Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, noise from the highway and thin walls are common complaints.
- Great location, close to Universal Studios and other attractions
- Clean rooms and facilities
- Noise from the highway and thin walls disturb sleep
- Some rooms and fixtures are outdated and need updating
- 4/5
The only complaint I have about my stay is the lack of water pressure in the shower. I had to almost stand against the wall. Everything else about my stay was great. The room was clean, it was quiet.
- 5/5
Muy bien ubicado. Tiene desayuno. Muy amables las personas del hotel.
- 1/5
No ATM on site breakfast not worth $13.00 no fresh fruit or waffle iron grill station just terrible parking is Horrible at night you have to turn in early to get a spot who wants to do that when your vacationing over all I will not stay again
- 4/5
It was a nice stay.My husband and I went for a little mini vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful, the only problem is the tv doesn't get many channels.
- 3/5
We booked because of the short walking distance to Universal. But, the listed walk time is to the offsite Universal hotel. Their theme park shuttle only runs twice a day (once to the parks in the morning and once back to the hotel in the evening). The check in was messy (reservation was made with a different last name than on my ID), but that was my fault. Though, they weren't helpful at all in the process. When we left, I forgot my coffee tumbler in the room. Instead of holding it for me, the housekeeper threw it away. She had to dig it out of the garbage when I came up to retrieve it (less than 30 minutes after we checked out). The price was inexpensive, but there are a ton of hotels in Orlando at this price range. This was the definition of "you get what you pay for". We travel a lot and I seldom write negative reviews, but there were just too many things to excuse.
- 2/5
The room was small by US standards but it was adequate and clean.
- 4/5
Less expensive than many of the surrounding hotels. Clean simple room, comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave, locked box. Fit my needs well. Breakfast is available for $12 which I didn't use. Front desk available 24/7. Coin-operated laundry available. Pool.
- 2/5
The hotel was clean but the first night there the remote wouldn’t work with the tv and we called twice to get it fixed and after an hour plus of waiting I walked down to the front desk and they had been sending help to the wrong room. The shower curtain is too short and water gets all over the floor so you have to use a bath towel to clean it up which wouldn’t be a problem but even after we requested housekeeping to come in the next morning they didn’t. So once again I had to take a trip to the front desk to get a towel. It’s close to universal and they offer a shuttle service for free which is really the only benefit of this hotel.

Todo súper cerca, comodidad limpieza todo excelente.

Very recommended, this hotel is cheap in terms of price per night.
- 5/5
pretty solid hotel in a really good location not far from Disney world or seaworld clean and neat

The staff was nice and professional and did give us a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. Other than that the pool was dirty when we went in there it had plastic among other debris in it. That was second to the room. There was black mold to the right of the AC unit in the room and in the top left corner of the shower.
- 5/5
Location snd accommodation only problem I had was that there was ac leak of water. I called downstairs. They transferred my room right away and gave me two voucher for free breakfast. Only problem I had which was not a problem. It was mechanical.

Great stay close to Universal Studios
- 3.5/5
The room is very big and clean. The beds are comfortable. It's a perfect location for visiting Universal and the Walgreens next door is so handy. It's a bit outdated and noisy (many different noises like the highway, noise from the pool, the airco..). The airco is difficult to manage, we could only find 2 options: off or full blast which is too much and also loud. Also the area feels a bit unsafe at night.
- 2/5
When it rains room 105 gets flooded. All they gave was a breakfast that wasn't good. Just the danish were ok

Enjoyed my stay heart of all the entertainment …
- 3/5
To be fair, I stay at a ton of hotels from 2 to 5 star and rarely write a review. Really noisy all night between being 100 feet from the highway, sirens, trucks, motorcycles, the noisy AC that clunked on and off all night to the point of we just turned it off, somehow birds chirping all night!!, and noisy guests walking by. Room has little if any soundproofing. Bed had a metal surround base that sounded like booming thunder if you nudged it. Sheets are ultra-thin and scratchy. Mattress is uncomfortable. Pillows are 4 tiny squares! Room (1st floor) felt old and outdated. Wifi was so weak it was useless. Only perk was we could park right outside our door. Was expecting much better based on reviews. Location is excellent, staff was pleasant, unfortunately this hotel is meh and needs serious updates. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Excellent value for money and very helpful staff. Pool was a welcome relief in the heat.
- 3/5
I highly suggest asking for a non-connecting room if you stay. Our last night someone was on the other side and the door is paper thin. We could hear everything and even some light was shinning through (enough to be annoying). They weren’t even being loud, but outside of a whisper everything was very clear.
- 5/5
El personal muy amable
- 5/5
Excelente , todos los años nos quedamos el trato es muy servicial.
- 5/5
Pool dirty
- 2/5
Staff was super nice and helpful but unfortunately I had to kill a roach on the first day of my stay because my wife saw a roach on top of the toilet seat as soon as we walked into our room. Maybe it was just a case of us having some bad luck but we won’t be staying there again.
- 2/5
The pillows were basically throw pillows for a couch. Thin blankets, very little hygiene items. 12.99 for a continental breakfast. Highway noise was insane.
- 5/5
Great location, good amenities, helpful staff!
- 3/5
Staff was great and the hotel is near to the shopping areas and food
- 5/5
It’s convenient spot to go to 4 parks at Universal Studios.
- 3.5/5
Very convenient location for Disney and Universal, shuttle to Disney and Universal, parking included $12 fee for continental breakfast, sometimes the elevators get stick or take really long to move from floor to floor, bathroom vent weak/seems like it's barely working, outdoor/public trash cans get really full so people would start stacking their trash next to the trash cans and that would start building up pretty quick

