The property seemed newly renovated and updated. Nice and quiet room with working, comfortable air conditioning. Comfortable places to sit and relax both inside and outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Many choices for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Elevators suck. Get a service elevator too.

Great location, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and resturtants. Front desk staff were great. Hotel lobby, var/breakfast nook clean and well stocked with snacks. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Overall great stay for great price. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working properly. The staff were all very nice and they tried to fix it and brought a portable but it never really cooled down.

Nice location, the room was clean, staff was helpful when needed and facilities are overall good. There is no door to separate the shower from the room, so you need to take that into account if you stay there with a friend. Also the room was not super well sound proof, there was a super noisy ventilation outside and it was like there was heavy wind in the room, and in the bathroom, I could hear my neighbors conversation very clearly.

We loved our stay at the Aloft in Chelsea. We normally stay at another hotel, but it was booked for the time we were there. The Aloft is definitely a new favorite! The room was comfy and our view couldn’t be beat. We highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was flooded after showering during our stay, and it got worse day by day, and eventually the water leaked out into the room. As a result, some of our luggage and items we purchased got wet and were damaged.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be staying again when we return to NY

Nice place, nice location, great room for single person or a couple, clean, and nice people working there.

Checking into the hotel was kind of chaotic but it was because of a linen delivery situation.. staff was helpful and we had no issues with our room.
