Definitely recommend this place. First of all front desk ladies were very friendly. Our room was nice, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also great and the breakfast lady was very nice.

The hot tub was dirty and the maintenance was did not even come to work that day in order for us to get a net or someone to clean it. Just not a good experience as I have had elsewhere.

Everyone else seems like they hated their job . If you need anything extra like more towels or anything you are expected to go down and get it yourself no matter the time .

This conference suite is the most amazing place to go to the other. Comfort Inn was not up to par like this one so whenever I have to stay for business or pleasure I will be coming to the Comfort suites on Holt. Thank you for a pleasant evening. The breakfast was good and the staff is very pleasant.

I did ask the front desk, that for future stays, if I can be p0laced in any room that isn't next to a family with young children. They said they don't know this information at time of check in.

The room was clean. For the price paid I thought things could have been a little nicer. Air conditioner was extremely loud, but without it the room was really stuffy.

We only stayed for a quick night, but the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet even though the parking lot was full.

It was avery quite and clean rooms, i like the parking and breakfast are free.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Ontario. The rooms are always clean, and they have a good selection for breakfast. We also appreciate the in-room microwave, fridge, and sofa bed. It comes in handy when traveling with teenagers who don't want to share beds.

Property was very nice. Check in went smooth, room was comfortable, bed for me was little uncomfortable but wife said it was good. Breakfast was really good about what you can expect. Check out the front desk lady was awesome she allowed us to extend for a few hours at no charge since we had a few hours to kill.. all in all it was a good property and I would stay there again

A member of the staff was so gentle in helping me print an unexpected document.

How can I review a place where I didn’t even have the opportunity to stay in but was still charged as if I did? All because my plane was extremely delayed, I called the hotel hoping to get something done as we were extremely tired but they said nothing could be done, that I needed to cancel 24 in advance for a refund. Canceling was not my intention, how could I foresee the flight’s delay?? I have called the hotel to help and they give me the runaround with “manager isn’t here, call back later”

I liked free, accessible parking. Check in was fast. The room did not feel clean. Several spots inside the room and restroom were dirty.

Shuttle is the use of GOAT. it was good from the airport but ended up using uber from the hotel because of access to local bus wasn't easy.

I reserved a King suite, it was a little past the deadline time to check in but I called, let them know I was omw, told them what time I’d be arriving and asked if they’d hold the room and they said yes. Staff were very friendly and professional. Honestly I don’t have any complaints.

Property was clean. Homeless were present on the property physically fighting. The couple were in a verbal confrontation and then they got physical. My wife had to call the front desk to let them know about the situation which they did see on the cameras. The bathroom had a pretty bad smell. The jacuzzi was not in working condition due to the heater did not work until the last day when we were leaving.

Needs to be updated. Had issues with poor air circulation in room, the unit A/C was noisy and hardly worked, and had issues with homeless causing issues around property.

We always have a great stay at this hotel. The only complaints I have was the matress of the pullout couch was very uncomfortable and we expected a different variety of food offering for breakfasts however only the waffle flavours changed, other than that it was potatos, eggs and sausage.

I know it’s not so much the hotel, but even the cops that did our report mentioned that it was common in the area especially in the back. If they knew, the hotel knows and they could’ve have said something like hey we recommend parking on the side as we don’t have cameras in the back part of the hotel. They do have the signs that mention they’re not responsible for theft whatever blah blah blah. I get it, but we didn’t think about it, and they could’ve gave recommendations as they are there everyday and from the area. Point is, don’t park in the back!

Horrible. It is Wednesday and I’ve been here since Sunday. The sheets were dirty and no one came to clean the room. I went as far as to leave bags of trash outside the room as an indicator that the trash needs to be dumped. The trash was picked up but nothing else. Then I had to call on Wednesday just to ask if someone can clean the room. She said that there were only two people cleaning. The hotel is not that big. It’s 2:30 and the room still has not been cleaned. Check-in at this hotel is 3pm. The room should have been cleaned by now. Don’t stay here.

