Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its amenities, particularly the water park and pool areas, as well as its proximity to Disney parks. The staff is often praised for their friendliness and professionalism. However, there are recurring complaints about the high prices for food, drinks, and parking. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

The property was well maintained it was clean the grounds was well manicured the pools were cleaned . My room was overlooking the pool that was a plus . This is my second time at this resort and I’ll go back again .

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities for guests of all ages. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I have absolutely no complaints and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Hotel at first appearance was beautiful, however some minor things deterred us in the end. First, parking is additional and far away if walking or you have to rely on a shuttle which comes around every 15 mins or so. Second resort fees are additional and while the pools themselves were great the lounges and decking need some TLC a lot were on their last legs and the floor decking needed some cleaning (lots of duck poop), cracks and just falling apart. The hotel restaurants were very expensive so plan accordingly and they fill up quickly. It was a decent stay but would stay on Disney next time for almost the same price but more amenities to get to the parks earlier.

I quite literally could not describe a better stay. The property is expansive and had everything we needed. I was there for conference travel plus leisure and it meant all of our needs. The staff was engaged and attentive. The food, especially Siri, was delectable. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Great linens, very nice shower. No grime or dust to be found. I am looking forward to our next stay!

This hotel was beyond our expectations! Super clean, super fun, multiple entertainments for children and family. Especially at the main pool area. Bubbles and DJ at the pool, free cupcakes, free inflatable balls dances, crafts, arcade, food, front seat and everyone was super helpful and nice. I am so glad. booked this hotel. The only downside. All the slides rather than toddler area was for kids min. 48” tall and one of my sons was 45” tall he couldn’t do any but he enjoyed the lazy river. They should add small slide or two for younger kids then i wouldn’t ever book an other hotel. Hotel staff was very dreamy and friendly.

beautiful resort. Staff very helpful. Restaurants on site were amazing. Never had to leave but took advantage of the free shuttle to Epcot!

The only complaint was we had to cut our lazy river experience short due to the amount of people that were in there without a tube. It was very uncontrolled! I do need to shout out to Jesus who helped us at the pool area with our drinks and lunch, he was such a happy, fun guy! Also Kirk or Curt that helped us with our luggage to our room. He went over and beyond to show us different areas and inform us about the fireworks.

Liked the size, service, rooms..didn’t like that they presented me with a bill for prepaid breakfast and expected a daily tip for a breakfast buffet. My first time seeing that and I’m a frequent traveler

Parking was a nightmare and paid all the money for valet to wait 20 minutes in line each time to drop our car back off to them. The floors in our room were sticky and stains on our sheets and towels upon arrival. We also happened to go during a boys basketball tournament and it made our stay less than great. There were mass groups of kids running around the hotel, unsupervised, cursing, making messes, fighting, running through the halls at 1am screaming and slamming doors. No hotel security making rounds and parents were no where to be found watching their kids. We spent a lot of money to spend our weekend here and we couldn’t wait to leave.

Every staff member we encountered was amazing, our room was nice and spacious. We were staying with two little kids and they specifically put us up in a room that had a great view of the fireworks in Disney. The pools were great. We are already planning our next trip back.

Hated we paid a lot of money for Hotel that didn't have free wifi. Totally get if you’re not staying at the hotel to charge but being a guest it was very strange.

I think you checked all the boxes, however with the scale of the resort, I expected more availability for spa, more equipment in the gym, and a much bigger arcade and putt putt golf. The restaurants were great. The water park and pool lacked sufficient seating. Overall I was happy with my stay.

The hotel was amazing and kid friendly
- 5/5
The only issue I had was in room 41518. There was a very strong odor coming from the bathroom area, specifically from the drain and toilet. The smell seemed strongest around the sink drain and toilet itself and likely just needs deeper cleaning or deodorizing maintenance. Aside from that, the room itself was very clean and the view was beautiful. I didn’t realize how huge the resort was at first. If you self-park, there’s a free shuttle from the garage to the hotel entrance, which was actually super convenient. Parking is expensive ($40 self-park/$60 valet), but most people Uber anyway because there’s really no need to drive once you’re there. Everything is on site, and Disney is only about 5–10 minutes away by Uber. Also, their Starbucks was one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everything on the property is pricey, BUT, you can’t go wrong with the fries & tenders for the kids! Amazing
- 5/5
We had the best time. Never had to leave, everything was right there. Worth it for sure. We will be back

Clean rooms, friendly staff, multiple options to get food

First of all, I cannot give enough praise to the Marriott Staff, they’re all so friendly and nice. We stayed at the Hotel for 8 nights and I cannot recall 1 instance of negative or uncaring attitude. From the Check in desk, the Bellman, Housecleaning, Kitchen Staff in the Pantry and other restaurants, Pool Attendants and especially the Shuttle Bus Drivers! If you’ve stayed at any Disney or other top resorts, you know the prices for pretty much anything at that resort will be - well expensive. Wether it be bottled water, food, sunscreen, yea it’s gonna cost you big time! Not so much at this Resort. While the prices are not as cheap as your local Target, they’re moderately priced, not Disney priced! Of course you can always order groceries thru Garden Market or Amazon Fresh, which we did the first night there. So yes, I would definitely recommend this Marriott Resort. If you enjoy swimming pools, this is right up your alley. Not only do they have a Hugh main swimming pool, but they have a connecting Water Park that features 3 nice water slides, but also a Nice Lazy River. The Water Park entry is included if you’re staying at the hotel. Also we thought the lounge chairs in the water park were much more comfortable, slighty larger and easier to sit on - just a tip!

