The garden and pool were a great addition and very relaxing. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again the next time we stay in the area.

Did not like the smokers on the balcony. Guest often smoked outside and the smoke drifted into our room.

We stumbled upon this place a year ago and really liked it. We now make a point of stating here whenever we are traveling through the area. Highly recommend!

First time staying here, and I had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The price was reasonable, the parking felt safe and secure, and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Overall good experience. Wish they had a hot tub, and updated smart TVs, but overall good experience. Was able to park right in front of my room so vehicle felt even more secure. They do have security on site as well. Will stay agin in the future.

Very good early breakfast

The property is so well maintained. The grounds and the rooms are so very nice, but even more so was the staff. The gentleman who checked us in was super helpful to accommodate our needs. We requested a roll away bed and the gentlemsn Sergio was super prompt and kind when he delivered it. Someone like your grandfather who you would always trust. Oh they also had breakfast for us the next morning. Who knew! I highly recommend this hotel!

The landscaping was lovely. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, however they are very worn. They are in need of an upgrade. They had a microwave sitting on top of a mini fridge.. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much. The towels are tiny. The AC unit sounded like a plane taking off. I was disappointed by the room.

While it is an older motel, it is extremely well preserved and has a very charming retro feel. I felt like it would make a great place to film an old classic movie!!! Great breakfast too!! I’ll be back!!!

All staff were welcoming as soon as my two boys (12 & 10) were picked up. They were friendly, helpful and very attentive. I enjoyed the hotel’s outdoor views. Felts more like staying at your own little apartment. Not over crowded and definitely weren’t pressured into any of those 90 minute programs. Comfy beds. Good continental breakfast, which was included. Super close to airport. Perfect for one quick night even 2.

We stayed at the hotel for one evening, we arrived late and left early; however, we did use the shuttle service. The shuttle driver was friendly, and the front staff and security guard were all friendly. It was clean and a good experience.

In the room we stood on it had roaches. Then I didn’t even get my full deposit back. You telling me I had to sleep with roaches and you take my deposit??

Really nice, well-kept property with lush gardens surrounding the pool. My room was clean and had what I needed (although it could use more outlets or a USB port to charge phone). Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly, and shuttle to the airport was great!

I could hear the maids cleaning and a drill maybe maintenance early in the morning..and the toilet was running and flooded the bathroom a lil it was the tube that fills it back up it came off and was spayed out the back of the lid i had to put it back on.

The breakfast was fantastic! A great variety of options. In the bathroom, there was a 'nightlight' switch which was AWESOME! I'd never seen this before and I loved having the dim light before bed. I also loved how lush and green the hotel was. It was unexpected compared to the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel is definitely aged. Mostly really well. It's been kept up over the decades. The biggest negative factor would be the lack of plugs. For today's guests, an abundance of plugs is always desired. I traveled by myself so it wasn't a huge factor, but for more people it would be.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to get to. The lobby was very nice but the room could use a lot of updates! It was like walking into a 70s movie set. The elevator was not operational and there were stains all over the carpet and furniture. And the smell of mold was atrocious. Luckily, we got there late at night and left early in the morning.

Cameras and staff monitoring you in the breakfast room to make sure you aren't taking any food to your room. Very uncomfortable situation. Rudely accused me of taking food one morning when I hadn't, which was very upsetting.

It was convenient and very clean. Nothing fancy but has everything you need. Breakfast was great! 24/7 coffee was the best. And the shuttle was very convenient. Over all 10/10! I love the area and how there was lots of restaurants surrounding us, just minutes or a walk away. I got charged for one of my kids. It said kids 12 and under are welcomed and doesnt show any additional charges but we still paid. My kids are 3, 5 and 8. I looked at the policy and didn't see where it said that. I wish the shuttle didnt take 1 hour to depart . But its okay, I understand it takes time to get people from post A to point B . Vending machine only accepted cash at the moment and we had no cash. Its be nice to take some snack for the kids after breakfast, but its dine in only. Over all these are little things I'm nit picking, but this hotel is great, especially for the price !

Service was great. But the dishes were left there. The next morning, I mentioned into another person. She gave me attitude because the dishes were not supposed to be in the room. That's why they didn't take them. So I could have done without the attitude. In magically, the elevator stopped working soon as we got there. Other than that, the state was okay. I won't stay there anymore

It does have an older feel to it without a lot of options for charging electronics. I ended up using the outlet behind the bed. The AC was a bit loud, but that's fairly typical and it worked well enough.

