At check-in, I specifically requested a room that did not face the street because I am a light sleeper and wanted to avoid traffic noise. The front desk employee told me no other rooms were available and assigned me a street-facing room anyway. As a result, I barely slept. Throughout the night, there was constant traffic noise, loud vehicles, and what appeared to be street racing well into the early morning hours. The noise level was excessive and made it nearly impossible to get any meaningful rest. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, a good night's sleep is one of the primary reasons people book a hotel room. Unfortunately, that did not happen during my stay. Had my room request been accommodated, my experience likely would have been much different. For travelers who are sensitive to noise, I would strongly recommend confirming that you can be placed in a room away from the street before booking. ★★☆☆☆

Enjoyed my stay for two nights. Check in/out was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to KIA Center and Florida Mall. The issues I had was there is no microwave in room. I also asked the room attendants for more towels but didn't receive them. I think if you stay for a few nights, you should have more than one towel per person. I really don't like reusing towels. The area around the hotel is very quaint. Cute houses and brick streets. Beautiful homes and lots of parks. If I am to return to this area, I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here as a last minute decision after our flight was cancelled (king room). Perks: the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful and the parking lot lights were bright. Issues: the room was somewhat small, the shower water took 15 minutes to get hot, the patio door was very heavy and difficult to open, and the TV was in an awkward location.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good food at the restaurant. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but related to the location and noise. There is a gas station directly across from the hotel where the local bikers and college kids hang out and blast music all night. I heard police sirens a couple of time through out the night which would temporarily quiet them. Impossible to get any sleep as the noise was o loud. That was Friday nigh and my room window faced in the direction of the gas station. Saturday I asked the front desk to move me to room facing on the opposite side of the hotel in hopes that it would be less noisy and it was slightly better, but still very noisy. A shame because the hotel itself is well allocated and the staff really does a great job.

Property is well maintained and the staff is professional. The star less is because even though we had a room for 3 the sofa bed had no lines or pillow, we had to call to request that. And the parking lot has a sign letting you know they are not responsible for your vehicle but they charge you $20 dollars daily for the parking.😳

I just put a bad rate because on my way out I asked the front desk to reject a an Amazon package for me because I was coming back to my country and it was imposible for me to come back for the package, and even with my warning about that, they didn’t reject the package and I was charged for the package y and they receive it.

The hotel was great. It was the lack of flexibility with Expedia that was beyond awful. Our flight from MCO home to BDL was canceled after waiting hours in the airport, it was late, we were traveling with small children. The airline automatically rebooked us for a return flight 2 days later (ridiculous) and we had to scramble to find a hotel. Then we were able to get a return flight home the next day so my original need for a 2 night hotel stay wasn’t necessary but Expedia would not allow me to modify my booking and credit me back for the unused and not needed extra night. I was on with a representative for a while late that night only to get the runaround that the “system” wouldn’t allow for the modification and refund and to contact the hotel directly who already told me they couldn’t do anything with a 3rd party booking. I will never use Expedia again. What a way to take advantage of an awful situation especially traveling with young kids. You made this nightmare situation even worse and should be ashamed of your restrictive policies.

I had a pleasant stay, and the shuttle service to the Kia Center was convenient. However, the room location had significant road noise, and there was also a nightclub that was audible from the room. I would stay again, but I would request a room that is not facing the road.

We were in town for the Citrus Bowl and NYE. We had a nice stay, comfortable bed and enjoyed the bistro in the hotel. Good food and comfortable places to enjoy watching the other bowl games.

I did not have breakfast because I left. For the price of the hotel, it's very bland. No microwave in the rooms, the food is overpriced, and the area is unsafe with many people talking to themselves.

I stay at this hotel anytime I go to an event at the Kia Center because of the convenient location, but also extremely pleasant staff. This hotel is always extremely clean and very comfortable. I’m not sure I understand the early pre-check-in process link that I receive when I stay at this hotel because it does not speed up the process.

It was extremely noisy. The people I had across the adjoinig door came home ta 3 one night and 2 the other. They wre extremely loud. I was told the magaren would speak with them, but they continued the second night. I also heard my neighbors on the right through teh walls, but they weren't loud for too ling. Also, the toilet in my room , 506, was gost flushing. Otherwise super nice and clean.

This was our second stay this summer, and the Courtyard by Marriott has become our favorite hotel in downtown Orlando. The customer service is unparalleled. We have been visiting for concerts throughout the summer and were attracted by the shuttle service to Kia center and Camping World Stadium, but we will keeping coming back due to their excellent customer service and comfortable, spacious rooms. There are a variety of shops and restaurants in walking distance, and a starbucks/bistro right in lobby downstairs. My sister asked me to book our next trip when we have no plans so we can just relax in our room for the whole stay because it was so comfortable. We will definitely return and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family traveling to the area this summer.

Your staff wasn't the friendliest for it being a hotel and the property is crazy noisy at all hours of the night and their parking isn't the greatest either. however the restaurant inside is fabulous and the amenities near the hotel were great.

From the moment we checked in we received superior service. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. When I mentioned being in town for a concert at Camping World Stadium, he quickly offered information on the free shuttle service available to and from the venue. Our room was clean and comfortable, with toiletries provided in the shower. There is a Starbucks/bistro next to reception, a 7/11adjacent to the property, and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is located downtown and the area felt safe. My sister and I have already booked our next stay in July when we will attend a concert at Kia Center nearby.