You are too far from Disney or Universal. It is a family hotel but kids can have zero ability to charge anything on the room, can’t get new room keys, and couldn’t get my 13 year old daughter let into her room with a key that stopped working for over 2 hours. Never staying here again.

You also have to pay to play putt-putt. The course is lousy and it should be covered under the resort fee. Food and drink options at the resort are good. We really wished there was a true pizza place there. Pizza is offered at the central pantry and it’s ok for kids but it’s not for those who enjoy a good NY, Italian or Chicago style pizza. Siro does have pizzas but they are not great either and aren’t take-out. Overall, our stay was excellent. World Center is a beautiful property and you won’t be sorry with a trip there!
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Another fantastic stay at our favorite Orlando hotel (and we have stayed at a lot!). The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are fantastic. You can never run out of stuff to do. The staff is amazing and helpful. Paula at the front desk, is a superstar and she was so welcoming and fantastic to work with. We will be back!
- 2/5
For the price of hotel, I definitely would not recommend. You have to pay for everything extra. Our cooler/refridgerator never worked. We called to front desk first day & never resolved. Needed extra towels, Never got.
- 5/5
Top notch on everything
- 5/5
Nice hotel and great amenities for the kids!
- 5/5
Thank you to Alex Hutchings at the front desk. He made the stay wonderful from the very beginning! The view from our hotel balcony overlooked the pool and waterpark and we could see Disney and Epcot fireworks every evening. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great location and beautiful pool.
- 5/5
Clean property, no need to leave the hotel, if you stay in the north tower, you can see the fireworks at Disney every night at 9pm from your room's balcony. I will say things add up really fast and can get pricey. It is convenient to have dining options and activities on-site though.
- 5/5
We couldn’t ask for better.
- 4/5
Had a great time it was clean & well kept. Would like just a few more choices for food they had 2-3 that had pretty much the same "bar food" type of menu.

Wonderful property, but way too many fees. Still not enough seating around pool and waterpark.

Great place to stay overall. Very clean rooms and resort grounds. Entertaining pool area, but a little crowded. No different than other resorts I've been to. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Didn't really use a ton of on site dining but had a good lunch at lat+long and the outdoor patio was nice. Enjoyed cabana rental experience at pool. Only thing id add is sound dampening door sweeps
- 5/5
Went for a conference. Clean facility and great staff.
- 3/5
The food is very overpriced, the staff in the front desk is obnoxious and housekeeping will skip your room for no reason so you come back to unmade beds and wet towels. Having said that, the waterpark was a lot of fun and the pool is nice and warm. The hotel is nicely located close to Disney Springs and all of the WDW Resort. So all in all it was a nice stay but there is definitely ample room for improvement in the service area.
- 4/5
The property is really nice and the amenities like the waterpark and pool are great. The food offered in the pool area is mediocre and ridiculously over priced. The staff in the front desk is generally in a bad mood. Also there are issues with housekeeping. The cleaning of the rooms is extremely superficial and they skip cleaning whenever they want so you come back at night to find unmade beds and no fresh towels. If they would hire friendlier front desk assistants, price the food according to the quality and step it up a notch with housekeeping, this would be the perfect hotel. But it's not quite there yet.
- 5/5
Water park was just what the kids wanted for hours of fun in the sun after a long day at Disney. Great location and could not say anything better for the staff who was always more than gracious and helpful. Looking forward to coming back again in the near future.

We had such an amazing time during our stay! This place is so clean, beautiful, so many fun activities for the kids to do! We felt that’s it’s a resort that has everything you need and you don’t need to leave the place! Ive already bragged about our wonderful stay here to friends and family and can’t wait to come back!! The restaurants inside are alllll sooooo amazing!! 5 STARS + for us! Also One of the guys that worked in the activity center i believe his name was Dante! We LOVED him so much and we looked forward to seeing him outside each day during our stay! Such a great human and hope to see him during out next stay!