Very rude staff Very unfriendly Bedding was full of hair(totally not washed bedding) Bathroom had hair all over the floor!!!! Would never ever stay here even if it was free!!!!! Went to the desk to address problems with our room and we’re treated very horribly and would not refund our money and because we move the sheets to check to see if they were clean. They said we use the room..
- 0.5/5
The short distance to Universal Studios. Pretty much everything. When we first got there the woman behind the desk was immediately short with me when I went to check in even though we were in a great mood and excited. When I booked the room through booking, at the end, the hotel asked if we had any special instructions. I explained that I was neurodivergent and that I had a noise sensitivities. So when I got up to the desk and I was paying I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on the top floor she said that they didn’t have any (mind you there were barely any cars in the parking lot and I made my reservation months prior) and said here is your room key. We proceeded to the room but when we got there she had put us right next to a room overlooking I-4, a major highway that is LOUD. So obviously I got no sleep and almost decided to stay in another hotel in the middle of the night. On to the room…. The pillows were hard, lumpy and horrible. They were like those pillows that you have had for 20 years that all the fill is in one or two spots and you have to find a comfy spot in them. There is one of those adjoining room doors that was locked but we could hear everything that the people next door were saying and then could smell all of the food they were making or eating as well so I put towels under the bottom gap in the door to buffer sound and smell. There was absolutely NO water pressure, the shower curtain didn’t fit the tub, the sink had a hole where the stopper should have been, the telephone to the front desk didn’t even work and wasn’t even connected, they make you pay an extra $12 dollars for breakfast, and they offered a shuttle to Universal that didn’t or doesn’t even fit everyone that was wanting to go to the park, it was a tiny shuttle that fit maybe 30 people.

Great stay . Perfect for a 3-4 day stay in Orlando ! Free parking and very affordable resort fee!
- 4/5
Older motel with outside entry but it has been looks like it has been renovated recently. Room was clean and the A/C worked great.
- 4/5
the beds were comfy and rooms clean though the bathrooms were very small. Staff really helpful if you had a problem. The hotel was in an ideal place just off International Drive with eateries very close and handy for the bus/trams. Walking to Universal was only a 20 mins walk away
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, with walkable restaurants in the area.
- 5/5
Excelentes y su personal lobby, cocina, mantenimiento ext.
- 3/5
Nothing was wrong with it. I would stay here again. It is definitely a bit louder on the bottom floor near the pool.
- 2/5
The staff were great and super friendly. The pictures of this hotel were definitely either very old, or very deceiving. Everything was very old and very worn. In order to get the remote for the tv to work, they have a sensor plugged in to the top, which wasn’t all the way plugged in causing us to not be able to use the tv for the first day or two of our stay. Our phone room and hair dryer also did not work. There were burn marks (?) on the mirror and the water pressure was terrible. Overall kind of a scary location and in bad condition.
- 5/5
Our stay was great. It’s near the Universal parks. The staffs were very helpful. Mina was very friendly and polite, she helped us on checking in and out. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
- 1/5
The bedsheets had holes in them and stains, the bathroom toilet was wobbly, the shower curtain was too small and water got out of the shower, there was mold on the window in the bathroom (like all over it) and the TV didn’t work. I would never stay here again.
- 1/5
The sheets and shower were dirty. The door between our room and the next had a huge gap so we could hear their tv all night. The elevators creaked and jolted. The luggage cart we used was broken. And we were charged some random fee even though we had prepaid.
- 4/5
I only spent about 7 hours in the room to sleep, the rest of my 2 days I was out doing activities. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful, making a check in a breeze. They did charge an extra $2 amusement park fee at check in; not sure why that wasn't included in the bill during the originally booking. The parking lot was pretty full, so I didn't get to park near my room in the back, but I did get back after midnight and there was still parking in the front. I did not use the paid breakfast as a waffle house was across the street. The room was clean and the beds were good. Only difficulty was low shower pressure, but at that point in the night, I was able to still use it. With the location (near the parks, food spots, and car charging station down the street) and the price, I would consider staying here again.
- 5/5
Check in was smooth, the staff was friendly. Can be a bit noisy but that’s due to be so close to International Drive.
- 1/5
When we first got a booking here was for a short trip outing with the family, we knew it wouldn’t be great like a resort. But even for a hotel like this it went way lower than our expectations, first off it was old and had damage of wear on shower, toilet, sink, and surfaces. Then the second issue was the wifi and the television not working and loading for more than minutes and basically some channels don’t work like Netflix which is provided. Lastly the roaches, we found three alive and two dead. The alive ones walking along the floor and flew to my sisters face at night, and the others dead were behind the bed frame. As we left I wanted to speak to the manager but he had went out on an emergency meeting, we were told that from an employee with some attitude and lack of care and the basically didn’t know where the manager was or would be back. I’ve talked to an employee the day before of the problem and gave us new sheets, and two breakfast tickets which weren’t much. She had told us we would be able to speak to the manager the next morning and get a refund, but now that he isn’t there and we leave today I only hope he answers my emails and phone calls about the problem.
- 3/5
Breakfast required an extra fee so we ate the many restaurants and other options for food around the neighborhood. Refrigerator was very weak, no freezer components. Normal signs of wear and tear, not super clean lines throughout. Housekeeping services requires prior request. Parking is not covered. Pros: very close to Universal Studios Resorts and Theme Parks. Close to freeways with open air motel style residences.
- 5/5
All around great value.
- 5/5
The laundry was very handy and the breakfast was pretty good. The beds were super comfy.
- 5/5
Its great! Its open hotel - though
- 5/5
room was clean, staff was nice
- 2/5
Room was clean, lights were off upon entry and switch was difficult to find in the dark. Consistent noise disturbance early in the morning. Breakfast buffet looked mediocre for the price of 12.99 per person. Many Hotels/Motels over this complementary. Most beneficial part about this establishment is its convenient location to local attractions. Will not return in the future.
- 5/5
It was nice. Staff was nice. I traveled alone and felt safe. Hotel is off in the cut. But close to everything. I would stay again
- 1/5
Stain on wall. Rusted surfaces.
- 5/5
Everything was good 😊
- 5/5
Pros: it is close to Universal studios entrance. There are alot of eaterys around that are fairly priced. Staff was super welcoming. It seemed clean. Rooms had a lot of light.
- 5/5
It was a great location with great pricing!
- 5/5
Breakfast for the price is very good. The coffee nice and strong. Good variety. Near the parks but also within walking distance of Red Lobster, Apebees and next to Wallgreen. A few minutes away from the Orlando Premium Shops.
- 5/5
Room was extremely clean (I was able to walk without shoes on in the room— so that’s saying something.) Staff all very friendly, check-in was a breeze. AC was cold. Location could not have been better. About 5 mins drive from Universal, Ubers were between $5-10 each way. Free parking in the hotel lot. Walgreens right across the street. Will definitely return!
- 5/5
Doors to the rooms are outside, covered but exposed. The grounds were updated and kept very tidy. Elevator is located mid building and there is a laundry facility.
- 2/5
We booked this place because of the proximity to universal but I will never come back. The sheets on the bed were stained yellow. The second set of sheets came off and would not stay on. Worst of all my girlfriend and I both were very itchy after our stay.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff, great location. Wish breakfast was included.
- 4/5
Ok room for the price. It’s next to the freeway, so it’s very noisy - other than that, it was an ok stay
- 1/5
The structure itself has cracks and has every sign of a motel. The room was clean and the bed laid nicely. The bath tub was dirty and had questionable stains, hair all over. The AC looks beat down and the ice machine in the hallway.. questionable all around I returned the keys within 10min of check in and booked another hotel. Waste of time and money. The front desk staff were nice and respectful though
- 5/5
We have a very good experience with the hotel , very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, they are very fast responding to your request the only thing no coffee in the room and the breakfast is pricey for what they provide. Overall it’s very good, highly recommended, very close to a lot shopping and restaurants and the very important very close to universal studios and airport. Thank you
- 2/5
Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Room was not cleaned or refreshed during our stay
- 3/5
Good free shuttle to parks but rooms smelt bad when entering
- 3/5
Hotel situé très près de l’autoroute,très bruyant.
- 5/5
Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. We were at Universal Studios so we did not use the pool.
- 2/5
Room was clean
- 3/5
Elevator out of order. Charge $12 per person for a continental breakfast. Basically a Motel 6.
- 5/5
Perfect stay for somewhere inexpensive near universal studios. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are actually quite nice for the price definitely a great value. Would come here again and probably will for my next universal studios visit as I am an out of state AP.
- 4/5
Great location on International Drive and comfortable rooms.
- 4/5
Nice room but very loud when people was passing with suitcases and cleaning carts.
- 4/5
It’s a great location. Accessible to transportation, restaurants around the area, parking at the property is spacious plus a grocery store nearby. It was a pleasant stay and the staff are great.
- 3/5
The free shuttle to the parks only operates once a day.
- 3/5
Did purchase breakfast price was not comparable. Need a little of remodeling in the rooms. One of the 3 elevators was out of order. Good location for near by shops and ihop.
- 3/5
Just take a hour for check in because has just one person in the reception and the light in front of our room has a problem and blink all night.
- 2/5
This hotel was not the most clean. The shower head was completely rusted over. Its location is good but that’s about it.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is quite simple, but if all you need is a place to sleep, it’s perfect
- 3/5
Rooms have no coffee makers. I would go down every morning and ask to have a black cup of coffee. Also Breakfast is not included adults pay $12. For our trip it served the purpose only to sleep and shower. They do have a seal bus to take you to the parks. Pickup to Universal Studios 8:45 and back is 6pm. We staying at the parks until closing and took the bus from Surfside Hotel which was across the street then walked to ours.
- 3/5
Room was decent besides the mold on the lampshades and window curtain. The tv was old and had other images burned into the screen. The transportation bus to universal only goes at one specific time( around the time the park opens) and comes back one specific time ( few hours before the park closes). Breakfast is an extra charge of $12 per person currently. As long as you use the room to just sleep and not hang out in then it’s not bad. Beds are comfortable and pillows are extremely soft. If you need some pillow support make sure to bring your own.
- 2/5
Elevator don’t work, there was a nasty smell of a dead animal that was in the grass out front, there was mold on the wall in the room and the toilet seat looked like it had been used for 10 plus years. Yes it was a cheap hotel but they could do more. Wouldn’t ever stay again. Beware ur getting what u pay for.
- 5/5
Didn't go to pool
- 5/5
Great staff and location
- 2/5
No coffee maker in the room, strike 1....poor internet connection all around, tv kept freezing and horrible cell service in room, strike 2....not even a bedspread on bed, strike 3...i come to orlando every year for my birthday and will never return to this hotel
- 1/5
This hotel was awful. My daughter got all bit up and when we checked the beds had bed bugs. I do not recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Been coming here for over 20 years my dad randy loved it too
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean property building somewhat older great location
- 4/5
Iets meer geluidsdicht (herrie vanaf de gang) zou fijn zijn.

