Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent location close to subway stations and places to eat. However, the most frequent and significant complaint across all reviews is about the slow and inefficient elevators, which often result in long wait times and inconvenience for guests.
- Excellent location close to subway stations and places to eat
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Slow and inefficient elevators
- Rooms can be small and noisy
- 4/5
Elevator small and long waiting at peak time. No boiler in room but a small coffee maker. Room is also very small. Bath room fan is pretty efficient
- 1/5
40+ minutes for elevator just to get downstairs with luggage.
- 3/5
Very small rooms. Great location. Elevators slow (maybe because it was a busy weekend with a lot of guest). Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Dynamic pricing ment we paid 3x what we should have paid
- 5/5
Great place and closer metro station.
- 4/5
I loved that it was so close to the subway station, and walking distance to some great locations! Elevators took forever, rooms were on the smaller side.
- 4/5
Location excellent! Good staff, clean. The difficult with the elevator, too much people.
- 2.5/5
Location and cookies Paper thin walls, elevator legit takes 20 minutes to get where you need to go
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable no weird smells People holding the elevators it took about 10 mins to get to the main floor because of it

- 3/5
Room nice, cleaned, closed to subway and Walk to Wall Street But the elevator was terrible for waiting time to get the ride take at least 15 minutes waiting. There are 3 elevator but still15-30 minutes waiting time just to go from 5 floor to 1 floor, so we did walked, take the stairs most of the time after we was waiting for elevator for15minutes.
- 4.5/5
Very good, close to subway,...

Location and having no carpet inside the rooms. The time that it takes to get the elevator and go upstairs or downstairs.

Staff was very helpful in answering all my questions and supporting some of my requests done.
- 5/5
Great stay, good location.
- 5/5
Great location , right near statue of liberty ferry, short train to Brooklyn and midtown . Elevators are slow and crowded. Tons of places to go. 5th stay here, highly recommend
- 4/5