This was a nice place to stay, super close to the airport and a less than 5 minute walk to an excellent Mexican seafood restaurant. Staff was awesome, place was super clean. I felt safe and it was well appointed/comfortable. The items that kept me from marking this excellent were: the pillows were very small squares, granted there must have been 5 or 6 of them on the bed, but they weren't for me. Also the right hand side of the bed, the A/C unit was less than 12 inches from the bed and made it uncomfortable for me. Even walking in that spot was hard because of the close proximity. I was unable to watch Monday Night Football unless I had a streaming service. Not very hospitable.

The room was fine. I needed to go to sleep by 9pm and children were running up and down the hallway screaming until almost 11pm.

Loved the room and how quiet it was. There were some good dining options nearby. The breakfast was decent and liked that they provided a Lyft to the airport free of charge. I had just stayed at a Hyatt regency a few days before and I think I liked this one more and for less $. The only thing I can recall not liking was the horrible and perhaps discriminatory customer service from the person who checked me in. She was the night reception person, I think it was a woman with real short hair, heavyset. The moment I walked it she looked bothered and didn't even bother getting up from her chair during the whole process. Didn't tell me anything about amenities or breakfast, etc. My friend had the same type of reception when he asked about the Lyft ride coordination. But when we came down again for dinner, this person was all smiles, standing up and giving the breakdown of breakfast to this Caucasian couple. Complete 180° but the staff in the morning was great! Super nice and the parking was limited on the side we were in but the area was safe in general even though you do have some shady character passing through. And the restaurant that's walking distance is yummy. The room was so roomie and even though the bed was a little on the harder side, it was still comfortable.

This is my go to hotel in Ontario. Staff is always nice. Rooms are always clean and then having security is very appriciated.

Our toilet was clogged this morning. I reported it to the front desk, they had it fixed by the we were done breakfast.

When I first pulled up to the hotel I was like oh crap what kind of mistake did I make, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was great and my room was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet.

I didnt like the tagging on the wall, random person coming out of the bushes with his backpack in the arly morning, a man on a bike rolling a luggage bag and purse through the parking lot at night. The hotel clerk had trouble using 2 cards on 2 separate card strip readers/scanners and so i had to be charged an additional $100 deposit fee. An upgraded card deposit method should be made available.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming — they truly did their best to make the stay pleasant, and I appreciated their helpful attitude throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms did not match their level of service.

I was very pleased. I didn’t fly, but this place is super close to the airport. I was surprised at how quiet it was. Everything was clean, this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in in a long long time. I will stay again the next time I get stuck going to California.

The hotel is extremely nice and I’m very happy with it. Outside reeks of human urine and homeless.

Staff was cordial and arranged a ride to airport. Room amd shower very clean. I would stay again.

We stayed for two weeks and used it for a base for our California holiday. I thought everything was fine and especially enjoyed the free parking. The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean. The laundry facilities were also welcome. The only small.issue is the breakfast area being a bit small but it's only a small thing. Overall it was a great base and enjoyed the stay.

Overall we would stay here again! The team that works here cares! They deliver outstanding service! I wish I remembered names better, the "maintenance man" takes pride in taking care of the hotel and guests! He picked us up from the airport! We saw him cleaning carpets, keeping the pool area clean and safe, doing everything he could to make the property shine! Even though the property is slightly older it is VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF! It was CLEAN! Breakfast- these girls hustle! The waffles were yummm! There is always room for improvement. But absolutely nothing that would keep us away!

I was harassed by house keepers. I had to move rooms and they changed me to a smaller one and the a/c wasn’t working. They made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The entire facility is well maintained. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was delicious. We plan to use this hotel whenever we are in the area.

A male enployee saw me at the front desk, but didnt bother to get anyone. Instead, I had to do the "hello" "hello" method. Clerk was very nice. The air was off in the fitness center and equipment was sticky. Again, the clerk was nice and turned on the air. Needs to be cleaned. Good restaurant, Spires, on the corner. The shrimp kabobs were good

The hotel is basic, but good affordable option. Room was a good size and beds were comfy. Mini fridge was good. Staff was nice. Pool was small and freezing cold and hot tub didn't work. Breakfast had good options. Location not really walkable to much. Overall it was just ok.

Great experience with a last minute reservation across from Ontario airport. Front desk was friendly and accommodating and property/room are clean and very comfortable. Good food options nearby.