Water leaking from ceiling from room above us, white mold on heater in room, mold on lamp shades, toilet slow to flush and blanket super thin.

Yes
- 4/5
Didn’t use the pool but saw others doing so. All doors are outside and it’s next to a very busy intersection, so traffic noise was an issue. Laundry facilities are decent and there is a good Mexican restaurant next door. Walgreens and IHOP are also walking distance

The property has not been well maintained. It was cleanish, but lots of rust everywhere, and things kinda falling apart.
- 3/5
Oui mais très très bruyant la nuit.
- 2/5
Mold all over the room. Holes in curtains and moldy bathroom.
- 1/5
This was like a two star property kind of clean, but definitely rundown for being eight years old I would skip it and stay in a different resort where their quilts and beds are nice

It was older needs uodates
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were great and very professional. Will stay here again.
- 1/5
My first impression walking into the lobby was not good. The lobby reaks of mildew and mold. The room we were put in was covered in mold and rust. The sink was clogged and there were burn marks on the blanket. I was staying on the first floor and it was unbelievably loud during the night and in the morning. The maids cleaning carts sound like you're sleeping next to a Rollercoaster. I was woken up all night by peoples rolling suite cases and chatting all night. Once I was able to sleep I was woken up early by staff rolling around cleaning carts and talking. I told the front desk after the first night that there was mold and it was so loud I was not able to sleep. I was told that I needed to stay another night in the room because they were booked. When I requested a room change it was around check out time for the other customers. The woman at the front desk could have easily had a room cleaned and moved us. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I feel like I was deceived by the advertisement for this "Hotel" and ratings online.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
They could improve little things like better communication regarding house keeping.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the hotel was close to amenities the only complaint I really have is that the room was quite noisy.
- 4/5
The room was really clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
Hotel was good but the noise from trucks passing nearby was was causing too much noise so, had to cancel the stay and went to another hotel
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. We were surprised at how great the stay was considering the price-point.
- 4/5
The room was nice, it smelled heavily of bleach which really made my sinuses hurt. Husband and I were sneezing the first night but it finally mellowed out. The room was sort of awkward because there’s a massive area with no furniture, could have used a chair or a small dining table. Rooms were dated but simple. Things were pretty average.
- 5/5
Good value
- 3/5
Room had a musty smell, luggage racks were covered in rust, shower curtain was too short.
- 3/5
The a/c needs to fixed. It runs full power for a few minutes and then shuts off completely for 20+ minutes. You cannot sleep comfortably when you freeze and then sweat all night long.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!!! Check in was great!! Hotel smelled awesome. Definitely will stay again
- 3/5
Breakfast could be improved, kettle and mugs in the room would have been very appreciated, air conditioner is loud and blows strait to one of beds, bed pillows couldn't be worse (only 1 of them was ok), trolley of the cleaning people is very loud passing outside, it woke me up, the door makes a loud sound while opening.
- 2/5
The looks are deceiving from the online pictures. It is basically a Super 8 motel with some amenities. The tv didn't work until we reported it the following night. The TV doesn't take wifi so can't add Netflix or YouTube just basic channels. Pillows, blankets and bed aren't comfortable. There was a connecting door between rooms and was not informed. The second night the new occupants tried opening the door even after told them it was occupied. I had to report to the front desk so that they can handle. Occupants should be informed ahead of time so that this doesn't happen. Staff was very polite.
- 5/5
Quick easy location to Universal!
- 3/5
Staff was fabulous. Hair dryer did not work, was given back same dryer rigged into the on position. Phone to contact desk did not work. Beds squeak due to metal frames.