- 5/5
Clean room good emplacement
- 5/5
Room was clean and perfect. Bathroom was well stocked. Staff was very friendly. Easy check in.
- 4/5
Our room was clean.
- 3/5
Okay
- 5/5
We had a great experience ñ!
- 1/5
Elevator didn’t work 2 nights in a row. They blamed it on traffic and a lot of people were complaining. I missed my Broadway show reservation and 2 Ubers because of it. We had to climb down 14 flights of stairs to make it down 3 times.
- 4/5
The property is conveniently located. Rooms and hotel are well maintained. Staff was courteous. Check in was long and a bit difficult. We parked our car and they gave us the correct direction off site, but the name of the vendor changed so it made the process difficult.
- 5/5
Convenient transportation and clean environment
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay in the Financial District, close to three subways and just an overall beautiful area.
- 5/5
Room was small. However, clean, friendly staff and ideal location
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Great hotel with everything walking distance. So much to do in that area. Only thing is elevators take a long time even though they have 3. I would recommend and stay here again.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely helpful and room were clean. Overall enjoyed the stay.
- 5/5
Location is close to
- 5/5
It was located near thing I wanted to do and see
- 4/5
good
- 4/5
It also helps that there are at least 1 subway station within a 5 minute walk from the property.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 4/5
the hotel is very convenient, everything is walkable distance if not, there is the subway like 0.2 miles from the hotel. the cookies were a great touch. You can get free hot water from the lobby convenient store (is that what is it called?) but then when you press for hot water, it will tell you that it will charge 2 dollars (I think) but actually there is no charge. I feel like there should be a sign specifically says that you can get hot water for free, so there is no confusions.
- 5/5
Great place, great location would definitely come back
- 5/5
Great location for a bunch of tourist attractions, very friendly staff and clean. We will be returning!
- 5/5
Great experience, great location. wonderful staff
- 4/5
Great location. EZ access to subway. Could be less $
- 5/5
Very supportive staff. Clean rooms. The only drawback is, the elevators take forever to arrive.
- 5/5
Great staff who helped with check-in. Very patient, personable, and accommodating. Appreciated the warm welcome!
- 1/5
The ac so old noisy some staff need to training again
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was helpful
- 4/5
Cons - * Very loud air conditioner * Motion detection lights in the room that you can't turn that feature off so if you partner gets up in the middle of the night the hallway and bathroom light turn on. * Extensive wait time for elevators and some of the buttons don't light up so you don't know if the lift is coming or not I would only stay here again if the price was good.
- 5/5
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and the price for our budget. Would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
The rooms are small
- 5/5
Great location downtown. Nice clean rooms!
- 5/5
Great property and location. The hallways are narrow but otherwise the room was nicely updated. I was kind of bummed out the office center was closed when I actually needed it. Otherwise, it is located conveniently in the financial districts, and I was able to easily navigate Wallstreet on the weekends without any hesitation.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. The staff was beyond helpful. Made us feel welcomed and that they truly cared that our stay was a good one.
- 5/5
Lobby staff was welcoming and warm
- 5/5
Love staying here! Fantastic location. Nice, clean rooms. The only downside is the fact there are only two elevators for a 40-plus story tower, a bit of a drag.
- 5/5
Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good beds .Recommend 100%. Next time in New York, come back.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the hotel was close to many great restaurants and bars.
- 1/5
Incredibly noisey rooms
- 4/5
Well sited for Downtown Manhattan. The restaurant has a limited menu but lovely staff. The room was very clean with great air conditioning. Breakfast is self serve with a good choice. The lifts take some time on occasion but otherwise work fine(there are many floors!)
- 4/5
Different subway stations to use to go to LGA as well. Great restaurants & bars in the area. Quiet at night Clean rooms & bathrooms, staff was nice & helpful. Only downside would be the wait for the elevators, longest I’ve had to wait was 5-10 minutes.
- 4/5
The elevators were weird
- 1/5
The staff was very rude. I had to wait at the desk several times while they come out of their little room eating. They did not have any business space for me to print . The window shade fell off the window while we came and checked in very late and we had to change rooms. I just really don’t care for rudeness by the staff.
- 1/5
one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in as far as convenience and layout. For starters, there are 3 elevators for over 50 floors, they take forever and everyone crams into them. The rooms are extremely small, beds are smaller than advertised and there are no fridges in the room. Just a cooler in a drawer that doesn’t keep anything cool (Ice melted within 15 minutes). Staff was nice but not much they could do. Not worth the price at all and I won’t be staying there again.
- 4/5
Excellent location and excellent staff!
- 4/5
Clean and staff was friendly! Extended our checkout by 1.5 hour. A little dusty in the rooms and the elevators are slow when you’re on a higher floor.
- 5/5
Didn’t have breakfast
- 4/5
My room was ok
- 5/5
Great value and service
- 5/5
Location is great. Staff very polite and helpful
- 5/5
Clean room with a super attentive, responsive and friendly staff. Would stay here again.
- 1/5
WOW.
- 5/5
I LITERALLY had to force myself out of bed. It was so comfy. The breakfast was great. Different options every morning. The staff were unbelievable. I almost forgot I had to go home. That’s how comfortable and safe might I add. I absolutely loved it there and will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Good area.
- 2/5
They gave us a handicapped room, and I accepted it, thinking the only difference would be the shower. However, when we arrived, the bed was a twin and very uncomfortable. We called, and they were very rude and unwilling to change the room. After some back and forth, they finally gave us another room with a queen bed. The room and bathroom were both very small. The personnel at the front desk were not friendly..
- 5/5
The location is perfect, close to subway,to the charging bull and 9/11 area, the room very clean, coffe ,fridge, iron in the room ,very useful
- 5/5
Good staff. We've asked for late checkout and got it till noon. Thank you!
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Stay here every time we come in town. The location is central but quiet at night and the room is spacious and has everything we need
- 3/5
I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave. I wouldn’t stay here again. You live and you learn.
- 3/5
It was a nice hotel my only issue was with having nowhere to park when I getting my stuff in with 3 kids 2 of whom have special needs.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Room was great, clean and great location. Only negative was the people who had the room next to us had a dog who would not stop barking all night.
- 5/5
Friendly staff at check in
- 5/5
Only downside, lift service is too slow
- 5/5
Staff were nice. Room was clean and cozy. Luggage storage was quick and easy.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel to stay at! Good area
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the elevators. Little wait time especially when people are checking in can get crowded but other then that was great
- 3/5
Close to walk to the Brooklyn Bridge and Water Taxi etc. Not a lot of good places to eat in the imediate area and a noisy bar right next door, but okay for a qiick visit.!
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was well-appointed for the smaller space (to be expected in NYC hotels) and the area very safe.
- 4/5
The room was a good size with a nice bathroom - all very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the restaurant is fairly small and so it can get very busy. Staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The only slight issue was with the lift - it’s a fairly busy hotel with 40+ floors and just 3 lifts. This did mean a fair amount of waiting on lifts but I guess it can’t be helped given the size of the building. All in all - a good stay. Would recommend.
- 4/5
The lobby and everything was great the rooms are just
- 3/5
It was okay
- 5/5
..
- 1/5
The elevator capacity is inadequate to the extreme. Need to be able to handle morning rush common to New York events. I won’t be coming back to this disaster again.
- 5/5
Best staff, ever!
- 3/5
The rooms are not so clean. The safe didn’t work properly and took 2 days to get anyone to come open it up. Location is okay near subway.
- 5/5
I had a pleasant experience. The staff was very responsive. The room was clean. It was a good area to get to where I needed to go.
- 4/5
The room was clean. Smaller than expected, but fine for two people. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Elevators were small and very busy. Didn't eat at the restaurant, but it was nice it was available. Location was perfect for what we needed - close to a few subway lines and easy to walk over to the ferry and Statue of Liberty viewing.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Family of 3- room was exactly what we expected. Location was great! We love to utilize the subway and this hotel was close to 3 different transit lines which made it super easy for us to navigate and get anywhere we needed to be in Manhattan. Loved being able to walk to Staten Island Ferry, Wall Street, Battery Park, and loads of local eateries like Liberty Bagel and Tacombi. We loved being able to have somewhere safe to keep our luggage before we checked in and after check out so we could continue to explore NYC. All the staff were lovely and the hotel was impeccably clean.
- 4/5
Good service
- 4/5
