My husband and I arrived late at night after driving all day to Orlando and the room we got did not look like it did online. There was random stains on the floor, sheets, night stand, shower curtain, sink, towels, and the list goes on. We switched rooms and it was a little less dirty but then we saw ants and a cockroach. At this point it was 1 in the morning and we did not feel comfortable staying here so we ended up leaving and finding another hotel. I highly recommend not to stay here!!!!!!

the rooms have issues in the tub and they clean the room and didnt put new towels

I'm not demanding, but the conditions are precarious and it was very difficult to sleep and look, I spend most of my time in an exhausting event

So, pros—the hotel is easily walking distance to Universal, and it’s a straight shot! It’s also just a block away from a Walgreens and an iHop. It’s right across the street (literally) from Universal’s Endless Summer hotels, so you could even take their shuttle to and from the park. We had a ball walking to Universal City Walk and the parks and just taking the shuttle back at night. The hotel itself—is very run down. There is no game room or gym. I mean there are physical rooms in the building that say that, but they’re empty. There is a working microwave in the lobby. There is one rusty old water fountain downstairs near the bathrooms at the back. The carpet is old and dirty, as is everything. Expect no frills—not even a microwave or fridge in your room. Not even more than a handful of working channels on the TV. This is just a place to sleep at night. There were ants and roaches. In the three nights we stayed there, the only staff we saw was the front desk clerk. No one will change out your towels or empty the garbage. There was hair in the shower and bathroom and in one of the beds, like the bed was made but the sheets hadn’t been changed. The other bed looked completely clean, however.

Very clean room, cable tv, curteous staff.

The room was dirty. We had ants, only one of the lights in the room worked, some of the plugs in the room did not work, and it was supposed to be handicap accessible and was instead a tub with handles placed throughout.

No A/C only and old one, old rooms, smell humid

El problema es que solo hay una máquina de hielo en todo el edificio y si estás en el cuarto piso debes ir hasta la recepción, lo demás todo normal, los colchones un poco usados, deberían de cambiarse.

I booked a suite and when i checked in amd wemt to my room, it was regular 1 king room. I wenr back downstairs and the staff said all the suites were booked. So i told her i booked a suite and they have me regular room. So she went back and checked and said youre right. Give me 5 min. In within that 5 min, she got me the suite i booked. The room was ok. Its an old hotel so it had a weird smell. The ealls are very thin because we can hear people outside. We went and bought air freshner plug ins and lysol. The couches were old and mis matched. For the lights they use the table lamps and 1 floor lamp (that we buy from walmart). The toaster oven had a broken handle. . Upon booking, it said the hotel had a game room and a lounge area out back. The game room was empty and closed out, and the back just looks scarythat you dont want to open the door. I dont think you can open that door anyways. Other than that, our stay was ok. Its good if ur not planning to stay at the hotel and utilize the room/amentities

most of the electrical outlets you couldn't plug anything in. they fell out. half of them wasn't working, there was mold on the exhaust fans and the bathtub drain was horrible, the beds were really hard and lumpy and there was no microwave or refrigerators in the rooms in