Clean room friendly staff, great location, very comfortable beds, plenty of free parking, microwave, locked safe and mini fridge.
- 4/5
It’s nice for the money! Clean rooms friendly staff..
- 5/5
Clean and very close to Epic universe
- 5/5
Clean rooms great staff have comfortable beds. Really enjoyed my stay here.
- 5/5
Michael checked me in and was very professional friendly and very helpful with all my questions. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Had one of my best nights sleep while traveling here will be back.
- 2/5
Def won’t be going back
- 2/5
Room is nothing like the pictures. Floor all scratched. Bed way too soft and lumpy. Ceiling above shower shows areas where it is falling down. Very old dated and not very clean
- 4/5
We did not arrive until after 1am and front desk was very nice, room was clean and check out was a breeze.
- 5/5
The room was great. Just don't expect to sleep in as the cleaning ladies go by with carts that make really loud noises in the morning.
- 4/5
Room at decently clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Door was hard to open. Thin walls and noisy neighbors
- 3/5
However, there was mold on the lampshade and our tv did not work. We called the front desk multiple times for someone to come look at it but no one came.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
The staff was super kind and the room was very comfortable! I do wish the pillows were a tiny bit bigger but I got a good nights sleep regardless. Great location right next to the parks and all the fun things to do on international drive!!
- 5/5
The staff helped me with my room as I goofed up my reservation a middle of the night
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice clean and very accommodating staff. It was very cold last night for Orlando and the heat to the AC unit was a bit temperamental but at the end it worked.
- 5/5
Yes. Great value.
- 2/5
not clean
- 5/5
The room was better than just fine!
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff.
- 3/5
Clean room, bit of traffic noise
- 5/5
very good
- 3/5
It was decent
- 5/5
All is good
- 5/5
If you are looking for a affordable stay in this area, then this place should be on your top list
- 2/5
More like a motel, you enter your room from outside. The door does not seal properly so all the cold air was coming in and we froze during the night, even with the heat. You can also hear the cars outside and everyone walking by or next door. Mold was growing in the room and the bathroom. Overall clean but not worth the price and advertised poorly.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and its the perfect location, we will definitely be staying their again when we go back
- 1/5
Terrible management, customer service, and the dirties hotel I have ever stayed in. The TV didn't work, our feet were black with dirt from walking on the floors and there were random pubic hairs in the bathtub room. I am so glad it was only for 1 night.
- 5/5
Great stay - clean and comfortable!
- 3/5
I put an ironing board in the window so no one could open it.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds wwre horribly hard and uncomfortable. The shower had little to no pressure so it took twice as long to wash the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. The hotel is good if you only want a place to lay your head
- 4/5
Bonne chambre, personnel agréable, mais extrêmement bruyant a cause de l'autoroute a coté et d'une mauvaise isolation des fenêtres.
- 3/5
Very friendly and helpful staff.
- 4/5
We had a couple of issues with the booking through expedia. Other than that, it was clean and the staff were very helpful. The parking lot gets very full at night and we almost had to park in a different lot. It is older but still nice.
- 4/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 3/5
They advertise a shuttle to the theme parks but it really is only a bus early in the morning and a bus back late in the afternoon. This is not what I would call a shuttle.
- 5/5
Highly recommend.
- 3/5
The hotel was predominantly Spanish workers and guests. Room was outdated. Bed sheets were very thin. No comforter or blanket. There was a note on the a/c from management saying do not turn off due to humidity purposes so I’m guessing the room can get hot quick. Our room was right by the ice machine on the first floor so we heard that all night.
- 4/5
The hotel is conveniently located. It is not the most modern. But it is well kept. Near the parks and lots of dining locations. It is greatly priced. Due to being adjacent to I-4 is a bit noisy. But overall it was great option.
- 5/5
Friendly staff!
- 1/5
The staff was good but the Hotel Manager, Owner weren't able to provide safe and sound for us , the hotel needs new shower and equipment's. the room wasn't good and no arrangements were made and had to cancel this hotel and couldn't get refund in spite we had to find and book our hotel in the evening, messed up the first time experience for us. nosiy right outside door
- 2/5
The shower was absolutely horrible. Almost 0 water pressure. It was very loud outside in the parking lot areas. And had overall bad experiences with the staff
- 1/5
The room was dirty and extremely noisy; avoid this place at all costs.
- 3/5
Thin walls….room near walkway (pickup point) luggage rolling through all night!!!
- 1/5
Room had mold on lamps, smelt of chlorine the entire stay, exceptionally loud, and the sheets were dirty when we checked in. poorly cleaned bathroom, with mold as well. I would not recommend at all.
- 4/5
The AC was noisy, but the room was clean.
- 4/5
Very pleasant stay. Nice area, plenty of restaurants choice.
- 3/5
First thing I noticed was that the hotel is very obviously a revamped previously crappy hotel. Nothing wrong with that, but I’m saying the property, lot, elevators, etc are dated. If you’re looking for a decent place to sleep for the night at a cheap rate, this is for you. If you have a family and are staying for a while, this is not it. Upon getting to the room, the door was very difficult to open. It was stuck and you had to push very hard. I almost thought my key wasn’t working. When we entered, the blinds were hanging off their tracks. There is no coffee pot in the room. There was also only one blanket for two beds. The beds have very thin slip cover type coverings and there is only one blanket in the closet. Despite the shower having excellent water pressure, the toilet does not. Had to call a maintenance man at 10:30 pm to unclog a toilet that honestly had minimal toilet paper in it. We were still only provided with enough towels and washcloths for half our party. The lamps have USB ports to charge your phones; however, ours did not work. There is only one mirror in the entire room and the lighting is terrible. If you have several family members trying to get ready for the day, this makes it difficult. The refrigerator was not very cold and the knob was broke off, so you couldn’t turn its temperature down. The air conditioning unit clicked all night long. It sounded like someone was throwing tiny pebbles at our window. The stay was just subpar.
- 1/5
The room made me feel neglected. It was a horrible experience that I had to pay my hard earned cash for two nights. I wanted to leave the 2nd night but didn't want to waste my money. Remind you, I did a solo trip thinking everything was legit and decent. Nope, the whole OPPOSITE of what a MOTEL not a HOTEL room wowould bewould
- 4/5
Great location, really good option for who is looking for economic hotel
- 4/5
Could be a little cleaner but for the price can’t complain
- 5/5
Clean room and spotless bathroom! Easy check-in and great deal!
- 1/5
Breakfast wasn’t worth the $12 - hot options were mini pancakes, premade omelet and sausage. Floor was sticky and not properly cleaned before our arrival, moved the trash can and there was old food. If you are a light sleeper, forget about getting any rest - right next to the busy highway, you can hear EVERY noise. Location was great for a quick trip to Universal - just be prepared.
- 1/5
Room had no blanket and AC wasn’t working properly
- 1/5
Water blockage, not tidy, expensive
- 3/5