Yudika was absolutely outstanding in demonstrating professionalism while making the customer feel as though his request was satisfied. In my opinion, he took the “ privileged” roll knowing the customary check-in and check out process with respect to snacks. The customer basically demanded to receive snacks all the snacks on checkout. Great stay, but the elevators need better coordination.
- 5/5
Stay was enjoyable
- 5/5
good place right near the wall st bull
- 2/5
elevators were slow and temperamental. long line of guests trying to go up or down. we were there 4 nights and elevators were not fixed.
- 5/5
Room very clean, tight on space. Nice water view. Wait time on elevators can be very long. Overall stay pretty great.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!! It was very clean and the staff were very helpful!! The area was also nice, clean, and close to public transportation. All in all, I had a great experience!
- 5/5
Cuarto y baño limpio, muy amplio y me encantó q pongan en las duchas un súper shampoo, reacondicionador y gel de baño. Fue para nosotras un hospedaje de lujo y en un muy buen lugar.
- 5/5
The experience was amazing
- 3/5
During check in, I was first told no rooms were ready at 3 pm. We sat in the lobby, saw another woman walk up and check in. My wife decided to try to check in and the other clerk gave her a room. Elevators were very slow. Plan on 10 minutes or more to travel the elevator. Location was very convenient to many amenities.
- 4/5
The elevator system is terrible. A maintenance elevator should be separate from the guest elevators. We stayed 4 nights and only 1 elevator for 3 days.
- 3/5
It was OK. Nothing memorable. The elevators were awful. They were three elevators but at any given time only one was working. So with 43 floors and only three elevator elevators, it was a challenge to get up and down every single time. Sometimes the elevator would stop at every floor. The building is old. The location was fine because it was very close to Subway station and there was a restaurant and cafés nearby.. if I had to go for work, it was OK but definitely wouldn’t go back for vacation.
- 5/5
Great ……
- 4/5
Room was super clean and the AC worked beautifully. The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the motion sensing bathroom light that would turn on if you needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The elevator down button on our floor (14th) was not working so we had to take the stairs down a floor to access the elevators. Otherwise, we would stay here again, access to the trains was extremely convenient.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
O
- 4/5
the room was always clean
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Located close to sites like Wall Street as well as the South Ferry for entertainment. Definitely would return next time in NYC.
- 3/5
Had difficulty checking in, we came to hotel from night flight and staff refused to check us in, once we checked in at end of day, room was clean, mid downtown location, will consider different hotel next time
- 4/5
Remember to keep your do not disturb sign, staff tried to clean our room and multiple times from the door we said to skip our room. Don’t get the message until I stood up half awake to refuse a daily clean.
- 4/5
Room was clean, front desk staff was rude both on the phone and in person during multiple interactions. They need additional elevators as we regularly waited 10 minutes for one to arrive.
- 3/5
The staff is great but the rooms are very small and have small flies in the bathroom from the sewer. The elevator takes forever during the day.
- 1/5
No complimentary water bottle
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Lovely staff, room service and easy check in / out. Stayed for a week. Cookies are always so warm and delicious. Thank you!
- 5/5
Very nice clean room and staff was friendly!!
- 3/5
The elevators were extremely slow. Particularly in the mornings many people were standing in line. I eventually used the stairs. More importantly, my room is very noisy. I could hear the coughs and sneezing of people using the bathroom. Not sure if it’s next-door or coming through the air vent from across the hall. I had to sleep with a pillow over my head to block out the snoring.
- 5/5
The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were great. Only minor complaint was waiting for the elevator.
- 4/5
Room was fine. A bit worn but very clean. A bit small but, when my son decided to join me, they found us two beds. Great location. Other reviewers were right … the elevators are annoyingly slow. Staff very pleasant.
- 4/5
I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room.
- 3/5
Hotel in a great location, proactive and friendly staff. Room was functional although a little tired in places, but comfy bed, nice bathroom amenities and view from the room. Major issue is the lifts/elevators - had significant waits (up to 10 mins) for a lift to arrive, and check out morning many other customers weren’t able to get in when the lifts arrived at their floors as they were full.
- 3/5
The room was extremely small and had no microwave nor refrigerator. The bathroom had absolutely ZERO counter space, except for 1 small glass shelf. Nor was there any place to hang wet towels except for 1 hook. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there was an odor, like sewage, coming from the sink. The hallways were very narrow There were only 2 elevators for a 41 story building and we occasionally had to ride with the cleaning crew and all their products.
- 4/5
We had a great stay at the Doubletree for the last week. The location was convenient to the subway and walking downtown, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the elevators were so S-L-O-W. It would take up to 10 minutes for an elevator to come when called, so we learned we had to plan accordingly and that going downstairs or getting back to our room was never quick.
- 4/5
Didn’t try it
- 2/5
Shower in room was horrible. Room was not cleaned. No Lobby Bar…as indicated. Restaurant was not accessible through the hotel. Elevators took forever.
- 4/5
The room is clean and the staffs are very friendly and welcoming.
- 3/5
Everything else was great! 5 stars for allowing visitors to check their bags in while they explore! (dont forget to tip those gentlemen) they were great! Clean hotel, friendly, and worth staying
- 5/5
Excelente hotel , todo limpio y está muy céntrico , 10/10
- 5/5
Great location if you want to skip the city rush. Pretty close to main attractions using the subway. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Everything was great except for the bed!
- 5/5
Nice room service
- 5/5
Did not opt for breakfast. So no comments
- 5/5
This was an awesome birthday experience. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the young gentleman at the front , Chris, was such a great help. All of the hotel staff that I encounter were extremely polite. I loved the check in goodies (free water, popcorn, and warm cookies). The view from my room on the 44th floor was gorgeous (looking over a body of water. Great proximity to we’ll know NY landmarks. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience.
- 5/5
Great location in FiDi. Easy to get to Brooklyn as well. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Continue to stay here when visiting NYC. No complaints!
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
External noise was very bad. We could hear people in the hallway talking. Noise from outside was very noticeable. Woke up every morning because of cars honking. Sink in bathroom was cracked. Room was the size of a cruise ship room. My reservation was suppose to be 2 queen beds and they were doubles.
- 5/5
Easy to get in and out of. Clean and roomy, by Manhattan standards. The cookies were a little over-baked, but other than that it was a nice time.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
We needed a quick stay before catching our flight out of Newark.
- 4/5
Elevators are a problem. Plan to take some Xanax before trying during any kind of rush.
- 5/5
Good staff, great view of the city, quite and good location.
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly employees
- 4/5
Easy access, small rooms but did the job, clean rooms, good location, elevators are slow.
- 3/5
For the price it was fine. If I had to say anything negative it would be the rooms are small and it take time to get the elevator to tour floor
- 5/5
Great location downtown.
- 5/5
Small but clean room. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel
- 4/5
Nice hotel in an excellent area, we love the financial district. Elevators are slow, typical for an old building. Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, and the be was very comfortable. Bathroom was fully stocked and immaculately cleaned. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we checked in very late. Safe, quiet neighborhood along with walking distance to everything. Only downside - no parking. We drove around for a while and had issues with the closest parking garage, but this is not the hotels fault. Suggestion the hotel should work with the local garages to offer discounts to guests. It was very expensive to park. Other than that, we had a great stay!
- 4/5
It was small but clean and affordable! Staff was friendly and helpful. Right next to subway stations made it easy to get around. The only downside was elevator wait times.
- 4/5
Our room was extremely clean, and they came by every day to clean it. I appreciated that very much. The service was excellent, front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great as it’s close to two subway stations. Not much food in the area, but everything else makes up for it. The only downside is the wait time to get in the elevator in the evenings. The elevators are super small so only 3-4 people can fit. There’s usually a line outside waiting to go up. Overall I give it a solid 8/10.
- 4/5
It was too small of course its new york. No bar area at all. The lobby was small. No breakfast was offered. The staff was very nice. Rooms was small but it was clean.
- 3/5
The room was nice, the complimentary snacks was ok. My first express not so pleasant. Don't get me wrong the staff was ok it was issues with checkin.
- 5/5
Room was the perfect size. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. It was a perfect little getaway from home.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice space, nice staff, good location, food and transportation nearby and we got free cookies when we first got in

