We have stayed at dockside multiple times and as always the room are clean and spacious and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The pool is amazing and the buffet is so convenient and delicious with some many options!

We were able to get into our room when we checked in at 11 which was very convenient + helpful. We have stayed here b4 + will definitely stay again if the adventure arises. Beds very comfy, room very clean. We asked for a couple more pillows + they quickly responded! Highly recommend! Book the room!!

Staff very friendly, hotel was in a good location with convenient transportation options. Understanding this is a budget friendly hotel, I do feel our room was very rundown with general wear and tear. I most likely wouldn’t return due to that.

My suggestion to guest is maybe bring a noise machine for sleeping. Could definitely hear people in the halls, and little from our next door neighbors.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly had buses out front to take us to the parks we really enjoyed our stay and the person who checked us into the hotel was so nice and friendly and she checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was good.

We LOVED our stay at dockside! The staff were all amazing, the pool was huge and the shuttles to and from the parks were super convenient. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom rooms and it was so nice to have the extra space and table to eat at since we stayed a full week. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Shuttle bus to the parks. Check in wasn’t easy (paperwork wise); I prepaid for the reservation yet a member of my party who arrived first was made to pay entire amount again at check in. Then, when I arrived they charged me for the entire reservation again… so 3 separate charges for the same stay. Still waiting for other charges to drop and to confirm only one payment sticks. Unfortunately this issue kind of overpowered the positives of the short trip.

Loved having the space of a suite for a reasonable price. The hotel was beautiful and clean. They had plenty of options in the food all, and everything we had during our stay was fresh and delicious. Transportation to and from the parks was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Good selection of amenities and the option to have a small suite was the deciding factor. Staff was great. Wasn't overly impressed with the food options but otherwise was a great trip.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Endless summer Dockside inn. The location was great for visiting Universal and other attractions. The employees were very helpful and friendly and housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room every day. We loved the shuttle bus that went to the parks and City Walk. We loved the value of the resort and even though the food was a little pricey there was always a good selection of foods at anytime throughout the day.

Room was on the 1st in tower 2. It was steps away from the pool and lobby. Everything was very clean. Only thing I can say it the bathroom was a little small but of course I wasn’t there for the bathroom. I had a wonderful time there with my family. I will use this location for all of my future visits in the area!!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Dockside Endless summer resort! The pool amenities were so helpful, like plenty of clean towels, life jackets for the littles, bar & drinks area, and not to mention it’s a HUGE pool so even when there is a lot of ppl out there it still feels spacious. The transportation to and from the parks and early admission is of course why we booked here, but everything else just felt like a plus. Cleanliness was 10/10. I will say walls are thin, but not to the point where you can’t sleep. Especially after a long park day, that will be the least of your worries. Starbucks, gift shop, and the food area was incredibly convenient too!

Sorry that’s a lot of griping, but on the bright side, the staff was generally nice and very helpful. Housekeeping service was good. I’m sure there’s a reason why you require them to enter rooms every day but I gotta say I really didn’t love her opening the door before 8 AM when we were still sleeping. The cafeteria selection was pretty good and pool area looked nice and clean.

They didn’t come inside to clean it at all the whole seven days. I had to wait to catch them outside, but they can throw the garbage away, but I had to clean it up by myself and give it to them. They didn’t do it for me. I didn’t not like that and on top of that, it was a lady knocking on my door. She was staying there too, but she keep knocking on my door saying if I was OK that the security guy was saying if I was OK and I went downstairs the next morning and they said they didn’t. It was a lie nobody was there just because of that I have to change the room. I did not like that at all. They had to change her, not me

Room was super spacious and super clean. The only complaint I have is that at night, the room would get slightly warm. Even though the thermostat was marking 68 degrees, it was still warm. It happened all 3 nights we stayed.

Location with proximity to idrive and the trolley was very good making other attractions, shops and restaurants available Food at location was expensive, repetitive and not very good. The sound proofing between the rooms left a lot to be desired

You honestly can’t beat this place. For the price and the perks I don’t have any advice to make it better here. My family stayed for 11 days used all the amenities and enjoyed every minute of it. We wish we could stay another 11 days!