Loved that it was super close to the parks. It worked well for what we intended it for, sleep and shower.
- 3/5
We had some issues. Room phone did not work. Fridge did not work safe did not work, plus no outlet for charging phone or anything. The only fixed the fridge. By swapping out for another one. Looks to be a cheap way of some remodeling. But clean.
- 1/5
The room temp was 58 degrees when we arrived and blasting cold air despite turning the heat up to 77. We had to use blankets from both beds and bathroom towels to keep warm. The adjoining room only had 1 door between with very sketchy locks. You could see into the other room and hear through the door. The hotel was very outdated with rusty, crumbling decor; although it was as clean as a room of that caliber could be. It was an awful stay with basically no sleep because of how unsafe we felt in the room.
- 2/5
**Location:** Five minutes from Universal! This is true. This is the best thing I can say. Hold onto this fact, because it's all downhill from here. **First Impressions:** The listing said "hotel." My eyes said "motel." **Room Condition:** Remember those lamp shades in the photos? In person, they're giving "science experiment gone wrong" with what I can only describe as *decorative* black mold. The shower also features this trendy biological artwork. **Housekeeping:** housekeeping is available but you walk to the front desk to schedule it. Need towels? That's another trip to the front desk. **Breakfast:** $12 for "continental breakfast." I don't know what continent they're referencing, but it's definitely not one I've visited. **Theme Park Shuttles:** They advertise shuttles! They have shuttles! Will those shuttles work with your actual park schedule? Absolutely not. Hope you enjoy leaving Disney at 7 PM and Universal at 6 PM, because apparently these shuttles turn into pumpkins. Parking: Arrive after 8 PM and you'll find cars parked in what can only generously be called "creative configurations." The middle of the road is apparently fair game. Noise Level: The housekeeping carts sound like they're training for NASCAR. I genuinely thought a 747 was attempting an emergency landing outside my door. Would I stay here again? Not unless I was being paid, and even then, I'd need hazard pay
- 3/5
No lamp on one of the night stands. No facial tissue in the bathroom. Pillows were like trying to sleep on marshmallows. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The friendly staff at the hotel always nice and ready to help you. The air conditioning, microwave, and fridge worked perfectly. The location of the hotel is perfect.
- 5/5
Excelente!
- 3/5
Luggage rack in the room is a bit worn out; the pillows are not in standard size but in cushion size. The water pressure in the bathroom is low. Overall, it is still a good option given the price during the holiday season.
- 3/5
I booked this hotel observing the average guest rating. However, I was not impressed with the overall condition of the hotel.
- 4/5
The staff was great, the hotel is okay. We flew in late and we were going to Universal Studios the next day, so it was perfect for a one night stay, close to the parks. The room was clean - we would stay here again if it was just one night because of the great location and price!
- 5/5
Room was great for the price! Room was very clean, beds were super comfortable! Front desk staff was friendly and parking was easy. No resort or parking fee which is a huge plus!!!
- 3/5
I genuinely wanted to give this hotel a higher rating. I tend to root for smaller properties, especially when they’re competing with much larger hotels nearby. Unfortunately, one issue significantly detracted from my experience. During check-in, the staff took a photocopy/photo of my passport. I was not given a clear explanation as to why this was necessary, how the information would be stored, or what would happen to it after my stay. I’ve stayed at many larger hotels and have never been required to provide a copy of my passport. If the concern is potential room damage or incidentals, then cover it by holding a credit card on file. Collecting and retaining copies of passports without transparency is not a good security practice, and it left me uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay. Clear communication and better data-handling policies would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
- 5/5
Stayed for one night. The room was clean and staff was fantastic. It’s not a thrill but a great hotel for a nights stay before going to Disney!
- 5/5
We would recommend to anyone looking for a Nice affordable accommodation
- 2/5
The facility is old and in only so so repair. The worst feature was the lack of soundproofing for the room. Every voice and cleaning cart could be heard throughout the room.
- 5/5
The motel was clean and staff was fine. The only complains I have is it was close to I-4 and it was very noisy. Luckily I brought out sound machine are we would not have gotten any sleep. The pillows need to be replaced with firmer pillows. I would stay here again with my sound machine because it was good for the price.
- 3/5
Very friendly, fast easy check in. Great location.. unfortunately our room had roaches and the lap shade look like it had mold on it. So i will not be back.
- 5/5
Perfect.. very nice and clean. One thing, not good... Ridiculous policy of a cash only deposit of $200. Very simple to do on a credit card like most hoteles do.
- 4/5
Cuarto limpio, bien localizado. Lo unico cerca de la carretera y se oyen los carros
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
The room is very outdated, a lot of noise comes in from outside, I stayed on the second floor and I could even hear the people upstairs when they flushed the toilet. I don’t recommend it.
- 5/5
The room was exactly as shown, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I and my wife had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely start again for a longer period to enjoy everything they have to offer.
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
Our room was clean and smelled nice. The staff was very courteous and polite.
- 4/5
Very convenient location
- 1/5
BED BUGS!!! AND THEY KNOW ABOUT THEM! We went on a 13 hour drive, got to the hotel at 10 pm, ready for bed and there was BED BUGS in our room. We went to the front desk, asked for a refund and the front desk employee KNEW ABOUT THE BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE
- 5/5
Great room felt safe and superb location.
- 3/5
Room entrances were outside and facing a mechanical room, not very quiet and no light in the rooms from the windows
- 2/5
Blankets were dirty and felt more like a motel than a hotel. It was fine. Close to the resorts but the vibe at the place was pretty low.
- 1/5
The staff was nice during check in. The Mexican restaurant in walking distance was really good. The bad Looked like they did a refresher at some point but that was not enough. The curtains looked like someone touched them with a cut on their hands. The door had a gap to the outside and the room was noisy from traffic. We found a huge clump of hair in one of the beds which was pretty gross. The cherry on top, we counted a total of three German roaches. I’m not usually too picky on places I stay but ehhhhh don’t think I’d stay here again…
- 5/5
Main thing I really did not like was how small the parking was and trying to find a parking spot
- 5/5
Todo muy limpio!
- 5/5
Cleanliness, quiet, convenience to various amenities
- 2/5
Not recommended. You hear all the cars passing by. Horrible
- 4/5
Everything thing was ok
- 5/5
My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel and will choose it again if we ever have to come back to Orlando. The continental breakfast was convinient. The emplacement is close from all the universal park also and a shuttle was included in the price to get there :)
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and great
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
In the morning the staff gathering to clean was right outside our door and we heard them tussling all morning long not allowing us to sleep in. It was so noisy it was not enjoyable Room 102.