- 3/5
The hotel is nice & clean, but when we arrived it was so crowded that it took me over an hour just to check into our room. They have so many conventions there that it is very, very crowded in the lobby, the pool, etc. I would have thought if they knew how many people they had arriving for conventions they would have enough people working at the front desk. Otherwise it was fine. We did like having the option to ride the shuttle to and from Disney. And the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was conveniently located close to Disney. Property was very nice and well kept. The only issue we had was our toilet in our bathroom was clogged when we arrived but maintenance quickly came to the room to fix it.
- 5/5
Nice clean updates spacious rooms, lots to do and see!!! Very nice resort!
- 5/5
ROOM SPOTLESS, STAFF COURTEOUS, FOOD OPTIONS ENDLESS AND ALL DELICIOUS I MAY ADD. THE HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES WERE GREAT INCLUDING THE HOLIDAY VILLAGE AND THE SPECTACULAR FIREWORK DISPLAY. VERY SAD WE MISSED THE DRONE SHOW. THE SLIDES WERE FUN AND THE SWIMMING POOL WONDERFULLY WARM. A WONDERFUL FAMILY GETAWAY. WE WILL BE RETURNING HOPEFULLY VERY SOON :-) ONLY REGRET WAS NOT BOOKING A POOL VIEW ROOM SO THAT WE COULD WATCH THE FIREWORK DISPLAY AND THE DRONE SHOW FROM OUR ROOM WHEN IT WAS COLD OR IF OUR LITTLE MAN WAS TOO TIRED TO STAY UP FROM HAVING TOO MUCH FUN IN THE POOL :)
- 3/5
The polyester robe instead of a cotton terry was a big disappointment along with having to pay for internet service if you aren’t a Bonvoy member. And finally, room service without a tray to sit and enjoy your meal with someone over a conversation … today’s world is missing the amenities with prices going higher and higher but service lower and lower. Overall the stay was great!
- 4/5
Rooms were clean every day. the staff were good for the most part, just one front desk attendant was not as friendly as she should be. But property was beautiful and huge. wish there was more communication on how to get to and from some locations, spent alot of time figuring out where to go.
- 2/5
My daughter's main criteria for selecting Orlando World Center was the fact it had a larger onsite waterpark. Consistently, every day we stayed at World Center the larger tubing slides were not working. Most days we were lucky to have one slide working (out of three). Occasionally a second slide would start working. When this would happen the first, working slide would be taken out of commission. I can only conclude that section of the park was very poorly maintained and did not have sufficient water pressure to run multiple slides. Really the only reason we selected this specific resort property was for the waterpark. And to have no full use of the park over this time frame was incredibly disappointing. Thankfully we had a rental car so we could leave the resort to do other activities off site. Second, for the entire stay we had no balcony furniture. When I asked about furniture at the front desk I was told only some rooms could have furniture and they would get back to me. No one followed up. We spent the entire week sitting on the cement floor of the balcony. All in all, I think Orlando World Center Marriott was an incredible disappointment. If I wanted to attend a partially running water park and sit on the floor of the balcony I should have just booked a cheaper hotel and went to a properly run water park.
- 4/5
The resort was huge with good food in most restaurants which were centrally located. Pool restaurant food less than average. The pools were all heated with great outdoor amenities for family’s including kiddy pool with water slide to lazy river with 3 teen-adult water slides. We chose a pool view room in south building that was clean and great for watching the fireworks on our balcony.
- 5/5
Fantastic location next to Disney. Beautiful room and great water park. Didn’t like the bathroom size and it didn’t have a vent in toilet. However, really great hotel!!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very nice hotal
- 5/5
This morning around 7:30–7:45 a.m., the room attendant came to start cleaning even though we had not checked out yet. My understanding is that checkout is not until 11:00 a.m., correct? Additionally, yesterday the room was being cleaned around 4:00 p.m., just as we had returned from Disney and were hoping to relax. Other than this, everything about our stay has been wonderful. I just wanted to bring this to your attention for awareness and future improvement. Thank you very much for your time and understanding. Kind regards, Oliver

The nightly entertainment was epic! The golf course was stellar. We were extremely happy with Italian upscale cuisine, not to mention the exquisite european wine list. The customer service was excellent with a dedicated Starbucks right at the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place for families a bit of something awesome for everyone. Thank you MCOrlando for making our 5 day vacation a hit.

This was a huge Marriott but it was very well kept and in great condition. The rooms were clean and the hotel was decorated nicely for the season. The staff was very nice. I especially liked the selection and hours of the Pantry.
- 5/5
And this hotel gives you lots of complementary water bottles! Really liked the relaxing lazy water in the water park (River Falls), but their free pool has nice vibes too. For the food option, I loved their Marriott Burger and Pastrami Reuben sandwich. However, the most popular and tasty vegetarian Bahn Mi sandwich gave me a stomach ache afterwards. Their 1st floor starbucks gave me some stomach issues too even when I ordered with 2% milk. And lastly, the first night was a bit uncomfortable because their linen was a bit dusty. I asked them to change the linen couple days ago and it dis not feel dusty anymore. And on the surface and crevices in between the glass cover and the wooden desk of the “desk under the TV”, and also on the rug under the bed, there were a few strands of yellow dog hairs that I immediately found. Seems like they didn’t do a super-thorough job after some guest with a dog stayed in that room. But it was good that the room was mostly hardwood floor. I think all I needed was to ask them clean the room but I didn’t have much time to tidy up and call for a deep clean, so I just cleaned off the surfaces myself. Next time I’ll ask.

Balcony is unusable if you are by the AC. It’s terribly loud and Marriott isn’t transparent about it.
- 5/5
Every thing excellent
- 5/5
The pool, dining and a great staff!
- 3/5
The hotel is nice, but I was charged at check-in for what I've already paid for before check-in through a third party service...those funds were held up during our stay, which limited our ability to do more...also, my room was the only one on our floor without chairs on the balcony.
- 5/5
The great service
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 3/5
They put us in a smoking room it was disgusting even the pillows smells horrible
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
I had a great time here, I had a pool view balcony and the room was exactly what I expected, I had a king's kind of experience stay.
- 5/5
This place is amazing.

