stay again.

Bar is one of my favorites in the Orlando area. Kaitlin is an amazing bartender. Checki in is very easy.

The schedule for the shuttle service to the Disney parks was awful. And it did not take you directly to all the Disney properties. Many, many stops.

Hotel is very old. Water pressure and staff are excellent but lighting is terrible. We had lamps but minimal fixed light fixtures so lighting is terrible. Our ceiling didnt have a single light over the bedding area. We had a pool view room that you wouldn't see the pool from unless you looked over the balcony and turned. The pool is large but limited. The bar in the pool area was down for construction. It's an okay hotel if you're strictly sleeping. If you're looking to spend time there awake, it's not a top pick.

Enjoyed our stay, we have stayed here a few times. The staff are helpful, the hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious. My only complaint is that one of our rooms was not available until 6pm but assume this is because our request to have rooms next to each other.

I stayed at the hotel alone and felt safe and secure. It was easy to find, staff were so friendly. It was nice to have Applebee's attached as food there was great. The pool area wa perfect for a little swim and sunbathing. Reccomend getting a balcony so you can hang outside.

It's very clean, location superb, friendly staff, they always accommodate my request. Has a great pool bar. Rooms needs some update have been the same for years but the rooms are super vlean. They started remodeling facilities little by little, like the lobby, pool, carpets on hallways, now the pool bar etc..

I love that it requires key card access as well as private parking. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the room we booked had a nice overview of the pool area. We had such a blast at Applebees and the food there was so fresh and absolutely delicious. We had such an amazing server her name is Jaylene, she went above and beyond to serve us all while keeping such good conversation with us. So I booked the stay on booking here the booking app and no where on here did it say anything about a security deposit fee. We arrived at the hotel ready to check in and we weren’t allowed to without paying additional fees which we were not notified of before hand. Which I find absolutely ridiculous, extremely frustrating, and inconvenient. I would like it if we were notified beforehand of any or such fees with notice prior going the distance to the hotel.

Didn't see or was offered breakfast. The person at the counter was quiet, not very friendly. I aldo found hair in one of the towels. When I booked the reservation I was quoted 133.50; the was nothing that said parking was not included. It was a surprise when i paid 173.50 for an average hotel. Never going back. Very disappointing.

I would not recommend the free shuttle. I was on it for an hour that the Lyft only took 15 minutes.

Whether it’s my husband and I having a night away or we’re here with our kids, it’s the only hotel we stay at! We’ve been coming here the last 5 years, we only live an hour away but it’s our go to spot for a night or two away. It’s always very clean, having Applebees connected to it makes it very convenient and our kids love the pool area that also has a splash pad and hot tubs and the new game rooms are so much fun! Don’t wait, book your next stay here!

Loved this hotel! Very clean and secure property. Maid service provided every day, should you want it. The pool and surrounding area was clean and the towels provided were plentiful. Added plus was the Tiki Bar in the pool area. We will definitely be back!

This is our go to hotel before and/or after we check-in or out of Disney Property.

Very recommended

The pictures make it look nicer than it is. The pool bar is closed in April and it’s kinda sad. The carpets in the hallways need a good cleaning they smell like a seedy Vegas hotel. This property is very dated and needs renovations and updates. Applebees staff is slow and rude. I would not stay here again.

There is an Applebee's next door, where free breakfast was served, and the restaurant's hosts were so kind as well. Better than I thought it would be and at a decent cost. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best features was the complimentary shuttle service. They take you directly to the ticketing areas for all the parks—Universal, Disney, and even the water parks. Not having to worry about driving, traffic, or paying for parking was a huge plus. The shuttle dropped me right at the front entrance, which made getting in and out of the parks so easy. The location is also perfect. If you want to grab a casual meal or just unwind with a drink, there’s an Applebee’s connected right to the hotel—you can literally walk over in minutes. It’s such a convenient option, especially after a long day at the parks. The amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area is huge and perfect for families, with a dedicated water pad/play area for kids. There’s also an outdoor bar, which makes it great for both families and adults looking to relax. What really stood out to me was the value. I paid just over $100 for the night, while my son stayed at a Universal resort for nearly $600 a night. When they wanted to visit Epcot, they still had to drive and pay for parking, while I simply took the free shuttle. Nice, updated room and was comfortable for the family. It was too cold to swim, but the pool area was nice and tropical feeling with the trees, bushes and tiki-style bar area. Also, a great location to Disney parks. Also walkable to some restaurants but road out front very busy. Just kinda pricey with an expensive resort fee. The pool area was nice but the cost seemed a bit excessive for what it offered and also compared to other hotels around the area. And there was no free coffee in the lobby.