- 1/5
I chose to stay here because of the great reviews, but this place was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty and felt like an old Motel 6. There was mold on the ceilings and even on the lamp shades. The sheets felt cheap, and I found hair on the beds and on the bathroom floor. The TV didn’t work at all. I will definitely never stay here again.
- 3/5
Room temperature and mattress had stains amd hair
- 5/5
I left me hoodie there and they sent it to me in Texas! Love this place
- 4/5
Door between room kinda ruined our experience as we could hear clearly person talking
- 3/5
Room is clean
- 3/5
Beds were comfortable enough. Bedding felt cheap. Shower curtain was very short which caused water to puddle on the floor. Pictures on-line made this hotel seem nicer then what it was. Very noisy if you have a room near the pool. Ice machine, people talking, plus pulling roller bags past these rooms was annoying. The extra charge for breakfast was too expensive for a basic continental breakfast that was offered.
- 4/5
Overall good experience at this hotel. would stay again
- 4/5
Stay was 10/31/25 - 11/1/25; went for Halloween night at Universal. First hotel I've stayed in where "renovated rooms" had actually been renovated somewhat recently. All furnishings were in good shape, not the most expensive things, but good. Three negatives...bed was too firm for my liking; room was near where housekeeping starts their day and cart noise woke me early. Advertising said there was a shuttle to Universal. After arrival I found the shuttle was only for daytime and nothing for the Halloween evening we planned.
- 5/5
Great stay- clean rooms
- 5/5
great room air conditioner is great .breakfast superb
- 1/5
Once you get in the bed, you see that the sheets arent really white as much as they are yellow. The fitted sheet lifted and i saw what looked like a poop stain. Luckily we had a bed sheet in our car. Despite the possible charge, we used the sheet that was in the plastic bed because the default bed sheet was yellow and uncomfortable. I looked under the table and saw an empty toilet paper roll? Not to mention that the listing said we would get a king bed when it was infact a queen. The Ac turns on and off like every 5 minutes & we were very hot throughout the night. Our room was 113 and we were right infront of the ice machine. You can hear EVERYTHING. Janitors will walk by with their carts and you can hear EVERYTHING. This will wake you up all times of night and morning. We will never cheap out on our room ever again.
- 5/5
Esta es la tercer ocasión que me hospedo en este hotel, a mi familia y a mí nos encanta, sin duda regresaremos nuevamente
- 3/5
Front desk staff was super nice. Room appeared clean at first but on the floor near the door was a scattered pile of dirt and hair. Stay would have been better if I didnt see the housekeeping staff staring into the room window to see if we had left yet.
- 4/5
Very humid room but close to our destination.
- 4/5
The room was nice and cool. Maybe too cool. But enjoyable regardless.
- 4/5
Clean room , staff business friendly
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room. Very Affordable Ac worked great. Helpful Staff!! Will definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
Stain on one of the beds. Walls were super thin and you could hear all traffic.
- 2/5
When I first arrived no one was at the desk. Waited 15 min for someone to show up. He said everything was paid for then charged me 2 dollars per night. Not a big deal but there was no receipt or paperwork showing what I paid for. Sheets have a lot of wear and tear to the point that it caused a lot of itching. Sink would not drain properly. This location was in a very convenient spot.
- 3/5
Yuhhh
- 3/5
Decent
- 1/5
Yes when we arrived for our stay, my husband entered so he can check us in, the front staff lady was extremely rude to him and gave him attitude and when he asked to check in. She said our room wasn’t ready, but she didn’t check our reservation nor did she look at the computer and when he asked if she could check she said no and to come back later. We arrived an hour later where I spoke to her and she still had the same attitude and would make little remarks under her breathe when we were checking in. I didn’t see her name tag but we checked in on 9/24 at 2, she was tan, with black hair and a mole above her lip. We won’t be coming back to this hotel as she was unprofessional and rude to all parties.
- 4/5
Property was very clean and staff were friendly and responsive. Location is great and very walkable with public transportation nearby if needed. Tons of nearby dining and shopping options. Just across the interstate from Universal Orlando Resort. Our only complaint was the lack of a proper seal around the door between us and the adjoining room, so we (and I’m assuming our neighbors as well) could visibly tell every time there was a lamp on, if the window shades were open, and hear every conversation our neighbors were having.
- 5/5
- 4/5
Had a really good stay great location, staff were great only downside is cleanliness could have been a lot better, stains on the bath and also the lampshades. Overall I would stay again but its just the basic things like cleanliness which is obviously I big thing people would be put off.
- 1/5
Room looks dirty, sheets look dirty, curtains has stains. Hotel looks like needs a goo cleaning
- 5/5
Universal
- 5/5
We were skeptical of this property when we made the reservation because the price is so low compared to neighboring hotels. But the reviews were all good so we thought we would try it. We are so happy that we did. Yes this is an economy hotel, which does not have all the frills of its more expensive cousins. But the rooms are comfortable and clean. There’s a microwave in aYes this is an economy hotel, which does not have all the frills of its more expensive cousins. But the rooms are comfortable and clean. There’s a microwave and a refrigerator in each room. This property has a very high value for what you pay. The staff is very service oriented. There is a free shuttle to the theme parks however it only runs once a day. We used Uber and it was cheap and convenient and cheaper than paying the parking fee in the parks. We would definitely return to this property again.
- 2/5
The hotel seemed very old and didn’t feel clean. The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around in it. The door of the hotel had a broken lock or something because it wouldn’t close properly and had to be slammed. The key card would barely work because of the lock on the door.
- 3/5
When we entered the room, there was a puddle of water generated by the air conditioning. In fact, when walking in the hallways, most air conditioning units leak water onto the floor, forcing us to walk over it. The reception staff is very friendly, but they need to pay more attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the building.
- 3/5
Staff is very service-oriented, helpful, and responsive.
- 4/5
Everything is close by
- 3/5
Served its purpose. I had a clean place to lay my head while I visited the nearby attractions. Updates to the property would be nice but that would more than likely make it less affordable. Got it for a good price.
- 2/5
Tv did not work it never let me use any of the apps and always told me I had no internet connection regardless of being connected. and the sink would take a while to drain and the restroom tub had hairs inside of it would not stay here again
- 5/5
Nice hotel but no much security around
- 4/5
I liked the overall experience. Inwould visit again. Rhis time for a longer time. I only spent one night
- 1/5
Moldy room.
- 3/5
Property needs a big face lift. And the pool was disgusting and didnt even have filter system. Just gave bathtub vibe with mad bacteria.
- 1/5
only the location of hotel was good, the rooms were not clean and sound insulation was terrible, it was very noisy. I do not want to stay again.
- 5/5
good
- 2/5