Everyone at the desk when we checked in was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The lobby was spotless and so was our room. Everything in our room worked and the A/C kept us comfortable. Checking out was a breeze and the Security Officer made us feel safe. The breakfast was ample with enough of a variety to accommodate everyone. We will definitely stay with them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Everything was good except for the television selection was poor

They really thought of everything to make my stay comfortable. The makeup mirrors in the bathroom, The coffee pot, microwave and fridge, the suoer comfy bed with a choice of pillows, the airport shuttle driver, the security guard Leon, front desk personnel stowing my luggage so I didn’t have to drag it around. I would have liked the option of decaf coffee or herbal tea in the breakfast area. I would have liked bacon and sausage as breakfast offerings. During my stay, there were only sausage patties and links.

I had a great breakfast while my 3 days stay and the staff and the receptionist was very polite during my stay and I would definitely stay there again...**********

The room was OK, but it had an old stale smell to it. I asked for more towels the people came and wanna make sure they counted them out of tiowels, because there was hair on one of the towels in which cloth I didn’t feel all that safe it was a one way end and the air conditioner was real shabby rundown unfortunately I would not be going there again and if you complain about anything you had to wait 2 to 3 days to wait to see what the manager says about giving money back or some kind of compensation

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff are very accommodating to our needs. I requested to have our room change and the staff understood our request and move us at no extra charge. We shuttled to and from the Ontario airport. The driver was very attentive and on time. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

The property is a little dated but everything worked in the room. The Maids did an excellent job keeping my room clean on a daily basis. The property has 24 hour security and they are helpful and friendly. The guest parking area is designated and you must enter with your room card. Very safe. At check-in the young lady was friendly and very informative. This is the second time I've stayed here and I will do so again in the future. The grounds of this property are beautiful.

This motel felt very safe. Security presence and gated parking lot made me feel safe. There were a lot of little amenities like a toothbrush and razor in the room. Cookies on check in was also very nice.

Security was visible and actively patrolling, which made the stay feel very safe. The property itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to the 10 freeway and several quick dining options within walking distance. The staff were calm, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Overall, it offers great value at a reasonable price. Free Parking. Be aware that the hotel charges an additional $14 per person, per day for visitors—even if they are not staying overnight.

Insanely bad breakfast policy. They advertise "Buffet breakfast included," but guests are not allowed to take food to their room to eat. If any bit of food is taken out you will be charged an extra $13+, even though the room price includes the breakfast. If you are unable to eat in the breakfast room due to work or any other reason, you don't get the included amenity. No exceptions will be made. This is the only hotel we've ever seen where guests are forced to eat in the breakfast area and are spied upon while they eat to make sure they don't take anything out. It's very strange. They don't seem to understand they are in the hospitality industry.

The toilet was leaking and once we relized in the morning, our stuff had got wet. Shared with front desk and they just said sorry. No effort to make it right was made. Other than that, all else was good and as desired

The room was very clean & well stocked.

I attempted to use the room phone. To inform the front desk, that although the hair dryer didn't work, but was very hot to the touch. However, the room phone didn't have a dial tone. So I went up front to inform them. They thanked me, and asked my permission, to send someone to take care of it. I granted it..Upon my return several hours later. The dryer had been replaced with a new one. However, the room phone was still dead. In addition, the alarm clock/AM-FM Radio, was now intermittently, making a medium volume, static sound. In spite of the fact that the volume control was in the off, or zero position. That's when I determined that it would be best to check out a day early.

Room was decent and clean, no complaints. Both ladies at the counter, on checking in and out, were excellent. Shuttle service was greatly appreciated. The whole experience was soured by breakfast though. Not the food itself, which was good. Every tv in the dining area was turned to Fox News. Next time I'll stay somewhere that doesn't force me to suffer through propaganda if I want breakfast

Amazing! Though outdated everything was beautiful, clean fresh! Attention to detail by housekeeping was great: bed was made tighter than mine in basic training, carefully, artistic washcloths tissue. Bed and pillows just right and very comfortable. Grounds and pool were well maintained. Great security. Staff very friendly and helpful. I thought the service was from the Shangrilla. Very impressed.

