I booked this for my son for his clinical study nearby and he’s happy about the place with amenities included.

The man there is very rude. His wife is much nicer but he's just pure ugly! If you decide to stay multiple days and need to pay a little bit late for whatever reason. Ex: You have an appointment you're already running late for so no possible way you could go to bank and back that moment, husband is 35 min away and will pay when he arrives. You will be informed that your belongings will be removed from the room if you have not paid or checked out by exactly 11.... And it's 10:48 when you check the time. ... All this means is that they will wait for you to leave, the clock to hit 11:01 and they will be in your room, going through your personal property and removing it from the room to place outside for whomever might want to go shopping in your stuff! The neighborhood is ghetto so you can count on having your stuff taken!

The lace is not pet friendly once there they charged me 20$ in addition to my room fee which was not noted on the site

The environment is quite nice, with no loiterers around. The room is very clean, though—perhaps due to recent renovations—there is a slight lingering odor.

Very noisy. Sounded like hookers downstairs fighting all night. Will not use them again.

The rooms are sleek & comfortable! The ownership is helpful and keep the property beautifully maintained.

I enjoyed the first visit so I had to come back. Was in town visiting and I enjoyed another safe and relaxing stay at the hotel. There’s still ongoing construction in the front of the building but navigating in was easy and quicker this time. Loved that there was still practically no deposit (but you still need to present a valid, working and physical debit card) to check in after payment. There was ample parking and it was very safe, no noise complaints aside from a random firework I heard in the distance. The warm water here will last you for way longer than 30 minutes if you enjoy a hot shower! Wish they offered a premium room that had a kitchenette but there’s plenty of fast food places nearby given we’re very close to the airport.

This place was everything that it was said to be therefore I gave it a good rating however it is not uncommon to have flights going over your place in the middle of the morning due to Asian flight time arrivals. Also trash cans were being moved at 3 o’clock in the morning on rollers makes a little bit of noise woke me up.

Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. One thing to note is that all of the light bulbs are a bright white (which isn't good for use at night because it wakes you up) and there is a train track that runs right behind the hotel. Trains use this track every half hour on the hour from midnight to 3am every day. When they pass by they blow their horns. So if you are a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs. The only thing that made me feel a littls unsafe was that there was a huge gap between the doorframe and the door through which I could see light from outside. It made me worried someone could stick something in the door jam and force the door open.

Fix the ice machine and improve the internet's reliability throughout the property.