The stay was incredibly uncomfortable. Our experience at the front desk was decent, and the front desk was helpful, but upon entering my room, the air conditioning had a loud buzzing noise throughout the entire stay making it incredibly hard to sleep, as well as the floors seem like they were not mopped and the towels and linen had a strange smell to the hotel was very dated. There are also leaks coming from the roof and dripping down onto the floor and on the morning of us checking out which checkout time was 11 it was about 1030 when a cleaning lady just barged into our room without knocking, but we were in bed. I definitely would never go back here. They didn’t even offer me a different room after I complained about the air conditioning noise being incredibly loud definitely avoid and breakfast is not included here they charge you $12
- 3/5
Staff was great. Hotel seemed run down and rooms have a major humidity issue even with the air running.
- 5/5
Very nice..beautiful and spaced
- 3/5
The first night we had an issue with the AC and humidity in our room, but maintenance was there in 15 minutes and took care of it. Around 2am the AC started acting up.again and had a very loud noise. We had a bad night when it came to sleep. The second room was so much better and the man at the front desk took care of getting us a new room within minutes. Great customer service. Both rooms are very humid, but we live in Florida, so we get it. Beds were comfortable, pillows were a 5 out of 10. Very clean.
- 4/5
Updates are being done which are looking good, but still needs some work. Curtains in poor condition. New barndoor bathroom entry not optimal for access. Desk chair rollers broke. Overall was a good stay.
- 4/5
Mina and Diana at the reception desk were warm, professional, and made our stay special . Very helpful and all smiles .
- 5/5
Location perfect for Universal parks. Plenty of food options around. Hotel was clean and comfy.
- 5/5
Very easy to communicate with! Bilingual and affordable for a week!
- 1/5
Our room 332 was dirty, has numerous roaches that we were killing. Room 332 bathroom is falling apart and toilet is horrible. I only used the bathroom once while there. The shower was dirty including the wall and so was the sink. I took pictures of everything but cannot share them here because there is no option. The worst was the roaches running on our food and items. The 10am checkout staffs does not care about the roach infestation. We told the staffs and the female said okay. My husband went down to lobby at around 3am which is open 24 hours and there was no one there, he waited about 25 minutes. He even called and their phone after not being to get anyone in the lobby and the voicemail was full. I ask for a receipt upon checking out and was told that they do not give receipt and it will be email to me. I went back to the hotel 30 minutes later after not receiving the receipt and was told the same thing but Gustavo overheard me and came to the front desk to teach the staff how to give me a receipt. Stay away from this hotel.
- 5/5
Un precio por noche adecuado.Además está cercano a parques, centros comerciales, una amplia cadena de buenos de Restaurants .
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Overall the stay was good. The property itself needs a bit of upgrades. Especially the walkway to the elevator that smelled horrendous. Staff was friendly especially the breakfast ladies. Very welcoming and serviceable. The front desk was average in terms of helpfulness. However, one staff at the front with glasses and bald was very indifferent when speaking to us. It was as if he was upset about us asking questions. The hotel is at a good spot and walkable to universal studios. KFC at the corner seemed sketchy but we went there for something cheap and the vibe wasn’t so bad if you need something cheap and quick to grab.
- 4/5
Very good location - we got an Uber after our stay in Disney and could walk to a choice of restaurants for dinner & breakfast.
- 4/5
convenience was good.
- 4/5
Great hotel to stay i do recommended just the smart tv do not work and breakfast it’s ok but overall is great!
- 4/5
Motel setting, simple breakfast that charged for the meal. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Didn't like the loud cart being rolled up and down the corridor by housekeeping so early in the morning.
- 3/5
Too much noise
- 5/5
We always stay at Monerale which is great!
- 5/5
For the price I paid it was decent
- 4/5
I would say this is a 3 star hotel and great considering the price.. shouldn’t be measured up to Marriott or Hyatt standards honestly it’s more of a motel but it is decent and enjoyable for the budget. I would recommend
- 5/5
Room was very clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is not free and there is a charge. Pool area was very nice. This party does take debit cards such as Chime.
- 4/5
Nearby to every popular location
- 3/5
just non comfortable, good location.
- 5/5
Was nice i loved the area
- 2/5
The bed sheets have stains and hair. They need to improve hygiene and cleanliness.
- 4/5
Super accesible to Parks and International Drive attractions.
- 5/5
We enjoyed and would stay here again
- 3/5
Nothing exciting about this property. Its clean enough and serves it purpose to temporary house.
- 1/5
Not a clean room roaches everywhere
- 1/5
We stay in Orlando several times a year. This hotel had the WORST service ever. First, at check in, they were speaking in Spanish the whole time, they downgraded our room, the sink wouldn’t drain - we called and no one answered. My husband went up there and the said they would sent maintenance to look at it (she didn’t wrote our room number down or anything). It was 11:15pm. We waited 30 min. No one showed up so we left and went to a different hotel. Can’t stay in a room that doesn’t function as intended. When my husband took the room key back that night, there was a shift change. The guy at the desk asked why we were checking out after we just checked in an hour ago. My husband told him and the employee was not aware of anything. Expedia tried to help but when they called, the hotel didn’t answer.
- 2/5
2. The pool was was discussing 3. The staff was rude
- 2/5
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The property is very dated, and the overall appearance and feel are more in line with a roadside motel than what was advertised.
- 1/5
It was all dirty. Staff were rude.
- 3/5
Nice spot for a short get away, property needs more maintenance on the air conditioning (we didn’t had access to put it on or off), and the bathroom (shower was nearly broken). But nice place though!
- 1/5
Air condition don't work extremely hot only one bathroom in misery conditions noise neighbors on top waking all night long Never comeback
- 2/5
Room had mold on the ceilings with flaking paint, mold in the shower, long strands of black hair in the shower, LOUD AC unit. Not to mention the small pillows.
- 5/5
The hotel is nice and clean, very close to Universal Park, they offer free shuttle to the park. It's close, at a walkable distance, to stores and restaurants, the location is wonderful. The staff was nice and friendly.
- 2/5
Will not recommend
- 4/5
Property is good and clean and close by universal resort
- 2/5
The walls are not soundproof!! You can literally hear everything !
- 3/5
The place served my daughter and I fine for what we needed it for. I didn’t want to pay a ton for a place to sleep while doing the parks. The bed was comfortable. The room only came with 1 washcloth and it was a challenge trying to get a second one so we didn’t have to share it. It took 3 visits to the front desk to get one. ( they told me they didn’t have enough and they were being washed). As someone with a master’s degree in hospitality management, I guess I’m a bit critical on little service issues. On checkout morning, checkout is at 11:00am. We were carrying out our bags to the car in 2 trips to the parking lot- it was 11:01 when we came back up to get our second bunch of bags, the key did not work. We had to go all the way to the front seat to have them ready key so we could get back in to get the rest of our stuff. Beware, the room keys reset at 11:00 on the dot(we didn’t know this) so if you decide to stay here, put a wedge in the door while you’re loading your car. Again, you get what you pay for.