The rooms were clean and everyone was friendly

First off I want to say I was somewhat cautious due to the overwhelming theme of reviews being negative due to long elevator times. I did not experience this whatsoever. I’ve been to NYC countless times and always stay in a similar hotel (doubletree, Hilton garden inn, etc) and the elevators are no different than really any other hotel in the city. If you’ve been to NYC before, you know what to expect. It’s a crowded city and yes you may have to wait for almost anything. But I had zero issue with the elevators and I feel like it is truly a non issue, certainly not worth a bad or negative review. The location is excellent with close access to the 4,5 train, the R, W train, and to the 1 train not to mention the Staten Island ferry. Decent food options near by and a Duane Reade on the corner which is a NYC must. The room was nice, clean, everything worked as it should. Most of the time in NYC, you’re only at the room to sleep, shower, and nap.
- 5/5
Great stay! It was everything I needed for a quick impromptu stay
- 4/5
Staff are nice. The room is decent and clean. Great location. The only downfall, elevator can be kind of slow, which is why I asked for lower floor and so you can go use the stairs instead (which is also a good way to slip a workout in)
- 5/5
Great amenities and location
- 5/5
Room was clean and tidy. The staff was super nice and helpful when I had questions.
- 4/5
Also if you are looking to get Hilton points then book direct. I have lost 5 nights worth of points by booking through a third party site.
- 5/5
Staff at the door were absolutely amazing
- 4/5
The staff was welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being in the city. It’s definitely on the cozier side, which is expected in downtown NYC, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Overall, it was a solid choice for a New York trip convenient, clean, and great service. I’d stay there again.
- 5/5
The staff were lovely and polite, the room was on the 41st floor and the bed, decor and amenities were all clean, tidy and well kept. The room had a safe and this was used. The location of the hotel is great in Brooklyn and we used it primarily as we were going over to run the Brooklyn bridge parkrun on the Saturday morning. We did not use the restaurant but it did look nice.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
We had a lovely stay. Isaiah was wonderful. Room was very nice.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was friendly
- 2/5
Rooms were very small, 44 floors and 3 miserable elevators, our friend was stuck in one due to malfunction. Hilton Rewards Member. this is not a very well-run hotel. Ground floor is exit to street, but 2nd floor is lobby, there is no bar or lounge. Great location of Manhattan, find a different hotel
- 3/5
Room
- 5/5
We appreciate their hospitality. Thank you
- 4/5
Everything was great! Great location, easy to get to public transportation and Ferry. The wait for the elevator was the only drawback.
- 3/5
The room was clean, the staff was amazing specially the house keepi
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and check in process quick and efficient.
- 5/5
Ok
- 2/5
The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the location of the hotel is legitimately good, right at the heart of Downtown near the Staten Island/Statue of Liberty ferries.
- 5/5
Front desk staff who checked me in provided excellent customer service .
- 5/5
I love it
- 4/5
Clean room and good amenities, the location was very central. Lots of things to do nearby.