No need, everything was excellent

We liked the pool and that it was close to dining and theme parks. That when house keeping would come to clean the room they would only replace towels and that was it they never replaced hand soap or tissues so I did go buy hand soap to use in the room. They never cleaned the room we had 6 people in the room they would only give us 4 towels. We also ordered food from the tiki bar they had they never once told us there was a service fee it was a $47 service fee just to order wings and mozzarella sticks there needs to be a sign or people need to be told because that a steep service fee

The pool area was great! The kiddos loves the bunk beds. The King bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was expensive for what would normally be a free continental type breakfast.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The carpet was frayed and pulled away from the tile floor. There was pounding and a lot of noise coming from what sounded like down the hall around 10pm. The staff sent us a text at 7:30am about check out. Which is too early in my opinion when check out time is 11. We stayed to be able to sleep in an drive home safe. When we replied to the text that 7:30 am was too early for that type of message we received rhe reply. Have a nice day, Maria. No sympathy or apology for waking us up early. Will not stay again, or book another stay at this hotel chain.

Some of the staff was rude and condescending. Rooms were very outdated and didn't look as clean as in their pictures. Pool was loud and we could hear everything in our room. Blood on the shower and room smelled of mildew

My friend and I choose to stay at this location whenever we come to Orlando. The front manager, Danny, is awesome, as well as most of the other staff. We love how close it is to the parks as well as other restaurants and amenities available.

Terrible room. Shower was gross, paint chips in the drain. Old soap plastic in drain preventing drainage. Droopy ceilings. Moldy walls. Dirty beds. Slept on top of everything I was uncomfortable. Will never stay here again, unless there is a whole site remodel. Would not recommend.

Check-in was excellent, stayed for 3 days. Room was great. After they changed it. I They make the beds and give fresh towels daily. Heated pool and 2 jacuzzis were excellent. Applebees, which is physically connected to hotel, did not disappoint. The front desk people were excellent when you called with issues. Would stay again.

My room had a bad smell in it and then the elevator was down then when they moved me to my secound room the fridge was broken all my food went bad there was black mold in the curtains and the drain plug for the shower was broken as well

Room was clean and very big! I only have a 4 be because we did not get a chance to use most of the amenities at the hotel. I may have missed it on the Expedia app, but there is a $20 charge for parking. It didn’t bother me too much because the room rate was so reasonable.

The bed was too close to the air conditioner so whoever slept on that side had to be careful when getting out of bed or they need to roll to the other side just to get out. The bunk beds top bunk was too close to the ceiling and my son hit his head repeatedly. We had sketchy television reception where my kids were watching the Disney channel and it kept freezing.

I’ve stayed here every time I visit the Disney parks and it’s always a pleasant experience. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, and great atmosphere.

Staff & rooms were fine, a bit misleading on exactly how close you are to Disney springs. Was charged $40 for parking when I didn’t even have a car with us (we Ubered from the airport and to the parks).

2nd year in a row stayed here for cheer competition. The pool area is perfect with the pool bar/restaurant right there. Staff is wonderful. Lisa at the pool bar is amazing, so friendly and remembered us from last year! Also nice to have Applebees, which is connected to hotel, open late. We will be back next February! It is very close to Disney parks and ESPN by uber/lyft, just a few minutes depending on traffic. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The room and hallways smelled very musty and mildewy. The water in the bathroom would come out black in the morning and sputter awhile until pressure finally built and it was clear. It was nice that my son ate for free. Overall we would stay again.