- 5/5
Check in with quick and simple. Room was clean and easy to find.
- 5/5
Breakfast very bad quality
- 5/5
Nice clean room the pool is heated
- 4/5
I was happy to find a mini fridge for guest use, which is very helpful with kids. But the bed creeks with even the smallest movement. I also had to request more/ different pillows but that might be just a personal preference. Overall It was a great trip and I would visit again! A special thank you to AJ would assisted us at check in!
- 5/5
Loved the pool area although one of the slides was under construction. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Initially we were going to self park, then decided to valet the entire trip, was double charged, called and it was corrected. There was only one chair on the balcony and no microwave in the room.

Amazing vibe and atmosphere throughout the Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff as well
- 5/5
Loved the water park and main pool
- 4/5
Parking is the only problem.
- 5/5
Me gustó mucho el lugar, todo estaba limpio, el cuarto estaba en muy buena posición y tenía tremenda vista. Lo único el parqueo que es lejos pero siempre hay shuttle esperando a cualquier hora. Volveré a repetir seguramente.
- 4/5
Very nice, but overpriced. Not only are there additional taxes and fees but then there is sales tax on top of the fees.
- 5/5
Waterpark was fun. Great stay
- 4/5
Everything was great, but the location of our room. Seemed like the hotel wasn't very full and we got a room looking directly at a roof top. Not a very fun view sitting on the balcony.
- 2/5
To start with, all the restaurants were closed during our entire stay. They closed the lobby bar and the sports bar two hours earlier than scheduled for no valid reason. We got a room with a “view” of the parking lot, and they call our room a “suite” — what a joke. We asked for a late checkout and they wanted $150, even though the hotel was half empty. In short, totally not worth it.
- 5/5
Spa was closed for renovations. The stores had everything we could need. The restaaurant reservations filled up quickly but thankfully there was room service available.
- 5/5
My room was cleaned and the most beautiful towel display was left on my bed
- 5/5
Fantastic food
- 4/5
On Sunday we enjoyed the waterslides, lazy river, jacuzzi and we watched a football game in the pool. All three areas created a comfortable and safe enviornment. However, the price for food and drinks are way too much.
- 2/5
My daughter was injured pretty badly from something in the pool and the manger was very rude and did not help
- 5/5
It was amazing!
- 5/5
Awesome pool area for kids and adults. Food by the pool was very good. Easy parking and shuttle options. Check in staff Renda was very friendly.
- 5/5
Liked the resort feel
- 5/5
Staffing very courteous
- 4/5
The Spa was too expensive for that amount of time
- 5/5
Front office staff is very professional and courteous
- 5/5
I loved this property! The location is amazing. We could watch the Disney fireworks from our balcony and were minutes away from Disney Springs. The pool was incredible. The water park was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was exceptional. The only criticism I would have is how far the parking structure is, especially after a day of walking in the parks. If you're not parking, this is the PERFECT resort.
- 5/5
Fast check in. Clean spacious rooms and the water park 10 out of 10
- 5/5
This property accommodated over 8000 of my business partners for a convention. It was the perfect location for our travel business owners. The property mimicks being out of the country at a beautiful resort. I loved everything about it.
- 5/5
Waterpark was amazing! Kids had a lot of fun and entertainment was great! Only one thing was there are not enough security cameras in the hallway. At 10:30pm we were in bed and almost falling asleep when someone banged on our door and ran away. I had to call security since kids got scared! 45min later that happened again :( our room was close by the arcade and teens feel the need to bang on our door.
- 5/5
Todo me gusto
- 4/5
It was a bit pricey! Very large facility. Pool side food was very good.Drinks alsoi pricey. Kids had an amazing time.
- 5/5
Great hotel I enjoyed a lot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 5/5
Nice water park for the kids
- 5/5
It was our first time staying here. We had so much fun! We will definitely come back.
- 5/5
The property is exquisite
- 5/5
We had the best time on the water slides. A Must do
- 4/5
Had a very nice time, they could have more staff on site for assistance.
- 5/5
As having worked in the Hotel industry for over 25 years I was very impressed by the hotel staff. Every time I passed a hotel employee they always said Hello, Good Morning, Good Evening. It was very refreshing. I did ask at check in to have my room and tax on a separate folio and was told that could be done at checkout. As someone that has installed property management systems in hotels worldwide, I found it strange that my request could not be set up ahead of time and had to wait to be done at checkout. I was meeting a client for dinner and we ate at High Volocity. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 2/5
Property had restaraunts that were convenient for dining. Property was close to Disney. Buffet was good.
- 5/5
The water park was great for the kids. Service fantastic. Parking was really costly on a per day basis, plus taxes was a killer. Overall a good stay, but bring extra funds for unknown costs.
- 4/5
Nice facility, but looks little old, we have issue with drainage at shower. Staff are very attentive, water park is great. Parking is little inconvenient. There’s shuttle service to Disney, but need to reserve. Overall very good stay.

2nd time staying here, loved it. Pool was great and the room was nice
- 5/5
3rd time staying here and the resort is great with great service and accommodations.
- 4/5
Liked many amenities for kids. Didn’t like not having towel bars and having carpetless rooms.
- 5/5
Martha at breakfast was AMAZING! The breakfast options were delicious and fresh. Chris at the sports bar was attentive and made great suggestions and explained the menu well. I will sure visit again soon!
- 2/5
My room was not clean, and when we complained they offered us another room and that was no cleaner, we took pictures of pubic hair in the bathroom, along with grim on the dinning room table in our suite.
- 5/5
Highly recommend.