Staff was nice, there were a few stains on our sheets. Room key wouldn’t work for the parking deck gate had to go back twice because we couldn’t get out. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Another stay at Dockside for our family of five vacation. This time we arranged for two adjoining rooms. Stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and the texting service made getting extra towels and pillows a breeze. Pool was well attended by staff/ lifeguards and areas were well kept. The ONLY issue was housekeeping staff knocking at 8AM everyday… we are on vacation… please don’t knock before 9AM..lol But that was the only issue we encountered and not really that big of a deal! The buses were a thing of beauty- we didn’t have to wait 15 minutes at any location. Amazing stay!!!

This is my first trip with my 11 month old son. Check in went smoothly and you could do online check out so it's super convenient

We requested new sheets and a full clean half way at day 7 as hadn’t realised this is only on request. Staff were always friendly especially Leena at reception. We had 3 2 bedroom suites on the 10th floor. One of the rooms was next to the lift. The lift wasn’t an issue really but people filling ice at all hours was. Read lots of reviews about noisy corridors, so had asked for high floor which I am sure made a difference. Given how reasonably priced this hotel is for a two bed suite, I think the noise is bearable. Given we had read lots of reviews and feared worse, TBH, we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel is. Buses were frequent. For early park hours, to make the most of it, get the bus 1hr 15 mins before. We were near the front of rope drop every time and got all the big rides done in the hour. A big plus is the early park hours and thus hotel at £100 a night for the suite is well worth it. Would stay again. Tips: we took our own kettle, as we are tea drinkers along with mugs as we don’t like using disposable.

We love the Dockside Inn! Our family has been staying at this resort for the last 5 years for our spring vacation. Rooms are beautiful and perfect for our family of 5, pool is amazing, and the food/drinks are delicious. This resort will forever be our go to.

This hotel was clean and felt safe. The staff was great. I wished we’d had two bathrooms, and be aware that the “2-bedroom” is actually a 1-bedroom with beds in the living room. The pool was very nice, and there was a game room and other amenities we didn’t use.

Close to Universal Studios Orlando, convenient free shuttle to the parks. We loved the early entry benefit to Epic Universe and Islands of Adventure. The pools were great! We had to go back and forth with the reception staff for 10 days after check out as they withheld a large amount of money as an authorisation charge and were blaming our bank, when we contacted our bank, they advised it was the hotel withholding the funds. This was extremely frustrating, especially when we were still travelling, so our bank advised if we wanted to claim unauthorised charges, they would have cancelled our card. It took about 8 emails to actually get the funds cleared and the staff I spoke to on email were quite rude and unhelpful.

Great time relaxing at the pool with the games, bar, and relaxing music. The shuttle busses to the theme parks were a huge benefit, along with early park entry as a Universal hotel guest.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. I’m a very recent traveler, my check in night was a bit chaotic and very crowded! The staff maintained composure with a smile and kept the check in lines moving forward. I also had an issue with a breakfast order, it was resolved very quickly and respectfully. Shuttle service was excellent!

Bus to Universal was nice. Did not utilize anything else just due to how spread out everything was.

The Dockside Inn and Suites was a great place to stay. It was so convenient to hop on the bus to head to the park. Not having to worry about parking was a real plus! The hotel was great and we loved the pool. I will definitely stay here again.

So, yes, it's efficient to go to universal, for a short trip, shuttles are convenient, there's enough food around the hotel too, the pool is pretty cool. Biggest downside is, again due to the people, but the WiFi is subpar, you even get kicked sometimes because too many people are on it, and 5g is dead as well, because so many people are connected to the tower, you get 1996 era bandwidth. Otherwise I'm amazed at how they manage to get this factory run that well. Kudos to the staff.

It was a great space, with food and transportation connected. Pool was nice. Downside, our room was at the farthest end of the hallway which was the farthest from the elevator. Sometimes it was just ridiculous, especially after a long day at the park.