When I first got there, I checked in and Expedia only hadn’t told me that I was gonna pay about $35 ended up paying 75 for a room that I got for $84 so it was like doubled the price. Then the concierge lady wasn’t taking no for an answer to speak with me. I advised her that my husband was in the car waiting for me and I did not feel good. I had had a long day. She was adamant about speaking with me. As soon as we got to the room, we relaxed for a little bit, and then we went to the pool, which I was told and why I booked this hotel was that it was a heated pool with a hot tub. The pool was not heated at all, and the hot tub was only warm then the AC was not working during the middle of the night before I went to bed. I had put on the do not disturb sign so I could sleep in the maid was knocking on the door at 8 o’clock in the morning when my husband got up, he told her that they had to sign and she was just like OK it’s hard because I do like staying at Holiday Inn but I probably would not stay at this one again

Staff courteous. Good location. Large pool and 2 hot tubs.

My only complaint is the shower/tub needs improvement. The shower pressure was very weak. 6 minutes into the shower, the water stopped working and had to wait 3-4 minutes for it to work again. Hot water wasn’t consistent throughout the shower.

While the room appeared clean, several items were in need of replacement/updating. All of the furniture was chipped/scuffed/damaged. The lighting for the bunk beds is old/outdated and the beds don’t seem to fit well in the bunk frame. The king bed was hard and squeaky and the box spring did not fit correctly. The TVs didn’t offer much. The bathroom was ok. Some rust on fixtures and the tub needs a good bleach or replacement. There were miscellaneous hairs on some of the bedding and in the tub grout. Probably from cleaning staff but added to the feeling of the room not being super clean. The carpeting did not feel clean and there were some old crumbs under the table. Staff was friendly. Overall it was ok for one night. Thank you.

The hotel room was ok but the sink was broke and every time we wash our hands it leaked and they didn’t do anything about it.

Our rooms were clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. This was our 2nd stay here. The pool was warm even though it was winter and the hot tubs were amazing after each long day at Disney. We will be back.

The staff was nice. The room was spacious. We did have a cockroach come crawling under the bathroom door in the middle of the night. My other complain is that the carpet was very gross. In all of the corners you could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed well at all. Under the bunk beds there was a visible layer of dust, dirt, and hair. I complained to staff (Maria) and their only response was thank you for the feedback we will let management know. Very disappointing. I won’t stay again.

The door did not close all the way so we had to make sure the latch was fully on, and it made cold air come thru all night. There was a water pipe that had burst I guess. So security knocked on our door at 10:30 pm instead of just calling the room or my cell. Beds were extremely comfortable, and it was a great location! Front desk staff was super friendly

Front desk was not inviting what so ever. The bar, though advertised daily never opened. Not a typical FL weather week but only one of the hot tubs was functional. Test fire drill in only a few buildings when it was in the teens temp outside. After resort fees and parking paid at the site the Hotels.com deal wasn’t really a deal.

The best thing about the hotel were concierge. The shuttle the have to bring guests to Disney springs is an old school bus and took an hour to get to Disney springs which was less than 2 miles from the hotel. Ended up taking an Uber back to the hotel

Only issue i had was there was no hot water in the morning i was on the 4th floor and a barking dog in the hallway woke me up

The hotel is located on a very busy street but worked pretty well for getting to the Disney parks. I can’t say much about the amenities at the hotel because we really only slept there and then were gone most of the day. The daily housekeeping services were appreciated. Our room seemed clean, there are some areas where the hotel shows some age but overall it was fine.

Everyone was kind and helpful, the food was AMAZING, the rooms were large and clean, and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the kids eat free for breakfast, lunch, and dinner a little more than I thought we would!

This hotel was excellent value for the money. I was attending a small conference at a hotel closer to Disney Springs (four times more expensive). It's about a half an hour walk from the Holiday Inn Resort over to Disney Springs. The first part of the walk is a little unpleasant due to rad construction but most of it is quite lovely. You don't need to have a car to get from the hotel to Disney Springs. I was a little nervous when I read the hotel reviews but the room was very clean. The bar area by the pool was quite pleasant. I enjoyed sitting there in the evenings, reading a book and watching the kidssplash in the pool and enjoying a glass of wine.

I only stayed for one day, but the cleanliness really stood out—everything was spotless.

The facility was clean. The only thing was that spas in the pool area seemed like there was an over abundance of chemicals in them.

The room was fine. My two stars reflects an additional charge of $75.00 to park my car in their secured lot. When I asked the desk clerk why, he told me that parking was not included. My confirmation from Hotels.com said to expect to pay an additional charge of $33+ upon check-in but nothing about the $75.00 charge for parking.

