The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect for the two of us. It was comfortable and modern and the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice extra to have. Would happily stay there again if given the option.

The complimentary happy hour. The bedding wa comfortable. The staff was friendly. Always had to order ice, you can't get ice on your own.

The location is good, but the rooms on the lower floor are very street noisy. Breakfast was not worth having, staff solid, resting lobby area on floor 2 was good! Breakfast was weak, rooms a bit noisy, cleaning of rooms was erratic in terms of timing.

Great localization close to subway station. Clean and quiet. Breakfast modest bud very good with fruits and good coffee. Great surprise was evening wine degustation.

Good place to stay when you need to be close to Wall Street. The breakfast is fine but limited in choice, the room has a very small desk so not ideal for doing work but the lounge is nice and the hotel is very modern and clean. I hear the sushi is really good so has food and bar options in the hotel. Price is very reasonable for downtown location.