You need to check everything in your room right as you come in. The kept my $50 deposit saying there was a stain on a sheet! We didn’t drink, eat or do anything else but sleep on that bed. It looks like an old mildew stain but because we didn’t bring it their attention when we checked in, they are making us responsible for it. I think this is ridiculous.

The area is safe and gated. The room is quiet, we manage to get a good sleep. The cable has more channels. Its very near the ontario convention center

This hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and the shuttle to the airport was handy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an older hotel but I wasn't expecting the Ritz so it worked great for me.

The Inn was a great choice for me! I was attending an event at the Ontario Conference Center that is only two minutes away. My room was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice breakfast included in the stay, as well as free parking. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was January so I didn’t use the pool, but it was very pretty. I highly recommend this hotel, especially since the price point is so fair. I will be back for next year’s Road to California quilt show!

We were very disappointed that our family could not enter our room. We had planned on them coming in to eat a quick bite with us before heading home. Then we found out it would cost us $11 × 4 $44 just for them to come into the room. That's rediculous! We have never had that rule before in all the 20 yrs we've traveled to CA

From the airport shuttle service to the check in, to the magnificent rooms, the beautifully impeccable and well maintained grounds, to the breakfast options, to the price... not a single complaint. Nothing but praise! If we ever come through Ontario, CA again, we will definitely stay here again.

Yes, the room was clean and well maintained. We had a couple little issues but the staff was prompt, courteous and professional about resolving our problems. It rained the whole time we were there so we couldn't use the pool but it seemed like it would have been a nice spot to relax. I saw there was a bbq for the guests to use by the pool. The free breakfast was good, fresh and ample. We would stay there again.

Room was great, little amenities in the room were great like a comb, toothbrush, coffee, etc. It did rain during my stay. I came back to the room late on the same day I was checking out and didn't notice a bunch of water that came through around the air conditioning unit and soaked the carpet. Only thing wet was my socks as i never put my bags on the floor. It was pretty much to late to complain about it as it was just after midnight. A bunch of feral cats in the parking lot and people smoking weed just outside my door and ithe smell kept coming in.

It was the Absolute worst ! Some cleaning lady stole money from my wallet took hundred dollar bill and left only small bills clearly dishonest and terrible

Everything was great at this hotel except the janky shower faucet! Why don’t these hotels change out the faucets from 1960 when they remodel? I couldn’t figure the stupid thing out (didn’t have my glasses on) it was late I was tired and didn’t have much patience for a stupid faucet from the Stone Age! Cockroaches in our bathroom, daughter got bit on the ear by something, outlets in loght fixtures didnt work. Breakfast was decent but there was a hair in the boiled eggs. Room was cleaned daily but there was a strange scent every time we returned to the room.

This trip was sad, my Brother's Memorial service 😪, This Hotel stay made everything BETTER. It started with the flowers not accepted at the venue, the hotel received the flowers for me. The staff always perfessional, kind, helpful and compassionate. The hotel was decorated in festive holidays. This stay gets EXCELLENCE!

This hotel is not advertised well enough, it took me by surprise- tempur pedic beds, comfortable, excellent hot breakfast, a fridge with an actual separate freezer, a large desk and a comfortable chair. Honestly, this is such an underrated place, I would definitely come back!

My stay here was very pleasant. It was very quiet even though it is right by the highway, I never heard any noise and I am a light sleeper. I especially enjoyed the basket of little items that might have been forgotten such as toothpaste, toothbrush , razor etc. I thought that was very thoughtful. The shuttle was easy to get to the airport, and the grounds are very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We are team truck drivers and had some downtime. We have stayed here multiple times. This hotel has ample parking and safe parking for bobtails. Several fast food places within an easy walk. There is also a Denny’s if you want a sit down restaurant. The mattresses are new memory foam and comfortable. The rooms are large and clean. My favorite part is the inner courtyard which has a pool with lush landscaping that makes you feel like you are in a little tropical paradise.

This stay was alright, but at one point I left my phone in the room on my bed and returned to find it gone. Luckily we had find my Iphone and tracked it to the main desk where we were then questioned to get it back. Maybe it accidentally found its way in the laundry when room service came by but I thought the whole incident was a bit weird. Keep your devices packed away or with you if you stay here. Breakfast and room were fine.