The keys didn’t work half the time, no pool towels available, can’t charge snacks or drinks to the room, took at least five whole minutes to get a plastic spoon handed to me by the front desk. Girl at the front desk was supposed to call my room to answer a question I had, but never called. All in all, not great.

It was great staying at a hotel very close to the airport and have the transportation service. We have a very early flight and the hotel arranged a Lift service for us. Overall it is a great choice. Love to recommend to my friends.

Great place for us to stay before an early flight with our toddler, minutes away from the airport. Beautiful lobby with a fountain. Only complaint is that the mattress was extremely firm and not very comfortable.

The room had a gross sticky stain on the carpet. The room had a musty smell. The third floor smelled like weed. The breakfast was yummy

We stayed here as a quick place to sleep and it was good for that. Our first room was very dirty but when we asked the lady at the front desk she was very kind and moved us to another room without a hesitation. The second room was much better! The beds were very comfy, the mattress on the pull out bed wasn’t even that bad. Not fabulous but good for the price! Would stay again if need be.

The hideaway bed mattress was not comfortable though .

Stayed here with family to celebrate my son’s wedding/baby shower. I loved our time here. Staff was amazing.

We were here for the 4th of July weekend. I gave it 5 stars because it wasn’t crowded and they are close to everything. Gas station, Starbucks, restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Staff is friendly

Convenient to Ontario airport. Clean and adequate for our one night stay. We were late coming in so we were given a handicap room and the bathroom sucked. It was hard to get 3 people ready with a tiny sink with no counter space. Main reason we booked here was because of the shuttle from the airport however, what I did not know is that they would be sending a Lyft for us when we arrived. While that is fine, our Lyft experience was extremely unsettling. The driver talked the entire drive and told us about her brother that was murdered by the cartel and other disturbing stories surrounding that. My son has been extremely upset about this since it happened. Not really the hotels fault but I would’ve preferred an actual shuttle or a way to at least rate the Lyft driver. I never saw an actual shuttle at the hotel so I’m guessing this is how they always provide shuttle service. Last, there is a gym but it’s a joke. It was 77° in the room, there was one dirty, old treadmill, an elliptical and a recumbent bike. It also had a small strength training machine. There were no weights, mats or any other equipment. All in all, decent for one night with a comfortable bed and a good , free breakfast. Just don’t expect a shuttle or a good gym sesh!

There was not a variety of food for breakfast—potatoes, eggs, sausage patties, make your own waffles, cereal and a couple of pastries. Our A/C broke and we had to move to another room in the middle of our stay. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The fan in the new room was much quieter. Not sure if they had flood issues or not but fans were set up in the hallways and one elevator. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

But…The sofa bed was made of rocks.

Great place and location. Will definitely be coming back. The staff is nice and it is close to the freeway.

The beds were comfy and rooms were clean for the most part but the pool was murky which was disappointing. It was the main reason we chose this hotel and couldn’t even use the pool.

The room was a great size and was comfortable and clean. The pool was filthy and the water was nearly green. Our car was also broken into over night and the part of the parking lot we were in didn’t have cameras (of course). The staff was fantastic and very kind but make sure you lock your cars and park along the building only.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was an added touch. My only complaint is that you can here everything outside, even when the windows are closed.

The room itself was nice . The only thing off about it was the microwave wasn’t cleaned . It looked like maybe ramen was heated and it splattered inside leaving the smell. The AC also worked but it was cracked on the edge. Other than that, great room .

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had an issue with the handle on our toilet and maintenance was there to fix the problem in less than 10 minutes. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Only complaint is that the hot tub was not hot. Would stay here again

So, in the morning i asked the young lady if it worked and she said yes. She directed me how to turn it on, the jets came on but water was barely even warm even after running 3 times it never warmed up.

My stay was uncomfortable because of the homeless hanging out in the parking lot corner. The people in the room next to us were moving their stuff out of the room through the window. The people upstairs from us argued loudly through the night.

Easy location to access the Ontario Airport was my priority. They provided a Lyft for my transportation. Not the hotel's fault but a motorcycle racing by three times at 1 a.m. was annoying. A very pleasant stay...I will probably do it again!