This was the quietest NYC hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Great nights sleep!

- 5/5
Room spotless and staff very courteous
- 5/5
Friendly staff, easy check in, clean and tidy room!
- 5/5
The staff was very welcoming and helpful during my stay.
- 5/5
Everyone was nice and courteous. Room was clean and it was a very comfortable experience
- 5/5
This is my go to hotel when I come to NYC. The staff is always so friendly and my room is always clean. The hot chocolate chip cookies are always a plus!
- 5/5
Beautiful views!
- 5/5
Everything was great. Ty
- 5/5
Staff are nice, great rooms
- 3/5
The room was small, staff was courteous but will try a different hotel next time.
- 4/5
Room was small but clean
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. 😊
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Good location near subway. Rates are reasonable. Doormen and front desk staff are excellent. Rooms are small but manageable. Attached Italian restaurant is great.
- 5/5
Great location and good overall. The only down side is the elevators take time to arrive. But I guess that's the same issue with all big buildings, nothing too terrible.
- 5/5
Room was great and we were very impressed definitely would stay in the future
- 5/5
Spacious
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Nice hotel the property was very nice and it was in a very perfect spot.
- 5/5
The elevators waits were a little long but that’s to be expected with only three elevators. One was only working off and on for the entire stay. On the last night we were told, since we had three rooms that we could have a complimentary 2:00 PM check out for one of the rooms to keep our stuff in and use until our flight left at 6:30 but the next morning the clerk said there was no such thing as a late late check out and if we wanted to stay that late it would be a $75 charge. Instead we opted for a regular check out and utilized their complimentary luggage storage on the main floor so there was a little bit of a silver lining. My only problem with that whole exchange was the clerk acting as if I was trying to pull a fast one on her, when in reality I was just repeating what I was told by the clerk from the night before.
- 5/5
The room was great and the staff were very accommodating.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Provided toiletries were nice. Only complaint was that the food was overly expensive.
- 3/5
Room was distinctly smaller than anticipated and than the website pictures depicted. Areal experience to 2nd floor wasn't ideal and elevators seemed insufficient to come with demand
- 2/5
The elevators take an extremely long time and it’s always packed. You can wait up to 10 minimum for one. The AC in the room doesn’t work well. It heats like crazy or youre freezing. You can hear next door people so loudly and the place has no insulation so you can hear people down the street, even on the 10th floor. They don’t give you any water, it costs $3 per small bottle. I have no reason to recommend this place
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Poor food quality and service.
- 4/5
Experience with front desk and room were great! However there were some minor flaws, during my stay a cleaning staff almost barged in even after I said I didn’t need any services. It could have been a sound barrier since I was sat on the bed. However during my stay I noticed how thin the walls were and how you can hear voices and other noise very clearly. Another issue was the amount of water that would get on the floor after showering. There was no plastic protector or way to prevent this issue, even after putting a towel on the floor. My partner slipped and hurt is hand because of this. Other than that my stay was calm and relaxing!
- 5/5
They were nice to me
- 4/5
The Staff (everyone) was extremely kind. We just needed a clean room to sleep in and close to subway access and in a safe neighborhood. We got that! The walls are a bit then or out neighbors were excessively loud....maybe both! But other than that it was a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
The only negative is the time that you need for elevator during busy time
- 2/5
The shower was leaking. It really was a disapoointment that they don't give you any water or free coffee as other hotels... I won't recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Yes everything was perfect
- 4/5
The hotel is excellently located in the heart of New York City’s Financial District. The area is quiet and within walking distance of Wall Street, as well as several great taverns and pubs. The staff was helpful throughout my stay, and the restaurant attached to the building was very convenient. It is also close to the Bowling Green subway station, which provides easy access to both uptown Manhattan and Brooklyn via the 4 and 5 trains.
- 5/5
Amazing team, upgrades rooms, quiest and comfortable place. Great location.
- 5/5
The staff is lovely and the location is perfect.
- 5/5
Awesome place

this place is awful. We rated for over three hours last night only to find out no one was at the front desk. The receptionist was sleeping somewhere. He never came to the desk. We were stuck in a cold snow and had to pay double the amount of money for a new hotel I would never recommend this place. We’re still fighting them over Ari refund.
- 5/5

- 5/5
I had a great stay! Room was clean and I actually didn't have any issues with the elevators, maybe because I went during a time that's not busy.
- 4/5
The location is great. Staff was friendly. Close to subway. However the rooms are small with thin walls. You can hear your neighbor also not enough elevators.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Spotless you guys are great
- 5/5
Great hotel close to everything!
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Really nice staff and cleaned rooms
- 1/5
We had a Do Not Disturb sign displayed, yet on the first night housekeeping still knocked and attempted to enter the room. I understand Spanish and clearly heard the staff member react to the sign, then aggressively slide a note under the door stating, “We saw your sign that you have DND so we didn’t clean your room.” That is the entire purpose of a Do Not Disturb sign—to not be disturbed. Despite this, the same behavior continued throughout our stay. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, there was no one present, so nothing could be resolved in the moment. As a Hilton Honors member, this experience was especially frustrating. For the amount we paid—nearly $600—we expected a comfortable and peaceful stay. We were there for our engagement-moon, and instead of it being a special experience, it was stressful and disruptive. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown, and not what we expect from the Hilton brand.