The hotel was very nice. We had a bit of a rough start as there had been a power outage of some sort. The computers were offline. However, there are game rooms and a small theater to keep you entertained while you wait. After a sh. They were very thorough. They cleaned baseboardsort wait we were able to go to our room. The hotel was extensively decorated in a Christmas theme. There is an Applebees attached to the hotel and then there are several restaurants within a short walk of the place. I noticed cleaning staff were all over

Everything was easy access

It was OK. I usually don’t complain. The heater was not working in the room. It was 58 the whole night when I went to take a shower I couldn’t shut the bathroom door. There was blood on the shower curtain. I went to the front desk they did get everything resolved. My room is located next to the dumpster where every night at 1 AM the trash came to pick it up. It was very loud and noisy.

I used to go to this Holiday Inn as a child but unfortunately the rooms haven’t been updated since. Our room smelled of dog and there was mold on the window. The kids area with the bunk beds was also outdated and dingy. We went to Applebees breakfast and that too was dingy and a mess.

While the room was large, the room itself was dated. Our room had a large hole in the curtain, the telephone wire was frayed and exposed where it connected to the phone, cereal on the floor in the bathroom…. Etc. I wouldn’t recommend this property to others.

The fridge (I thibk it was the fridge) was very loud. Perhaps it was plumbing. It was hard to sleep whatever that sound was. It was off and on. through the night. I wasn't there in the day so cannot tell you if it was consistent through the day.

One hot tub was broken. The other had 10 kids in it. Hubby has disc degenerative disease and needed to sit in it after our trip there. Kids would not let us in. Normally hot tubs are for adults only. Tiki pool bar- we stood 22 minutes waiting to order a drink- no staff ever showed up so we left. Applebees was terrible- did not have Baileys cream- did not know what a Colorado Bulldog was.

My review began as a five star yet changed after the first evening we stayed. There is music playing from late morning all the way till approximately 11 PM every night. This time of year it happened to be Christmas music over and over and it was so loud we could hear it even with our door closed on the outside patio. In other words, there was absolutely no peace. Not even while outside at the pool as it was much louder outside and again, it was Christmas music some of the same songs repetitive. It is very hard to relax when that’s all you can hear. I honestly can’t say I’d stay here again. It would depend on the question of, Is there music that still goes on day and night? Now, at least I know to call before making arrangements for my stay. Other than that, the room was clean, and most of the staff was professional and courteous. I wouldn’t say anyone went out of their way, but for the price and breakfast included that part was worth it. The staff at the restaurant Applebee’s was very nice every morning for a great buffet breakfast. Thank you did that!

Sink was plugged and dripping all night, Entrance door would not close proper and did not seal once closed. The room would not warm up was 60 degrees the entire night. The breakfast was nice.

The room was terrible. We had a room with bunk beds and a queen. The bottom of the queen was ripped apart and the bunk beds were hard and uncomfortable. The tvs didn't have any signal, towels had black marks on them. There were stains on the walls. Staff was very nice but the hotel was in very poor condition.

Young girl Saturday morning was not friendly. Hot water was taking like 5 minutes to start coming out. Room phone to call reception was not working. $22 per night for parking. Breakfast not included. Several outlets did not have electricity. Many little things add up.

All of the extra hidden fees were misrepresented on Hotels.com and should be updated immediately, Breakfast was at Applebee's for $16.99 an adult, pls $7.99 per kid and I book based on advertisement details breakfast is included and the parking fees of $30 per day should be updated as well, unexpected fees is NOT ideal. Frustrating.

The only reason for the 2 stars is because the king bed seemed new-ish and was comfortable. But the carpet was sooo dirty, I forbade anyone from walking around barefoot. But the worst part was the room smelled strongly of ammonia. I could barely breathe in the room and it made me congested. The smell was nearly unbearable. The twin beds and pillows were dirty (not the sheets, but the pillows and mattresses.) My son said his pillow had a brown smear on it. We checked in late at night and had nowhere else to go, but the next morning I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

The room was overall clean. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, but it was manageable. The only issue was that the sheets were very itchy; I’m not sure if it was due to the detergent they used. We checked for bedbugs and found none, but we ultimately had to leave because the sheets were uncomfortable.