Go eve to y year with my grandkids right before school starts. Tradition.Live the pools and slides
- 5/5
Highly Recommend
- 5/5
Best hotel in Orlando.
- 3/5
Beware of all the surprise excess charges outside of the resort fees. Parking insane self or Valet. Breakfast $$ no real deals on parks tickets. Rooms are small and if you book with 3rd party you will get a room far away from amenities. Pool was great and water park. Slides were closed . Only great feature for us was the pool yes hotel is Huge but nothing more than pool and water park that’s it!!!
- 5/5
We love everything
- 3/5
Made reservation from the hotel website to have dinner at a restaurant on property - when we arrived, we found the restaurant deserted. We were forced to leave the property, which was an added expense and hassle - especially while traveling with children. The pool had been closed due to sanitation issues, and a storm kept us from the water park, so we were already missing out on the amenities - very disappointed! When I spoke to someone at the desk they refunded my breakfast and promised free parking, but I was still charged. Considering the cost per night, we weren’t thrilled.

great property
- 5/5
My family enjoy themselves. All happy faces on this side.
- 3/5
The staff gave us wrong room information, so we walked around forever trying to find the tower and room. Once we found it, key didn’t work, so had to go back to desk. It was an awful check in experience.
- 5/5
Super clean and huge. Beautiful resort
- 3/5
The restaurants were good not great except the Japanese steakhouse which was solid.
- 5/5
Spacious, clean and convenient
- 2/5
The bad.once you got past the lobby! We Got to room and walked out on the balcony and there was no furniture, placed items in fridge and it wouldn’t drop below 55, and the room was muggy. Dropped temp down to 65 only blew more warm air. Tried to call front desk multiple times but no one would answer. Then decided to go to pool but it was closed for emergency maintenance. Finally spoke to a rep and she spoke very little English and could not understand issues and how to proceed. After 30 minutes of back and forth finally transferred to someone else. She said they will send maintenance up and furniture is not guaranteed on balcony. Well maintenance never showed two days I was there but I did pull fridge out and found dust covered condenser. CLeaned and worked better after. Room however never really cooled off. In the bathrooms we found peeling paint on walls and mold growth under it. The tub had not been scrubbed in quite some time and carpets were stained. There was also a very musty smell present. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable too. We travel all over US during summer and this was absolutely the worst experience we have had.
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 5/5
Nothing
- 4/5
The resort simply doesn’t have enough loungers or umbrellas to match guest volume—and the “towel‑saving” phenomenon begins early. By 9 a.m., most chairs were marked, yet often remained unused for hours. I arrived at the pool at 8:30 a.m. and still found only a couple of scattered seats left—most of them blocked by unattended towels.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, the disappointment didn’t end there. The staff were generally unhelpful and, at times, downright rude. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or valued as guests. The restaurants were also a letdown—limited options, long waits, and food that just wasn’t good. My friend and ended up getting good poisoning. As for the room, it was not very clean. There were visible stains, and it felt like the bare minimum had been done between guests. Not what you’d expect for the price point. All in all, this was not the family-friendly, relaxing vacation we were hoping for. Would not recommend, and we won’t be returning.
- 5/5
This place was amazing! From the warm and friendly staff, the above bar restaurants, and the wonderful pool area that resembles a mini water park, EVERYTHING was perfect!
- 1/5
Broken resort! Rude staff. Closed downs water slides. Got food poison.
- 3/5
Since the property has day pass the stay was horrible. Too many people in the pool, no beds available. This is my second time and I don’t think will come back again
- 5/5
Great for kids and families!
- 5/5
Great resort, would definitely recommend it! My only negative feedback was the check in, only 3 people working and the line was getting long. Everything else was excellent
- 3/5
The room I had toilet didn’t work properly we had to take the lid off to flush. Also smelled a little like mold. They need dehumidifiers. Other than that everything else was great.
- 4/5
The food was really good. Plenty of things to do onsite and very family friendly.
- 5/5
One complaint was the check-In Slooooow Wife and I had a great time...
- 3/5
I was disappointed as they show you a hotel full of activities. The reality is that there are not that many things to do, everything is crowded from long lines to the breakfast buffet, the water slides and everything else. The buffet is poorly cleaned and the food is pretty bad. I will not be coming back to this hotel.
- 5/5
The best hotel in Orlando Florida
- 5/5
The only thing I was not happy about paying a ten dollar goggles for $40.00 and I had to buy 2.. Other than that the property was wonderful
- 5/5
I love it❤️❤️
- 5/5
Great stay! The only complaint is that there should be more umbrellas for the beach chairs . If you don’t reserve the two closest to the table you always end up in the sun. Fortunately , after an hour of complaining and searching , the recreation team was able to bring us an umbrella .
- 5/5
I like the hotel so much. It’s beautiful
- 4/5
Very nice hotel! Very clean and friendly staff. We enjoyed the Waterpark and pool areas. Only thing its so big its a walk to get to your room but overall enjoyable. Definitely will come back.
- 4/5
Was not made aware the slides at the hotel were not working before booking. The laser show had 2/5 lasers not working.
- 5/5
Hate that thwre is np shuttle service to take you around locally. I was told 2 tomes by 2 different member of staff that shuttle only took you to disney or a few other resorts and that was it. It is not convenient to get around. You must rent a car, pay uber, or take a taxi.
- 5/5
Everything was good!!
- 3/5
Hotel was nice but the extra pay for everything was terrible and now having access to the car was also very bad . Then the rooms was very small , like for 280 dollars a night I feel like the room should’ve been a suite and then paying an extra 111 dollars a night when that wasn’t explained or mentioned is really annoying and miss information in my opinion
- 5/5
Love the fact that there’s a water park in the hotel. Would definitely return. My kids had fun.
- 5/5
Property was really well maintained with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Some of the water slides were unfortunately closed but the water park was still open. Housekeeping primarily came by only in the mornings so if we weren’t out by 10:30 our room wasn’t cleaned, otherwise everything was perfect including the Disneyworld shuttles
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice. The staff was excellent upon check in to check out. The River Falls waterpark was nice and convenient for parents who just want to relax and not feel the need to be at a theme park all day. I absolutely loved the Lazy River and could have just fallen asleep as it was so relaxing.
- 3/5
Took us a long time to check in the took us out of the amenities at 7 pm I rented the hotel only to enjoy them in local form Orlando and that was a waste of time. I had 50 dlls credit that uni didn’t get and got charged for it plus I reserved here the parking and still got charged for it
- 3/5
On the last visit: PRO - front deck staff excellent (but why is there always a line to checkin/30 min?); room we got was renovated. CON - (1) big pool: super over crowded, with a not all family-friendly crowd. Lotta boisterous intoxicated people in the very crowded big pool, no lounger chairs available. Trash floating in pool. No room to swim bc so overcrowded. (2) splash park: crazy overcrowded, no lounge chairs at all, 30-40 min wait to use water slides, lazy river packed just hoarded of people walking the lazy river. Kids didn’t enjoy it, adults same. It was bad enough that (after paying) we checked out and left without staying. Generally property starting to look very dated. Will not return. Gave 3 stars bc of room and front desk staff only.
- 2/5
No charging for Ford electric vehicle. (Not compatible even with official adapter) WiFi is $15 a day. Main pool music is too loud. Waterslides were out of service at main pool. Lazy river was short distance and too shallow. Beds were uncomfortable. Had vibration on our floor and the air would go from hot to cold at night which was weird because stayed cool in day. Breakfast buffet is great but lady on phone said my breakfast would be $10 a person. Family of 4 paid $150 w/ tip. Family did not sleep well here and were bored of the pool after couple hours. Place is huge and grand and service staff were very kind but not sure we had a very good experience overall. Quite disappointed really. I don’t like to complain and argue but there were too many stresses to make my getaway enjoyable. If part of your outdoor pool/slides is out of service it would be good to manage expectations by telling guests before they arrive. We were given credit for having to drive off site to charge so we could get back home. Trying to think positive here. The bathrooms were very clean and nice and the lady at check in Louise was very kind. Random staff throughout the resort were excellent. Wish it had been a better experience overall. I wish there was a quiet relaxing pool area but there was either too much rough housing and splashing around or the music was just too much. We danced a few times but sometimes you want the pool area without all the noise.
- 5/5
We had a great time here. The staff was very kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
We had a great stay at World Center Marriot. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area is spectacular. There are plenty of chairs to accommodate guests. I really appreciated the early check in we were given since we arrived at the hotel early morning. The staff and service was great. I look forward to going back in the near future.
- 1/5
The property has a very limited dining. The food is very expensive and it’s horrible.
- 5/5
We loved everything about this hotel/ i will give it a 9/10…the pool and the lazy river were my kids fav ..our room was great however we only got two times change of towels in a 5night stay…we would def come back again! Great service and nice restaurants too