- 5/5
Nice hotel but the elevators are very slow- leave 5 mins for yourself to catch an elevator and make it down to the exit.

The staff was friendly

Staff was great!
- 5/5
The room was very nice and room was very spacious. The housekeeping was always prompt and always make sure the room was nice and heated upon returning and the staff at the front desk were very nice.
- 4/5
I had an enjoyable stay. Everything seemed fine except the very very slow elevators.
- 3/5

- 5/5
From the time we checked in until we checked out service was a 10 out of 10 hands down! I have been to NYC many times and this was the stay I’ve had thus far!
- 4/5
Close to World Trade Center, Wall Street and ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

- 5/5
Staff was very courteous, got free warm cookies as we checked in and the room was spacious and clean! If you are on the higher floors, it might take a bit longer to make it down to the main floor or the lobby, but the city view was so worth it!! Beds were very comfy as well! Would definitely stay here again!!
- 5/5
I loved it and would definitely go back. Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the ferry, a 10-minute walk from the 9/11 Memorial, and a 10-minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. It was clean, and they offered something no other hotel has ever offered me before: you can leave your luggage before and after your stay so you can walk around without carrying anything.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and very helpful. There are 3 elevators are very slow and always full.
- 4/5
Great location, Clean rooms, more importantly bigger rooms in comparison to other hotels in the same area.
- 4/5
room is tiny and clean, staff is professional
- 4/5
Nice place overall really happy. Wish breakfast was included but the room was clean
- 3/5
Need another elevator and A/C was malfunctioning.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, accommodating and so kind! The room was clean. Very nice fitness room.
- 5/5
Overall pleasant experience. Clean, enough room, great bedding. Location is great as well. Will stop by again!
- 5/5
Clean, great location
- 1/5
Mattresses must be replaced.
- 5/5
Excellent service , we love the idea that they hold the luggage before and after check in/out. Very centric we recommend the place.
- 3/5
The staff was wonderful. The rooms overall were okay but the bathroom showed some wear and tear. Also the elevator situation is rough. Checking out we had to carry our luggdown 10 flights because elevators were taken for 30 consecutive minutes.
- 2/5
Check in-Got to hotel early and had to wait for room to be ready which was understandable buy horsing around, loud laughing, yelling, etc. by reception team for 2 hours was very unprofessional and disturbing.
- 1/5
For a 40+ floor building, the elevator situation was awful! And if you decide to use the stairwell, it’s very slim. The shower was as small as a cruise shower. You’re better off staying somewhere else.
- 1/5
The hotel said it offered parking. When we arrived the parking lot they partner with said our vehicle was too big. So we had to park our vehicle 10 miles away and cost us another $310. They should specify that on their site.

- 5/5
Clean room, great customer service. Fast check-in and check-out.
- 4/5
nice staff, clean rooms, very very slow elevators.
- 4/5
Staff by far. Also, the fact everything in the hotel and the room was functional. Location is great as well, of course.
- 4/5
Clean room, good products, a little crowded elevators, matress should be changed.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Excellent room (small but cozy) with wonderful staff and easy access to multiple subway stations. Elevators can be a pain when staying on higher floors.
- 2/5
Room is very small. It is clean but more like motel than 4 star hotel
- 1/5
They charged me without any reason. Just charged me.
- 2/5
The elevators took forever and the thermostat was not working in the room.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Staff was very friendly!

