Clean room; staff very helpful; breakfast very good; parking okay.

Our room was comfortable & clean we received clean towels & made beds every day along with free breakfast eggs bacon sausage…. But most importantly i was impressed with the staff honestly I forgot 2 pairs of headphones in the night stand called hotel right away the receptionist had them! Thank you for a great stay & honestly!

Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. Better area or location for breakfast. 1st day Very low water pressure. 2nd day no water pressure for a few hours and only one ice machine was in working condition.

The room was tidy but the carpet was really dirty. Didn't notice until I looked at the bottom of my feet in the shower. Had to wear socks the entire time in the room. Understandable since you can't shampoo the carpet after all the visitors. Otherwise the room was great and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have some Keurig coffee in the room as well. Staff was great and was nice to have a shuttle to the airport.

I have asthma and all the rooms have a smell. I couldn’t stay and have to book another hotel after checking in due to an asthma attack because the strong smell of the carpet.

Property was great. Food was good. They cook it for you room was not cold or hot. It was just right if you had an issue, they would take care of it immediately. Thank you Best Western.

I was locked out of my room and didn't even sleep there. When I went back in the morning I had to wait almost two and a half hours before they could get the door open so I could get my things.

I came from a Delayed flight and the staff was very accommodating. We were given late check out, rooms were clean, and spacious.

This is the hotel we stay at whenever we are in Ontario. Always an easy check in. Rooms are always clean and amenities are there for whenever we need them. Staff is super friendly.

We stayed here because we needed to recover before heading home from a long work assignment. This was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was the perfect temperature to loosen sore muscles. It was located near the airport and several interstates making day trips easy. It was great to have breakfast waiting every morning. And our room was clean and comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!

I had a bag/shoes/some clothing I left in the room. I was told the room had been cleaned and my belongings would be at the front desk. I went to the front desk the girl smirked and said she didn’t know and would check and proceeded to check the back room for my things. Then said they didn’t have anything and had no idea what I was talking about that there was nothing there. Thankfully my mentor went over and asked for the owner they said they would speak to the cleaning manager. Magically my belongings appeared after telling them how much my things were about 2 hours or so later. I didn’t appreciate how the staff responded, the smirks and not trying to find a solution. I could have left without my things and who knows what hands they would have ended up in if my mentor hadn’t had asked to speak to the owner. Very disappointed.

Was surprised the pool was closed to customers while having a party for the maintenance staff.

Good location, but obviously a little noisy due to airport. Room and bed were clean & comfortable. However, no guide for TV service, which is silly since you don't know whats on for any channel., air conditioning seemed to be governed... so not cool enough for me to sleep comfortably., and my shower experience was probably the worst I have experienced... the diverter was not working properly, so maybe 25% of the water was going to the shower head, and the rest through tub spout, which happened to fill the bathtub rapidly due to the fact that the drain was mostly clogged.

Our daughter was at the nearby hospital waiting to be induced. We were able to get a few hours of peaceful rest before the baby arrived. The first room we were given had people hanging outside being noisy but they kindly moved us to a very quiet area. Very nice people. Extremely clean room.

It was perfect, everything about it was perfect. 10/10 would stay there again.

We have been staying here on and off for 20 years and have found it always to exceed our expectations. Convenient to the airport and dining options. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is great and they have a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast is good with several options.

I found it convenient that there's an airport shuttle. I also liked the complimentary breakfast served, they had a good variety. The rooms are just okay, it's not the best in regards to cleanliness. The AC smelled like mold and the sheets had blood stains. The staff informed us late checkout was at 12 upon arriving, but when we called front desk to confirm on the day of, they said it was 11:30. The price is okay, you get what you paid for. Overall it's not too bad! Would stay here again if I want to save some money and time.

Some of the towels provided were dirty and/or had a bad smell to them. The property was a glorified motel. Random people loitered in the parking lot and around the property most of the time. Despite our request for a late checkout, which was approved by the front desk, housekeeping staff knocked on our door at the regular checkout time anyway.

Strong smell in the hotel room.

Our key card would stop working all day every day. Staff more then happy to help. Was an inconvenience however our stay was 5 nights. Hot tub not in service for 2 days. Breakfast was ok. Would like to see more variations. When booking my stay i was told Breakfast would be different on a daily. Had exactly the same thing every single day for 5 or 6 days 🙃. Ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Overall an ok stay.

I've stayed at this property several times. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was furnished with a fridge, was quiet, and included plenty of parking. It also wasn't far from the 10 freeway (but not so close you could hear it). I did use the small gym, but the air conditioner was overmatched by the heat (even at night). We didn't use the pool, but it was there. The missus noticed that there was no shade-producing amenities at the pool, which meant high sun exposure if you are there during the day. Overall, this is a nice stay in Ontario.