I come to this property every year with my family because we love it so much. It’s always clean and so many fun things to do and restaurants to choose from. It’s also near all the amusement parks and not far from airport. It’s the best property in Orlando.
- 5/5
Beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much!
- 4/5
The water park had no slides options for kids shorter than 48” which was disappointing. Internet should be free as it is in most hotels.
- 5/5
Good place
- 4/5
This is a massive property with lots of amenities
- 5/5
Excellent staff and service, everyone was very courteous, amenities were wonderful, great variety of restaurants, pool is superb, room was excellent and very clean, location of hotel is great for a variety of nearby attractions including Disney.

- 4/5
The hotel is very big and well maintained. Happened to be a busy weekend with a kids talent show going on at the convention center, SO there were a lot of kids
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Clean, and have many experiences.
- 5/5
Is beutiful and clean.
- 5/5
Great place would stay again I would just probably not rent a car bc the parking is a bit pricey
- 5/5
The experience was amazing, everybody treated us so nice making our staying very enjoyable. We missplaced one set of keys in our car. And the staffing and the manager took the courtesy to not only caring to help us looking for it. I will definitely recomend Marriott as the best hotels to choose for your unforgettable visit to Orlando.
- 2/5
The parking was a mess. I pulled up to Valet, and they said they were full, but the person driving the Mercedes SUV behind me was able to use Valet, so I'm not sure what that means. I had to self-park, and the walk to my room was about 15 minutes from the garage. With all of my luggage, it seemed more like a 30-minute walk. The food was good for breakfast, but the dinner at the sports bar was terrible. I won't stay there again.
- 1/5
At check-in, despite having a confirmed reservation and email from Expedia, the front desk staff accused Expedia of double-booking us. Rather than assisting or looking into the issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful, making an already stressful travel day even more frustrating. The entire check-in process was painfully slow and chaotic. Throughout our stay, staff remained indifferent and unprofessional. The hotel hallways were constantly loud with unsupervised children running and yelling at all hours of the day and night. This wasn’t just a brief disturbance—it was ongoing, and security did absolutely nothing to address it. To top it all off, the main pool was closed multiple times due to rain (even when the weather cleared), and there was zero communication from the staff about when it would reopen. Many guests, including us, kept asking and were given no clear answers. For the price we paid, the lack of access to key amenities like the pool—especially with kids in tow—was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. This hotel may look like a high-end resort on the surface, but the guest experience is poorly managed and frustrating. Definitely not worth the cost, and I would not recommend it—especially to families.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay with kids!
- 5/5
Amazing resort style hotel with fun pool vibes! Perfect for families I would come back again.