- 5/5
Clean and convenient
- 5/5
Always friendly service, clean, very helpful. Ty.
- 3/5
The staff was lovely but room 903 had incredibly cold floors because the heating element was blowing cold air from underneath. We had to wrap up in blankets to stay warm. Also the elevators were very very slow and it often took us 10 to 15 minutes to go up or down
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
Great downtown location.
- 5/5
Spotless, great staff, and room! The only bad part was the elevator and some rude guests.
- 5/5
Clean room, great location, helpful staff
- 5/5
Check in with no problems & a stylish clean room.
- 4/5
Pretty good! Room was good. Pretty clean. I had to remind housekeeping to come In after I had come back from my outing. However they were receptive once I informed them. The only thing I would change is making sure that the restaurant has the ability to bill the room. Incidental charges are supposed to be used for things like room service however I had to pay out of pocket when the restaurant couldn't utilize the hotel billing service.
- 3/5
The elevator was the worst I've ever been on.
- 5/5
outdated, water leaking to floors in bathroom
- 4/5
No parking available at hotel; you got pay the parking they provide
- 4/5
Clean room , local transportation, elevators where a little
- 5/5
The hotel’s location is very good! There is a pharmacy near it and there are lots of good restaurants around. And it’s also very quiet in the area it’s just that there are only three elevators that serve the whole 44(?)-storey building so it’s quite slow at some time going up and down. Also the rooms don’t have much soundproofing but nevertheless, the stay was good and will still definitely choose to stay here again.
- 4/5
The room was small so we have to request refund and checked out, and the hotel let us go. Very grateful
- 4/5
The room’s decoration looks old.
- 4/5
Toilet didnt flush well. The elevators were frustrating because they were really slow and there was one button for all three elevators.
- 4/5
Overall good service..
- 2/5
Not only this when I went over-there they said your reservation was canceled then I went back to my app I was canceled by sending a notification that the visa is not confirmed which is wrong, I should receive a call sometime noticeable It was a bit of chaos but I managed it so please any issues iquer
- 5/5
Everything is good
- 2/5
The fire alarm went out at 3am with elevators out
- 5/5
Room was clean, room cleaning service was immaculate, beds were comfortable (not S+ tier but A-). Heat worked VERY well, we even had to set it way down to stay comfortable. Hotel is quiet, theres a quality restaurant ($$$) downstairs and proximity to everything lower Manhattan is superb. More elevators would’ve been great but that’s not on Hotel management. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
We love this hotel for its terrific location, the friendly and helpful staff, and its quiet, especially on weekends.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quick check in, comfortable room
- 1/5
Parking wasn’t free, my ticket was stamped . I later find out from the parking attendant. The stamp just gave me a $6 discount. I charged my breakfast to my room , but was told by the waitress: The system is down / I can used cash of credit card. That was basically a very bad experience and I wouldn’t wish that on my west enemy. so to anybody coming to New-York . If you’re press for time don’t use the double tree hotel. It’s a scam. Sincerely: Ronel Remy from Brockton Massachusetts.
- 5/5
I was here with two of my daughters and the hotel was perfect. It was clean, safe, and easy access to the subway. The Italian place there too was so good.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel. Location is great and it’s very modern with nice rooms. The front desk staff was wonderful. Love the cookies at check-in.
- 5/5
Rooms are big enough for family kmembers. Service was great
- 5/5

- 5/5
Excellent customer service, clean room every time I came back and greeted us with a smile good morning every morning.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree by Hilton! We definitely will be back when we come to NYC!
- 4/5
The only issue i had was at check-in. They could not run my card as credit (but they had no problem running the card as credit to get the deposit 2 nights before) - my bank for some reason was not allowing debit transactions in another state for some stupid reason and asked the hotel to run it as credit - I had to get cash out of the ATM in order to check in and pay fees. Such an inconvenience. The room was clean but much smaller than the pictures online. Still a clean hotel and would def stay here again.
- 3/5
Room and bathroom were kind small. There was a crack in the shower of the bathroom and the fridge in the room didn’t get cold. However the beds were really comfy and the staff was friendly.