Overall stay was satisfactory. I stayed Friday thru Monday. I did not need or request housekeeping on Saturday morning but asked the desk as I was leaving on Sunday to be sure my room was serviced while I was gone. There was no service when I returned a 6pm. So, no clean towels or other housekeeping services performed for the entire stay. Disappointed.

While checking into my hotels a man that was putting his permanent address as the hotel and was known to staff by name, asked me how long I was staying. I am a friendly person, however this interaction did not make me feel comfortable. Upon arriving in my room my shower was running and would not turn off. I called the front desk and was placed on a hold, then hung up on. Luckily after I packed my stuff and was getting ready to walk up front a repair man knocked on my door. He was nice and able to stop the water from running but left the tub and shower dirty. After traveling and working all day it wasn’t ideal to clean up in a dirty shower. The walls and windows are very thin. I was kept up by people walking by my window all night and the airplanes that can fly into the airport around the clock. On my last night someone knocked at my door 4 times between 12:30am and 1:15am. While there is a peep hole on the door I could not see anyone and did not feel safe enough to open the door. This hotel was at the top of my budget from the company I work for. Next time I will spend the extra money to stay some place I feel safe.

Convenient place to stay for business trip

We went for my daughter’s gymnastics competition at the convention center and the staff took us in the hotel van in the morning. In the afternoon we walked to the hotel about 10 min or less distance. The Staff was were very nice.

To be honest, I have stayed in 100s of hotels, and this one, for the location, price and service was well worth it. 10/10 from me. Service was one of the best ive had, breakfast was decent for a Best Western and the shuttle to the convention center was perfect for our occasion. Free parking too is a plus. Would definitely stay again.

A solid affordable stay near the convention center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; when they heard I was in town to take an exam they made sure to situate me in one of the quieter top floor rooms in the back building which I really appreciated. They also offered that the hotel had a local shuttle to the convention center and airport. The room itself was a decent size with a really comfortable bed, AC, and was mostly clean other than a couple stains on the comforters. The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice perk and the gym was good too. Property itself felt pretty safe as a solo female traveller although there were occasionally people loitering and blocking the stairs to hang out. Surrounding area is decently walkable.

The room was super clean. Very nice stuff. Breakfast room is very nice and clean. Breakfast was a good quality. They provide shuttle rides. The only inconvenience is that the shuttle goes only every 30min and not as soon as you need it. Being a motel type of property it was a little noisy late night and early in the morning.

My stay was for 1 night with a king beg. The lobby was clean and up to date. Staff were great, I was able to check in an hour early. The room was clean, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, all smelled great! If you are a light sleeper I’d recommend getting a room with your door facing opposite of the airport/train track. Also to note housekeeping starts on the top floor so the noise of their cart rolling can be loud.

The property was clean, quiet, was in a perfect location and proximity to the Ontario airport and had great water pressure! (I want a shower like this one at home!). Gus was extremely friendly and helpful both prior to our trip when I called and upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was great, having a variety of choices. The attendant for breakfast was friendly, accommodating and was very pleasant. There is nothing to change about this property and I will stay there in a heartbeat if I travel to that area!

I didnt enjoy my stay due to the thin walls and can hear air planes land. Service was fine but clerks seemed upset when my key card wouldnt work for my room. Good gym equipment just a small room. Also there is a lack of security and people can walk in and out the parking lot so i dont recommended leaving valuables in your vehicle. Beds are comfortable and the place is cleaned on a daily basis. Fridge and microwave are available in rooms and wifi works for gaming or video calls.

The room was clean and convenient to the airport. The airport shuttle basically pulled up to our door 10 minutes early and gave great service. The bathroom was clean and had good smelling pump soaps similar to our 5 star resort.

The mini fridge in the room was old, noisy, had been repaired with glue, looked terrible. I didn't realize when I booked that this hotel has exterior hallways/doors.

Little things matter after a very long day of travel... when airlines and car rentals are painful, walking into a hotel with a friendly welcome, assiging a room that is first floor right near ample parking and a clean room equate to a restful sleep. Additionally, while it may seem very small, I greatly appreciate the shoe cleaner especially before I had to go out for business for the day. Every staff member I encountered was smiling friendly and genuine- thank you for a great stay and look forward to visiting again when I travel through Ontario Airport.

When my family and I got to the hotel our hotel room smelled of urine. We asked for another room and were granted one. When we walked down to our new room when we tried to get in there was someone holding the door closed from the inside. We waited a second and a female s*x worker existed the room. We then went back to the front desk and they told us this has been a problem at their facility.

Wow! 5-star service. Jennifer was friendly when she came to pick me up from the airport, the front desk associate was amazing, Sebastin was very informative and helped me all of my needs here at the hotel. This made things a little bit easier for me since my flight was pretty much cancelled and caused me to be stuck here an extra day and miss work.