We arrived at the property to get our room. We were given the first room and we found lots of scuff marks on the walls dirty sheets in the beds and dirty furniture weird liquid on the lamps. We went down stairs and let the room manager know we were given another room and found more of the same in the next room but added was food in the beds. So we went down and talk for the manager face to face this time about the room and he said he would be reluctant to give us a third room without inspections it first, and he told me that he would let me know when it would be available. We waited over an hour so I went to the manager again to ask the status and he immediately came up with keys which means it was ready long before he came up with keys. We went up to the room and again found more of the same so I called down and was told that someone from house keeping would be up along with a member of management. Jordi and a supervisor of housekeeping neither one of them cared saying that the room was clean and so was the sheets and to either deal with it or leave. I told him that if this was my house and he immediately said “I wouldn’t go to your house” I ignored the rude comment and said you would expect your room to have clean sheets don’t you think. Again didn’t care I asked to have a higher up manager call me and he said the hotel manager wasn’t available and didn’t know who would be available. Later he said that the highest guest facing manager would reach out soon. We arrived at 4pm

Rooms were cleaned everyday but maybe think about vacuuming the floors because they always felt dusty and gritty.

Everything from aesthetics to efficiency was excellent. The pool closed at 10 pm and we had just gotten back from the park.

Has a great time with my wife for our honeymoon. Other than the fact that the room has an off smell like there stale smell from mopping water... we enjoyed our stay.

Besides being able to stay in the universal bubble. All the perks and advantages that come from staying on resorts, such as early entry. The best part about staying on site at the park as the transportation and ease of transportation between your resort and the parks themselves.

Filthy room. Had so many issues with housekeeping. Sheets weren’t changed from previous guests. Disgusting stains on all 3 beds. On our 8th day they decided to come to our room and all my toiletries had been opened and tampered with. My stuff by the sink had all been deliberately knocked down! I couldn’t believe it. Would never stay here again!

It’s a beautiful place! The staff were all very kind and efficient. The property and rooms were clean and well maintained. It’s very convenient to stay here if you’re going to the nearby parks as they offer frequent shuttles! The pool is one of the best features as it’s huge! The only very small downside was that it was difficult to call the front desk from the rooms, and I had to walk downstairs and wait in line to extend our stay, which isn’t the biggest deal. Definitely will be back!

First time staying here and let me just say we loved it, the only one complain I would have is that the pool’s chlorine is just to strong to the point it gave me a headache, we only were able to enjoy it at night and I wish the lifeguards were more aware because there was two kids running and jumping over guests to jump inside the water, parents were not paying attention but staff was also not really making sure these kids would stop running and ruining everyone else’s vacation. Other than that I can say it was great and location was phenomenal

Wonderful location, amazing staff. Great pool area with bar for the adults and splash pad too for the kiddos. Only area lacking I felt was the food. Mainly the pizza we ordered was not cooked all the way, and the boneless wings were literally just chicken nuggets with some sauce drizzled on them. Other than that would definitely stay here again! Service was amazing too.

The marketplace had a good variety of meal options, the pool was gorgeous, the room was very clean and the staff was exceptional. The towels (both pool and room) seemed a bit thin and scratchy, not luxury towels. An airport shuttle would have been nice.

We loved staying here! I have two teens that loved the pools and the ping pong tables. The food was also very good in the food court and has a good variety! The rooms were super cute and clean and the beds comfortable! We had easy shuttle service to Universal and will be staying here again!

The room was very nice, clean upon arrival and seemed well maintained. Parking costs were high and an added expense that was hidden in the fine print. Food was below average and would compare to highschool cafeteria level quality but at theme park resort prices. Even the pancakes and pizza were pretty rough to get down. Room service was mid. I had a bunch of trash that I put in a shopping bag from souvenir shopping and I found a large trash bag left next to it upon entering the room. One day two of the three beds were made but not the third one. Towels were refilled but not other toiletries. Had to call for toilet paper and soap. The pool was nice but with no staff activities my kids found the resort to be overall boring.