This was a surprisingly excellent stay. The bus transportation we could not use because of the hours were off so we used uber. Close to Disney. After a long day at the park the two hot tubs were awesome. Beds comfy. Applebees attached to the hotel was very convenient. Will stay at this hotel again for sure.

My daughter and I stayed here two days while we were in town for a concert and day tripping over in Disney Springs. Hotel was welcoming, clean, comfortable and affordable. Don't know about the breakfast cause we didn't eat there. Definitely would recommend and we would stay there again if we are in area.

Service was great!

This was a decent hotel for the price. We didn’t use any of the amenities, but the pool area appeared to look nice. There was a breakfast buffet offered at Applebee’s for a fee. We did not use that just sharing the info. I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking and maybe that’s something that I missed when booking.

Spotless and cleaned up all the time

Hotel was very clean. Night manager was very nice. Overall look of the bedroom was nice. Definitely staying there in the future.

Nighttime entrance markings that are illuminated or at least lighted would make finding the correct door at night for the correct room easier for first time check in

The room was dirty and didn’t smell clean. There was leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest. There was a 20 dollar charge for parking and a resort fee.

They accommodated us same day after we had a bad experience at an Airbnb the night before. Room was clean, beds were soft and pillows fluffy, guest gate key made us feel safe, and the staff from reception to housekeeping to the waiters at the Airbnb were wonderful. 10/10. We will be staying here for our summer trip!

Clean room and prpperty

Room was a bit outdated but nothing bad. Only stayed 1 night because I ended up extending my family’s vacation and my previous hotel was booked but I wish I should’ve had my reservation here my entire stay but I now know for the next visit.

No hot water in shower. Entry gate slammed loudly with every one going in and out.

The hotel was clean, room was clean, I had no issues with my stay other than Hotels.com booking. Please be careful when using this site, you click on one hotel thinking this is where you are booking your stay and they put you in a different location in the same city. Read the fine print for other charges that are not highlighted in your booking. Our stay cost us more than expected when we got to the hotel they booked us at. Not cool! Don't think I will be using this app again to book my stays.

Room was very clean and the staff were amazing. My husband in handicapped and the room was very accommodating. We have stayed at other places but this was by far the nicest room and bathroom.

I did not feel like I had any privacy. Was able to hear the family in the next room the whole night and morning

Room was nice and clean. Spacious and comfortable. Only bad thing was noisy plumbing, surprise resort fee on top of Expedia cost and parking fee. I wish they would have shared that upfront.

Nice place

This hotel was amazing. Clean, friendly staff, shuttle to Disney parks and Disney springs. No shuttle to airport but uber was $17. MCO airport 29 minutes away. Applebee’s restaurant on site. Nearby walking distance seven eleven. Walgreens Wendy’s across the street. Pool area was well stocked with towels. Pool water crystal clear. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Arcade room. Very clean and updated. Uber ride to Old Town in Kissimmee was only $13. I loved the tiki bar and cabana at the pool area.

Large, clean and comfortable room. The pool was very large with lots of lounge chairs. Check-in and check-out staff were so polite and friendly.

Traffic can be crazy on 535, but doable. Room and staff excellent . Only disappointment was the pool heater not working and hot tubs closed during our stay.

Good value and close to all major theme parks

The a/c didn't work well at all. I couldn't change the temp or add just the fan option. The room to hot during the night. Staff was friendly.

I can’t speak for the interior rooms, but the exterior room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. The photos online are extremely misleading — they don’t reflect the actual condition of the rooms. Everything was old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The bathroom was so tiny that only one person could fit at a time, which made getting ready a nightmare. The towels were stained, there was dirt and mold along the baseboards, and the walls desperately need repainting. When I went to make coffee, there were bugs on the coffee cups. We texted the hotel after they asked how our stay was going and explained what we were experiencing. Their only response was, “We apologize for the inconvenience we can send you more cups.” — which, of course, never happened. The beds are on very tall platforms, so if you have mobility issues or young kids, be careful — you basically have to jump up to get on them. Lastly, the hotel advertises a “park shuttle,” but it’s extremely limited: only one pickup in the morning (45 minutes before park opening) and one return after the park closes — 1.5 hours after closing, to be exact. No other times available. I’m leaving this review to help other families visiting Disney. This hotel is not one I would recommend to anyone in our Disney community.

