Great overall great. Loud traffic noise if facing the street but not enough to bother sleep.

What upset me most was the complete absence of customer care or compassion. Life emergencies happen, and I expected at least some consideration given the circumstances. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of how this situation was handled, I will not be using Expedia again and will not purchase through Expedia in the future. Customer service and empathy matter, and in this case, both were lacking.

I booked an accessible suite and it was perfect for my daughter and I. It was a lot more space than I was expecting. It was very easy to get around every room in my power chair. The bathroom had more grab bars than I've ever seen in an accessible bathroom, which was very appreciated. We also enjoyed the pool and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Dr. Phillips Center for a show as well as to grab lunch and dinner, so the location was perfect. We also loved having the Starbucks downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Nice staff. They don't provide parking but don't mention it in until after the 3rd party pretending to provide parking has your car, if at all. Expeit to pay $50+ a night in addition to the price here just to park. There is no street parking either, no mention of it or signage. The free breakfast was provided by Motel 6.