I love the fact that we had cleaning services for the room everyday day, they would change the towels , replace whatever is needed, empty the bin and so on. I also like the fact that they offer towels for the pool. I like the fact that there is a food court downstairs even though it is a bit expensive. I like the fact that I got a room with a nice view. I like the location too, close enough to almost everything. I would definite recommend your resort

Loved the pool and the nice sized rooms. I guess we stayed at a very busy time, lines for elevators were incredibly long, lobby’s and halls were packed with people constantly.

Very pricey considering it did not include breakfast as so many hotels do. While the food court was much appreciated we found the stay very expensive. We appreciated the timely bus transportation to the Universal theme parks. Was surprised at only two elevators in our tower for so many rooms/guests...we often had to wait for another one because it was already full. Pool was great. Property was very nice.

The room was clean, smelled great, the only thing they need to do is give you more pillows, and have a comforter. The bed only has bedsheets, and it does get chilly in the evening without a comforter. The parking fee per night is very steep as well, and I am unsure as to why, as there are plenty of parking spaces and parking garages on the property.

The hotel is clean, and the areas are too. It is a little ludicrous, but it is ok for many kids.

I can’t understate how terrible this hotel truly is. The lobby and ground floor communal areas are feral. The pier restaurant is overrun with unaccompanied teenagers and tweens, screaming, climbing, doing each others hair, playing chase while barefoot etc, while other guests are trying to eat their food. Room was spacious, loved the in-room small fridge. Room was cleaned every day, which was a plus. Could be improved: storage for clothes, only 3 drawers and hanging space. In-room safe was very small as well. Pool area was very big, towels on site very practical. Restaurant had good options for all meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and staff worked fast to help all guests. Universal merchandise store on-site and lounge bar were also very practical. Could be improved: there were long lines daily for check-in, if you had a quick question you had to wait till late at night for help. Maybe a concierge or guest services desk would be practical. Rest: all good, very nice and pleasant! The free shuttle service to Universal was awesome, they ran frequently and was well organized, also to return to the hotel.

The stay here was lovely. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the food onsite was well made. The staff also comped us free meal vouchers when our flight was delayed due to a winter storm. They were helpful and professional. The shuttle to the universal parks was quick, easy to access and free. I am a single parent and I went with just my son and we felt safe and had a great time. We would visit again for sure.

Staff courteous, room clean, beds comfortable. We had 2 room suite. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the " kitchenette " was not goid. Most hotel rooms have a mini fridge and microwave, which this did. I would have expected a toaster. The other issue was little storage. 3 smal drawers in one room and small area to hang clothes. Nothing else. Otherwise, good shuttle service, large heated pool.

Cafeteria food is wildly expensive and BUSY. Same with the starbucks on property - line-ups at 6am! Pool area is nice - there a small beach area which is unique. Bussing to Universal parks is super convenient and easy.

They were given a "free" late check out and 3 drink ticket for the inconvenience. The next morning they woke up to ANTS in the second room. They took pictures and went to go to the front desk, they forgot something in the room and went to go back and were locked out of the room. Their key cards shut off so the late check out wasn't added to the cards. The housekeeping person refused to let them back in the room. They went to the front desk to get back in the room and let them know this room had ants. The front desk person was less than helpful so my daughter asked to speak to a manager. The manager offered them a free meal voucher for the ant issue. It was explained they did not want to eat where there were cockroaches and ants. The manager said they would refund the cost of the room since it was such an awful experience. I hope they do. SO DISAPPOINTED that a hotel with great reviews has a cockroach infestation.

Suite was 2 Queens in shared living/dining room area and a third in a small bedroom. Cozy and workable, but you'll hear everyone else use the bathroom, especially in the middle of the night. Other than the pool, not much on the property - this isn't a resort - but the free shuttle bus to Universal and early admission is cool if it's useful to you. We were charged for overnight parking, which was a surprise and felt unnecessarily expensive. Restaurant and bar on site are workable. No airport shuttle. Honored our request for two adjacent suites and early check in, and made it easy for us to rearrange sleeping for the second night after half the group left. Overall I'd recommend if you are heading to Universal.