Not so much for the Livefest conference that were there. Police were called to the property to remove individuals.

It was minutes away from Disney Springs, very family friendly and the spa was great!

The property was excellent for families. Multiple restaurants, grab and go pantries, mini golf, spaces for kids to play, multiple pools. Two area with water slides, lazy river, and a toddler pool. Very close to Epcot and a shuttle to Disney.

Enjoyed our stay during a cheer competition. The multiple restaurants and food options were great. Hotel and pool areas were relaxing and clean. Lots of spaces to relax or participate in activities so great for me and my teenagers. Used the shuttle a few times to Disney areas. Pretty easy to utilize if the times work in your schedule. Overall, would stay again.

- 4/5
I didn’tlike the nickel and diming that takes place…. 40-50$ for car parking/valet… 15$ per day for internet… $10 for time rentals… all chairs in front row of pools were reserved and up needed to pay for them. Just felt like yo pay a good amount and then you are needle and dimed for everything…
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay and I would return
- 5/5
I’m great property. Close to everything. Big pool and price can’t be beat.
- 5/5
Always wonderful.
- 5/5
Resort was super nice and felt like a real vacation.
- 4/5
There is an a la carte in the basement that saves you $$$$ on food.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. Bring your wallet $. Starbucks inside, but closes early. Resort fees with tax are $52/night. I recommend Valet parking for $52 vs $48/night...saves you 15 mins of riding the shuttle to the parking garage. If you wish to dine, book early or eat at the pantry. Game room and gift shop are nice for kids and adults. Pool is amazing; big screens playing/toddler slides/separate area, then full water park in back of hotel with lazy river was a lot of fun!
- 4/5
Hotel was older but staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Experienced constant noises from what seems to be a cooling unit in the parking lot
- 4/5
- Close to Disney parks and free shuttle service to Disney - WaterPark with a lazy river for kids to have afternoon/evening fun - gigantic pool that's heated Cons: - Need a few more kids/family-centric activities - e.g., Tennis/Basketball/PickleBall courts, a few more games section - The reception could have done a much better job of explaining what the property offers for the family. For example, a small arcade exists at the basement level, which we only discovered while looking for a bakery/Deli area - At check-in, I was not told that there is a parking section in the back, which is only 2 2-minute walk from the Waterpark side room. I was made to believe that the only Parking option is the main garage, which is about a 12-15 minute walk - No transportation option to Universal Overall, we aimed for some quiet time at the resort featuring a pool and waterpark, and this place exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here if visiting Disney parks tops your to-do list; the waterpark adds a lot of fun - Our kids absolutely loved it!
- 5/5
Beautiful property and place to visit
- 4/5
Thurs-sun couldn’t get pool chairs at either pool, pool service was barely existent, food orders took a long time and we couldn’t get any reservations at the restaurants This might have been an extra busy time as the Monday was a different experience and much calmer, friendlier and helpful.

Many activities and restaurants on site. The pools were excellent. Very nice for a long weekend stay.
- 1/5
They offered to switch our rooms, which we accepted. However, no management representative spoke to us or apologized. We had to request a cart for our belongings, as none was provided. Allegedly, a third-party company was hired to investigate, and their assessment was negative. What does this mean? We can assure you that our home is bed bug-free, as we engage extermination services every other month due to our proximity to a marsh. Despite the pool area getting somewhat dirty at night, with water bugs present near the rocks,!our trip was satisfactory until this incident. The discovery of a bed bug in an upscale establishment like this was unexpected. An apology would have been appreciated, but instead, we were simply informed that the room tested negative for bed bugs. So it’s their word against ours. Are they going to treat that room just because the bug was in there or did they just turn it over to new guests.
- 3/5
Everything we did took at least 45 min. Checking in, waiting to get into the restaurant, waiting for starbucks, waiting to get into breakfast- everything took forever. The hotel was really crowded and seemingly understaffed.
- 5/5
Amazing stayed
- 5/5
The property is extremely large. The rooms are a nice size, the beds are comfortable. They have an awesome waterpark, 3 large slides ( must be 48” to ride) a lazy river and a huge pool on the other side. The food was delicious, the drinks were also great, a bit pricey I’d say, 20.00 for a spicy margarita. The self parking is super far. They had a shuttle the first night but the last day we had to walk which took an eternity to get to. The valet was full, so unfortunately, it wasn’t an option. Overall, it was a nice stay . Our plans didn’t allow us to enjoy much of the resort or explore the resort in its entirety, but it is one in which we would come back to and recommend.
- 1/5
Upon arriving to the hotel, we were able to park and was able to check in a little early. We left to go get food, upon returning, we had to pay way in the back of the property, and walk to the parking garage or catch a shuttle because they sold all of the parking spots for about $40 per spot to people attending a cheerleading competition. Common sense would say leave the parking garage for actual guest and put event guess in the over flow parking or send them to the Caribe Royale to park and shuttle them back to the property. They attempted to make us go park at the Caribe Royale and shuttle back to the property but I refused to let that be an option, after paying almost $500 per night. The rooms do not have microwaves, which are a huge inconvenience and probably done strategically to get you to eat at one of the restaurants on property. However, I most admit that hotel staff extremely professional and nice. I suggest not making your guest suffer for the convenience of cheer leading spectators. My wife stated that we won’t stay there again.
- 3/5
Nothing special very crowded