The staff were incredible, they gave directions and information well. We had an issue with our ac unit, they had it fixed quickly. The rooms looked like they had been refurbished and were clean.

From the beginning the moment at checking, the first thing they tell me is because I'm a local I have to pay $200 cash deposit. Upon checking Expedia, they could not find anywhere on the site where it stated that locals pay a $200 deposit- cash only. They proceeded to read me something on their computer stating that they may charge $200 for incidentals, when I demanded a copy or to see that screen, they refused it as well. I was no more than 30 minutes laying on the bed when I broke out with I am unsure was a rash, hives or bites, but they covered from my forearms, all the way up to my shoulders and my entire body was extremely itchy. It was so much so that I had to take a shower to try and subside it , After the shower I rushed out of there.

It feels dirty, with a lot of mold, and I didn’t feel comfortable.

If you are looking for a "no-frills", clean hotel near Universal, this is a great option! We didn't spend much time in the hotel, but the on-site laundry, while busy at night, was handy. The pool was clean. We were looking for a reasonable place to stay to enjoy Universal and this was perfect for us. We like to walk and it was an easy 1 mile walk to/from City Walk (Universal and Islands of Adventure). We walked to and from Universal each day since the free shuttle options weren't right for our time schedule. Additionally, there are lots of restaurants and a great outlet mall all within a mile or two of the hotel. The hotel has free, on-site parking which was extremely helpful. Also, this hotel is an easy 15-20 minute drive to the airport.

Cards did not work on door, had to have matinence come. First hour smoke detector went off for no reason. Matinence came again, removed battery. It then proceeded to beep all night long. Matinence did not speak English well, if at ll.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We spent a week here while visiting the local theme parks. It had a small fridge and microwave, which makes a huge difference. The room was clean and quiet. I felt safe walking around the hotel. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool a few times during our trip. I do wish the pool area opened sooner as I would’ve liked to sit outside in the morning while I waited for my kids to wake up. But that definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. I would stay here again when we are in the Orlando area.

This hotel is in a terrible condition, full of Mold that has been painted over. Toilet was the worse. The Right side of the Building smells of sewer. And Cockroaches bid you welcome.

Nice surrounding area for tourists, no shortage of dining options.

The check in process was very smooth & the staff was very friendly. They offer a free shuttle to and from WDW and Universal Studios Orlando. It is also walking distance from many restaurants, fast-food, and stores. I stayed here solo and felt pretty safe. I only gave 4 stars due to cleanliness in the room.

The cleaners start early and roll there carts on the rough concrete halls and sounds like your sleeping on an airport tarmac. And your bed rumbles from the carts. Facing the hiighway dodnt help. We stayed one night as a layover before our cruise so didnt complain. The pool and area was nice. We spent a few hours in the pool which was nice.

Great location, very close to theme parks. Free shuttle everyday to and from Disney and Universal park. Breakfast for a fee of around $12. Very close to restaurants and highway.

Muy limpio, camas comodas, cerca de muchas atracciones turisticas, perfecto si tienes planes de visitar parques tematicos ya que se encuentra a solo minutos de varios parques, especialmente Universal. Volveria a quedarme sin duda alguna.

Nice staff. Room was clean, but shower curtain and bedding dingy and worn. TV didn’t work. Good for one night.