Staff was not helpful or pleasant, Elevators did not work half of the time. All 6 of the nights we stayed there was several foreign teen groups with no supervision banging on walls, going in and out of rooms laughing, screaming running up and down the hallways and thought it was funny. This lasted until past 3am in the morning. I fell bad for anyone with small children trying to sleep. No way to sleep. Called the manager 2 times and all we got was apologies. Security not able to control the situation. No discount offered, just apologies. I would not recommend this place. The only good thing is the shuttle service.

The sheets were dirty upon arrival which was the first thing we noticed. Then, during the night on the first night of our stay we were woken up to LOUD clanking, thuds and running from the floor above ours. This continued through the entirety of our stay. We placed two different noise complaints and talked to many different managers and the noise never stopped. The walls are THIN. I do not recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper.

Ir started with an absurdly long line; my check-in was at 4:00pm, but we only managed to get in at 9:20pm. When we finally got in, we were put in an extremely noite room. The air conditioning made an absurd mouse every 30 minutes, mas beside there mouse, it didn’t work well. There was a terrible mouse in the corrido es, and in the morning, from 7:00 am onwards, there was a surreal noise above ir room that made impossível to rest. And to top it all off, the room cleaning was terrible. We have NEVER Statesmen in suco a bad placê.

Amenities are great, food choices, 2 bedroom suite provided ample room, pool stayed open, shuttles to theme park and early access to select parks. Great value, great location.

There is no way to fully close the black out curtain to totally block out the bright lights of the pool/parking lot. It is a massive hotel so expect waits at elevators and full hallways, long lines at the lobby Starbucks. The early entry and shuttle are nice perks. The pool was a bit plain and underwhelming for such a large resort. They also blare the music at the pool so loud it is decently heard in your room. Parking is ok. There is a deck, but you will walk a bit to get to and from.

Hotel is very clean, great amenities, quick shuttles to and from the parks. My biggest complaint is was the 2 1/2 hour wait for check in. We arrived at 4:30pm and didn’t get to the check in desk until 7:05pm which is unacceptable. We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and the check in process was a 90 min wait. I feel like this is something they should be able to figure out by now.

A trip to forget, definitely. It has the feel of a college dorm with constant masses of people bumping into each other in the halls, slamming of doors, voices at all hours of the night. Will never be back. The pool was good tho.

Our sheets could been changed at least once due to we were here a week and sheets were never changed. CARMEN in your dining area was amazing she asked us of we needed anything every morning and evennon our last day she made sure she said by and come back soon. The frront desk was very help getting us right in and out and helpful with our ticket purchasing.

Although we had to change rooms during our salary (due to our shower leaking onto another floor) we LOVED this resort. We stayed 12/21-12/26) weather was perfect, high 70’s all week. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be back. The convenience of hopping on the bus (which runs quite frequently) was huge!

Check-in on Christmas Eve took over an hour. I know this is a busy day of the year, so you would expect the hotel to staff accordingly. They didn’t happen. There were several open counters that no one was working, and could have. My suite was NOT cleaned after being gone all day. They did leave us more towels though . For the money I paid, I expected better. I will never stay here again, and I don’t recommend.

Hotel was clean, fine for just sleeping ONLY IF you don’t have noisy neighbors. Walls are so paper thin you can hear someone eating chips in the room next to you. Which really happened to us at 2am our first night there with a couple taking until 4am. It was not the couples fault as they weren’t being loud, obnoxious or unruly. It was simply that the walls are so thin. The bed sheets are not good. Location and bus service was good.

From the moment we arrived the staff were pleasant, courteous and couldn't do enough for you. The room was clean and met all the needs for our stay. The amenities on site were better than any of the previous hotels Ive stayed at while in Orlando. Free shuttle transport to and from the parks made life a lot easier for us since we visited them every day and saved a lot of money. I would recommend to anyone if they were to visit Orlando and specially Universal parks to stay at the Dockside.

this resort is best

The rooms were clean and basic. Check in took over 30 mins which was annoying since we arrived after 10pm with young children. The hotel was very busy with lots of big groups. Overall great value for what we paid but I preferred the vibe at Cabana Bay over this hotel.

By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Very very clean hotel, ammenties are good, super convenient and close to universal with free shuttle and only 20 mins away from Disney if your planning on taking an uber or even driving down. Food options are amazing as well. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would def reccomend staying at this place!