Room smelled like mold

The AC was loud but kept the room cool. The air vent in the bathroom was dirty. The hotel is older and shows its age in the hallways and elevators. The room faced the roadway and we were awakened after midnight with loud trucks and motorcycles.

It was nice and clean

This time, the pool was closed one day and not heated due to maintenance. The hot tubs were cold. Not a huge deal but I wish they had let us know in advance.

Clean room. Clean gym. We had a bunk bed room and my daughter loved it. The pool was cold but it is October and there was a ping pong table and water feature. The hot tub was not working. Kids eat free at Applebees next door.

Our body wash was not replenished so we run out and the iron wasn’t in working condition. The front desk staff were very willing and quick to help us out . All other amenities were okay .

Great prices, clean, great service

First time staying here, not bad at all. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. The water did not get hot when showering, just warm. The pool was too cold for me, but my son loved it. I wish the hot tub had been open. The restaurant next door is slow, so have patience. They do have bus service to Disney Springs and the parks..but only at certain times. There is a gas station, Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, and a Disney gift shop across the street from the hotel. The hotel does have an arcade, movie theater, and small convenience store inside.

I almost want to gate keep my favorite Orlando hotel - but the rest of the world deserves to know and appreciate it just as much as I do! I have stayed at this Holiday Inn countless times over the years and I am always completely satisfied with my stay! First of all, for the area, you absolutely can not beat the price! With nearby hotels becoming so expensive, I appreciate the affordability of the Holiday Inn without compromising the quality! I normally book a balcony room and it’s nice to over look the pool and just enjoy the views and weather! I frequent the Disney parks and this is no more than a 10 minute Uber ride from them. My usual routine is I walk to the Starbucks nearby, grab my morning coffee and Uber from there. I love the walkability of this area to nearby places like 7/11 (next door), Walgreens, and several fast food/restaurants. Or when I’m feeling lazy I just stop at the Applebees in the lobby! I never fail to tell people how cool it is that this hotel has an Applebees connected in the lobby haha .. Thank you Holiday Inn! Please never change!!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly close access to Walt Disney World

The hotel was clean and quiet when we went to sleep. Had a lot of kid friendly things to do there. Was a little upset that we had to pay resort fee when the pool was closed both days we were there for renovations. Should have got a discount on that part. Overall hotel was good.

I booked Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Lake Buena Vista by IHG on Florida 535 because it was advertised as a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel. This was the main reason I chose it — for the early entry benefit to Disney parks. When I asked the front desk about early entry, I was told that the hotel is no longer a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel. This is false advertising and very misleading for families planning their Disney vacations. Because of this misinformation, I ended up spending much more money than expected on things like Disney World parking and Lightning Lanes, and I had to scramble at the last minute to adjust our plans. The experience was stressful and disappointing. The location and property were great, and the staff were all amazing but the inaccurate listing really impacted our trip. If the hotel no longer has this partnership, it should be immediately removed from all listings and promotions that state otherwise.

The bets were too small. The room wasn’t us fresh as it supposed to be. There was not enough cleaning in the bathroom was not was a handicap bathroom. Everything was really bad. Very bad experience.

The hotel is certainly on the older side. The rooms felt dark and definitely needed an update. Thankfully only stayed one night. Did like it was family friendly and had restaurants and some entertainment on property. Plenty of parking was also nice to have. Location is great and convenient to the parks, stores, restaurants, and major highways.

We stayed on night. All the fee were not show and had to pay extra at site. More than were listed.

Excellent customer service from the minute we arrived. Parking easy and recognized the presence of security. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. We had a great time and will tell our friends. Thanks

The rooms were clean & spacious. The area was quiet and close to everything we needed, especially close to Epcot at Disney.

I stayed on the first floor, and the curtains were completely see-through — people could see right into our room while we were sleeping or changing (One time I made direct eye contact with somebody outside the window) I called the front desk to see if something could be done about it, and they said they’d send someone (to do something like put up another curtain) but no one ever came. I waited for an hour and a half and never heard back. There was also a dog barking at all hours of the night, and I even overheard another guest complaining the next morning about shattered glass on her floor. Honestly, it feels like all they care about is taking your money, not actually providing a comfortable stay. I wish I would have asked for a partial refund, as it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
