    Everything shown in the pictures are exactly as it is. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the rooms, atmosphere and amenities. We were not disappointed, will definitely come here again when visiting the city again.

    It's a typical case of a business run by accountants - they have forgotten it is about the experience - while they penny pinch and look for cost efficiency. They need to employ some Hoteliers and put the accountants back in their box. The breakfast was average at best - the staff at breakfast were like zombies - said nothing - glazed stare - no smile - no hello - clearly not happy in their work. These are your biggest asset - look after them, manage and train them. Conclusion. - I am sure you could book much worse. Great location if you can get past the plant sellers blocking the street with their wares. Great for subway - or walk to lots of major attractions. Breakfast will save you some money but average quality, staff are lacking some training and a smile. Avoid room 1310 with the industrial aircon!

    The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance and very central. The breakfast was rich and had a good variety. The room was quite clean, with daily towel changes and regular cleaning. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room with the kitchenette was very small, and there was not enough space even to leave our luggage comfortably. Considering the size of the room, the price was quite high, and overall we felt that it was too expensive for the experience provided.

    Having a late flight, it was probably 11 pm or later when I arrived at the hotel. Check in was a breeze. The young lady that checked me in gave me info about breakfast, coffee & tea being available in the lobby 24 hours, and additional items being available in the "store." I also asked for food suggestions. She gave me one in addition to one I was aware of. I also appreciated the 12 noon checkout; it really was a plus since I had a late flight and was dealing with jetlag. The breakfast attendants that I interacted with were pleasant, helpful, & kept the breakfast area moving like a well-oiled machine. Being able to leave my luggage at the hotel while I explored the hotel was also convenient. I'd definitely return to this hotel. My biggest issue was the elevators. I didn't really have to wait a long time for them. However, there are four elevators but it wasn't always easy to see which one was available. Sometimes by the time you realized it and made your way to the elevator, the door would be closing.

    As promised, the property was located in a safe neighborhood and in a great location. Everything was close by, with several metro stations just a few minutes’ walk away. It was relatively close to all the main attractions, yet the area was quiet enough for us to sleep well both during the day and at night. The apartment was also clean and tidy, exactly as described. As European tourists, we are used to a wider variety of breakfast options, and we specifically chose this property and paid extra for breakfast because we thought it would save us money throughout our vacation. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The breakfast area is very small, and there was usually a 20-minute wait just to get in. The breakfast itself was disappointing. The scrambled eggs seemed to be made from egg powder, there were a few plain bagels with no cheese, ham, or other toppings available, and there wasn’t even any toast. The selection was limited to a few fruits and dairy products. The vegan options were also very poor. Apart from oat milk, there were essentially no suitable choices for people with a vegan diet. The room was much smaller than expected. It was impossible to open two suitcases next to each other at the same time, so be prepared to stay in a very compact space. Finally, the four elevators are simply not enough for a 50-floor building and its guests. In the mornings, waiting 10–15 minutes for an elevator was completely normal.

    Location Lobby without restroom or space , breakfast unorganised untidy and not value for money, rooms are tiny with no room for storage whatsoever but 3 different pans… room with double bed is nowhere suited to actually fit 2 people in the room. No way to even walk by each other without needing to climb across the bed.

    The location was good - close to MSG and down the street from Koreatown and Times Square. Elevators were fast. The A/C did not work and they did not have fans.

    The hotel's location is great, close to multiple metro lines and within walking distance of many places. Also, there are many restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Saw people complaining about the elevators, but looks like they have improved a lot. Sometimes you had to wait, but nothing extraordinary. The choice of breakfast was poor. We spent a week in the hotel, and the only things that changed were the hot options (4 in total each day). No veggies or more healthy foods. You would expect something better for that price. The room was quite small, difficult to fit 2 people for a week's stay (with 2 suitcases)