Since this is a universal property, loved the shuttle service from the hotel to the parks which aren’t very far from the hotel. The cafeteria offers a good choice of food throughout the day and serves nice sized portions to satisfy any appetite.

The wait to check in was more than 1 hour. The extra 1 hour for the guests into the theme park was not worth of the money, since everyone rushed in at the same time, so the wait time in the line was longer than normal wait time.

The 4:00 pm check in line is the longest I have ever seen. We ended up leaving and going to City Walk and checking in much later.

Room was clean, checked in early with no issue. Closer to check in time and later had very long lines. Pool was great.

Resort was clean and food options were good. Property was very loud though - did not get much sleep due to noisy neighbors and hallways. Also would have been nice to have breakfast available earlier in the morning. The food court didn’t open until 7am which didn’t give much time before getting to the park for early access. Starbucks opened at 6am but was out of most food options and the line was soo long and took a while to just get coffee. Also was disappointed that the refillable mugs from the park could not be used at the hotel. A separate cup had to be purchased.

It was a busy place, definitely a family style resort. The conveniences were the early park admission and included shuttle that runs throughout the day to the parks. The food was your typical cafeteria style and not the greatest and def overpriced. Honestly, the food at epic universe was way more tasty so if you can wait just eat at the park. It's just as expensive but tastes better.

The wait to check in was over 2 hrs. We missed our dinner reservations with our kids and our first night was basically ruined. The lady at the front seemed newer as she charged us the wrong amount which was more than what we should have paid. They called us for the first 3 days of our vacation multiple times asking for a new payment because they accidentally refunded us and now they need a new payment. Not to mention the hold on that card didn’t release the entire week of our stay so we were out both amounts until it fell of the initial card. Such a sad experience

Received a message at 4 to go to mobile check in to get our key and didn’t get out of line until 6:15. Discussed with manager and want given anything of value in return. Ridiculous!

Clean very polite

There are a ton of reasons to book at Dockside Inn. Clean rooms everyday, early entry to universal, busses are quick to the parks and best of all very affordable. The only cons are the road noise and thin walls (although our room faced the highway and had an adjoining room door). Overall we would 100% stay here again.

Bath tub was chipped with sharp pieces on the bottom. Room smelled weird every time it was cleaned. Internet barely worked and tv would glitch regularly. Staff were mediocre with their attitude, knowledge and care. Pool was closed for “inclement weather” on two beautiful clear days. Impossible to exit the property without going through the lobby which added at least an extra 7-10 minutes whenever we tried to leave.

Hotel had many doors propped open and cigarette smells were everywhere. Staff didn’t welcome people and weren’t hospitality focused in letting the guests in areas first like elevator or halls.

This hotel was amazing for the price. If you are on a budget or just want something more affordable this is a great option. The service, cleanliness, staff, convenience was such a good experience. We didn't have any issues. Very streamlined process. But our favorite part was the food and food options. They had so much variety and the food actually tasted good. Compared to other hotels we've visited where the food was bland and overpriced. We already decided we are going to be coming back and checking out other universal hotels as this was our first experience at one of their hotels. And it was a great one.

Room was clean, although a bit spartan in accommodations. Pool was perfect for the kids. The shuttle busses were always rolling with minimum wait times. And the onsite cafe' was priced well for some quick meals.

Best decision we made on our Universal Studios getaway! My husband and I frequently go to Florida for Universal Studios and Disney trips, and staying at this resort made this one of the best vacations so far. Check in and check out was a breeze. On the day of check-in, you can enjoy the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready which was really nice. We really enjoyed the convenience of the shuttles, the nice rooms, the pools, Starbucks, and the food court that was open from morning to night time 11pm. We particularly enjoyed being able to order a pizza online on our way back to the hotel and having it ready by the time we arrived. Being here really felt like a worry-free vacation and that's what we enjoyed the most.

Very helpful staff

Room was nice and comfortable. There was a little wait to check in but my room was available right away. As always the shuttle and early entry to the parks are a major plus for these hotels.