The staff at the property were friendly and heplful! The dining options were great for families and having a Starbucks in the lobby with order ahead service was crucial for early morning parks!

It was amazing 10/10 recommend

Food was horrible. Pool areas were dirty. Mildew all over the steps to the slides. Used, wet towels everywhere. Garbages always overflowing.
- 5/5
The property was immaculate. However, the food was very overpriced. The Pantry had terrible and very expensive food.

Attended a convention at the Marriott - rooms were good and very convenient. Lots of services and dining options

Lovely hotel. No issues whatsoever.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel. It’s centrally located, perfect for business conferences. beds are great rooms are clean, housekeeping is wonderful. looking forward to my next visit.

La proximité avec les parcs thématique et l’aéroport. Le service de navette ainsi que les différentes options de restauration.

We were assigned a terrible room upon arrival. Had a broken hot water heater and then the hallway door to the courtyard kept slamming. Had to move rooms. Pain in the neck to pack up.

My family loved all that there eas to do. It was fun and clean

The lobby bar was great as well!

We loved it and definitely plan to come back.

Two of the managers were amazing The property itself disappointing. Restaurants on property had poor hrs of business and were actually closed both nights I was there forcing my kids and I to go to a restaurant off property, the waterslide close at 5pm (which is a big reason why I paid the resort fee), the hotel layout itself is not convenient at all, all over the place and much more business feel than resort. Would not return to this hotel but again the two managers, Margarita and Tiffany were excellent

Overall, not sure why the hotel was charging premium pricing for a mostly average stay.

It was. Good

Loved the property beautiful

Best fancy hotel I’ve ever stayed at loved the panty very convenient

Vallet parking was kind of a mess and at times, impossible to use. As the self parking is very far from the hotel, it would be nice to see more efficient vallet service.

Great stat

Wonderful stay with one exception. My husband got stuck in the parking garage elevator with two other people for 15 minutes until they located engineering staff.
- 5/5
Parking was horrible but amazing property so much to do with kids and family. Definitely will be back!
- 2/5
Overly expensive for a mid hotel

We loved the hotel, the waterpark area was awesome. The Room was clean and very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Only down side was the parking is insanely far away from your hotel unless you pay for valet, and the over night parking fees are expensive. Also, no option to turn TV brighness down at night was a small bummer. Would stay there again!

Amazing!!!

This is our 4th time staying here and it never disappoints. Pool area and water park are fabulous, great selection of restaurants and food options. Pantry open till late. Clean and spacious rooms. Always a pleasant and enjoyable stay every time.

Very clean and lots of fun activities

Room service not so great. Good was delicious but was place on hold way way too long. Then needed someone to open the wine battle and that took 3 phone calls and Another 30 min

The bar food!

Valet service took way too long. Super crowded lobby. Pool music was very loud…could hear it from my room with balcony door closed. Bellman never came to help with bags after scheduling it.

And a $47/day resort fee???? We did nothing at your resort but sleep and eat there, both of which we paid for. Your hotel is beautiful, good food, friendly employees , but I’m afraid I would not recommend you to anyone going with young children.

Very nice hotel.

Great property

Orlando is pricey, but it helps when the facility is gorgeous

Perfect location to accommodate our Disney vacation! It was like being in a vacation on a vacation staying at the Marriott! Thanks for the exceptional service through and through!
- 3/5
fine but I thought the pillows were way to soft and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also food options were just ok for the price
- 4/5
Nice property for the price
- 4/5
Mini golf was to expensive ($10) for the quality of the course. The property is large and at times the walk can be long. It took 10 minutes to walk from the parking garage to the room. For the price, the room felt small (two queens). The deck on the room was nice. The are a lot of dining options available on the property, but we didn't use them due to the cost.
- 2/5
We were not given wifi during the stay and the room was not clean or no housekeeping was done
- 5/5
Excellent property, would definitely stay again.

GREAT FOR KIDS, COME EARLY LOTS TO DO
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay here! The shuttle was convenient for going back and forth to Disney during our trip, and there were plenty of restaurants and things to do at the hotel.

All was good minus the noise at 2am when they had organizations from around the US arrive (ENC). Having a bunch of college kids screaming all night in the hotel lobby echoing all over but not one staff member asked them to quiet down. Was a bit unnerved by that