I am so picky about staying at hotels Most of the times they are not very clean just mediocre but this hotel had very clean rooms, spotless! Bed sheets smell so fresh and clean, bathrooms clean, room smelled clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very impressed. Will come back and stay here again

But they asked me not to come back; 'too many incidents', like I protested bec so many workers did not speak English and was hard to communicate with them; and talking about my religion; against free speech? So beware if you want to speak @ 'offensive' subjects!

Breakfast was very good but, it was the same thing every morning. It was really nice to have free shuttle bus back and forth from the hotel whatever time you need it. There was washers and dryers, as well. Staff are very nice and friendly.

I like this hotel reasonable for the price. The only thing I did not like is that once my son, he was helping me with the bag and once he stepped in the room, they wanted to charge me an extra $15 and he actually was not stand with me I thought that was ridiculous but besides that for the price, it was nice.

I have stayed here multiple times but this time was the worst experience. Drunk man screaming on the phone outside my room at 5AM and nobody stopped him until I called after an hour. I usually meet up with a friend or two and we hang for a half hour/hour before we go to dinner, top golf, hockey/baseball game, whatever. 3 of my friends got in without a hassle but I got charged for the one that showed up to carpool. It was only $13 but I've never had that happen before at any hotel I've ever stayed at. I don't think I'll be staying here again.

Breakfast was very basic. The coffee, breads, hot food all plastic tasting with cheap ingredients. We just spent 4 weeks in Europe and 1 in Japan and the difference in food was chalk and cheese.

The bathroom in my room was terrible the vent was making loud noise and not working the bathroom door wouldn’t close the room was dark and suffocating

I love this location and I stay here every time I come to Cali! Perfect location 40/45 min travel LA. My favorite go to spot! Me and my fiancé love this spot! Comfortable beds and free breakfast.

I booked for 3 nights and 3 days, everything was fine until I was walking towards the hotel and 2 people were near me, a white man and an Asian man. The security guard was African-American and I felt like he discriminated me because he approached me very arrogantly, asking me for my ID and asking me what I was doing there, asking if I had a reservation. I went to complain to the office and it seemed like they weren't going to do anything because the manager said it's his job. The problem was that he only asked me because I'm Mexican and not the other 2 who were near me. I hope someone at the hotel sees this and has better security service.

The interiors & exteriors are spotless with amenities in your room such as clean towels daily, microwave & mini refrigerator w/freezer, coffeemaker w/several coffee & tea choices, small welcome basket with combs, toothbrush, makeup remover etc. Bathtub has bath mat & enough grab bars to maintain a guest’s safety. Spacious closet with safe, although the room swipe card wasn’t working efficiently for safe or room entry. A free daily breakfast buffet is served from 5am to 9am including a waffle maker. The front desk staff was friendly & assigned me to a room with pool & mountain views without any prompt from me. Overall, this is a special property which seems to transport you to a Hawaiian Paradise with its large clean blue pool in the center courtyard!

Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was tasty and fresh, pool was awesome, rooms were clean and smelled that way. The bathroom was spotless! I walked in on the housekeeper one day and she was stripping the bed- not just remaking the bed- taking off all linen including the mattress pad. And that was in the middle of my stay, so it didn’t really need to be changed but it was! The pool was beautiful and calm and relaxing. My daughter wanted to swim around 9:30(pool opened at 9) and a staff member was still cleaning and was so nice- encouraging us to come in while he finished up. The lobby staff and security were on it. Airport shuttle was so convenient, we caught it at 4am and were there in less than 10 minutes. A ten minute walk to the convention center(where we attended an event) and multiple restaurants within minutes to walk to. A real pleasure. It exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny!

We got a key for an occupied room so it was very uncomfortable. There was someone in the room that we got assigned to. Had to go to the front desk and get another room. The staff was unprofessional.

Always reasonable pricing, the breakfast is really good. They do close breakfast at 9am, I feel it’s too early. Should be til at least10am. I like the fact that the security is on it and it’s 24 hours. Rooms are always clean. Staff always welcoming the cleaning ladies are excellent

It was well kept, felt like it's hidden in a jungle. The staff from front desk Ms. Kimberly and her crew, breakfast crew, housekeeping, ground keeper, and security was amazing, helpful, and friendly. There's eateries close by with a walking distance.