- 5/5
Location
- 4/5
The overall stay is good with a couple of carve outs:
- 3/5
Felt a bit deceived on how small the rooms were but I guess being in NYC, it’s expected. The low rating was more because of the middle of the night building alarm that went off for over an hour from about three in the morning to 4:20 in the morning. And then the voice over that kept saying that there was no emergency in between the alarms . I could not fall asleep after that it was awful. There was no
- 3/5
Tv remote didn’t work, very little hot water, dry slow elevator service
- 4/5
I’m still waiting for the $150 deposit to be returned though.
- 3/5
Room sooo small and not enough elevators. But location felt very safe.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff courteous and location close to subway
- 5/5
This is a nice property and convenient.
- 2/5
Tv did not work the entire time. Spoke with front desk they said someone would be coming to fix it but no one ever came.
- 1/5
Bathroom floor was not cleaned
- 4/5
Clean room . Very helpful staff at front desk with area restaurants, subway infrastructure etc .
- 4/5
Room:- clean, tidy, comfy beds- just a bit on tge small side. Amenities:- basic. Theres a little area in reception for you to buy bits & microwave to heat food up Area:- great to get around- 2 subway stations in walking distance, Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 memorial, Wall St all wuthin walking distance.
- 2/5
The room was fine, but the elevators were a joke. We had to walk up and down 10 flights because the elevators took forever or never came.
- 5/5
Did not eat at the hotel or go to the bar.
- 4/5
The bed was so so comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and staff was very respectful!
- 1/5
It’s hard to imagine at these prices, they would have a 20 + minute wait for the elevator both going up and down. I would not stay again or even consider it until that’s corrected
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Room was comfortable.
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
Staff was so nice in such a crazy holiday season in New York City everyone was so nice!
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Clean room and convenient location
- 5/5
Loved this hotel!! Clean rooms & Really nice staff!
- 5/5
Good very good
- 4/5
The room was not spotless and they forgot to restock tissues and toiletries. The shower door did not close all the way so it leaked on the floor and hot water was not the best. With that said, the staff was top notch. From the guys/security when you walked in the building to front desk check in and the other staff we net thet were fantastic. It was our first time in New York and this place definitely made us feel welcome to start our adventure for the weekend.
- 5/5
Good location near subway. Clean. Comfortable bed
- 5/5
Good location next to many metros in the Financial district. Our first time in NYC and loved it. Rooms were great, very cleans.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was so amazing and the room was perfect! First time in NYC and i'll definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
Muy limpio y excelente servicio
- 5/5
Clean room. Was very quiet which is rare in NY. Easy to get anywhere, walkable location.
- 4/5
Staff seemed to have some feelings about my request for hand towels which I never got, but otherwise a nice place.
- 2/5
Negatives: Long black hair on my towel first thing when I got in, walls are paper thin so could hear people next to me like they were in my room, my TV was broken (they fixed it which I appreciated so I didn’t have to move rooms), elevator button on 36th floor was broken so would have to go down to 35th floor to call elevator. Would I stay there again? Yes. Would I be excited about it? Meh
- 4/5
Seven days stay, the location is great. Room was cleaned eve day which was great. But there are some savings that I do not understand: The hotel does not provide the typical, two bottles of water per room per nigh. That's the reason I do not give a 5. That's so cheap why they bother?
- 5/5
Pleasant stay.
- 5/5
The room was great.
- 4/5
Good hotel, liked the location and room was nice!!! Only complaint is the elevator situation. There are only 3 small elevators for a 45 floor hotel. When I was trying to check out, I had to wait for 25 minutes by the elevator to get on. I was on the 31st floor and almost walked down with all my luggage. The room and everything was great but they deff need to do something about the elevator situation
- 3/5
I would have given a higher rating but the elevator situation was untenable. Often 10+ minutes wait and then when we finally scored an elevator it stooped at almost every floor even though it was stuffed to the brim. Other than that the staff was helpful, the room was great (although sound traveled easily from the hallways). Clean and decent size rooms for NYC. The cookies were great!
- 5/5
Good hotel and very convenient everything
- 3/5
Down to lobby through stair from 21 floor
- 4/5
Elevators are too slow for the high demand of people trying to get to their rooms or even leave the property. The staff was nice and the location is pretty accessible for trains stations around the area.
- 3/5
The actual hotel room was fine as was every employee we encountered. The only issue was that after waiting for an elevator for almost 25 minutes, we ended up walking down 39 flights of stairs to get out of the hotel. And we were not the only ones. They really need to get their elevator issues sorted out.
- 3/5
Good but noisy whe cleaning the rooms
- 5/5
Clean room, great location and the people at front desk were great the whole time.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Clean room, courteous staff, great location. Will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Room spotless.. staff
- 4/5
The location is close to metro and the room was clean.
- 4/5
Elevator was a big problem. Nice size room. The price was ok. Good location. Restaurants and coffee shops near by. 911 memorial is walking distance.
- 5/5
This hotel was nothing short from amazing. The concierge staff were very accommodating. I booked this hotel for my lady for her birthday which was 11/25 and just by checking and asking a question for curiosity, they upgraded our room to 37 floor city view, gave a is a complimentary bottle of red wine, along with complementary snacks. Thank you to Tabitha , Jose’ & Mr Robinson for taken real good care of us. We will definitely rebook in the future when in town.
- 4/5
Front desk was a little indifferent, but that’s nyc.
- 1/5
My credit card was overcharged and staff fabricated a lie to NYPD in attempt to get me arrested. I’ve yet to get any recourse from them or speak to anyone in charge of the matter.
- 4/5
Very courteous staff
- 5/5
The location was great and also the staff & services provided.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 3/5
The AC Thermostat wasn't responding, which wasn't ideal for winter weather.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean as were baths both small. Elevators are fairly slow but it’s very convenient and staff is great!! Went above and beyond!
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
We loved that the elevator only operated with a key card. We felt safe and cozy. The room was small, but exactly perfect. The beds were absolutely amazing along with the pillows. I would revisit for every trip back into NYC.
- 5/5
Excellent service and catering options
- 5/5
Room was clean...to be expected it was a small room but if you know NYC downtown usually meams limited space. The staff was great. Also they have Gluten-free & nutfree cookies...thought it was inclusive. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very clean, great location to subways, 9/11 museum, Chinatown and convenient parking. Staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. The elevators are a huge problem. The elevators would only open on our floor if we pushed the up button, they would never come otherwise. This would then cause us to be on the elevator several extra minutes every single time we had to use it. The last day it took us 9 full minutes to get from floor 18 to ground level while we had all our luggage and I am disabled so walking down 18 flights is not an option. We missed our Uber waiting for us and it set us back quite a bit on our time to get to the train station. It may seem minor but it really aggravated us when every single time we needed the elevator it would take an egregious amount of time to get anywhere in the hotel
- 5/5
Clean room staff was great all elevators worked
- 5/5
Very clean and in great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great trip!!
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed and great staff. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 2/5
Dirty rude staff not 4 star
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, courteous and attentive. The room was small, but clean and always smelled great from the restaurant’s aromas. Plus, I only needed it to rest and shower, so it did the job perfectly! Another positive was that it was centrally located to many attractions, like the Raging Bull, Wall Street, Joe’s Pizza, and more!
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The rug in room was dirty and very stained. Definitely needed replacement.
- 1/5
They are charging extra for “wifi and drinks” no wifi was used nor did even touch any drinks in there, they charged my card without my permission. The wifi is included with the booking of the room yet they are charging extra for “wifi”
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Odd layout for a hotel, but everything was perfect. Great room, very reasonably priced for Financial District. Top marks for housekeeping and front desk.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Clean good location! Rooms are very small but it is New York!
- 5/5
This was my first time booking a room with a city view and it was the best! Reception was welcoming and the baked cookie was a nice bonus of sweetness to my stay. It's really the little things like this that make the pleasantries so appealing. The rooms are spacious enough with designated desk area. There is neither a microwave nor refrigerator in the room, but there are plenty of places around to get delicious food. Although on Sundays, things close early.
- 4/5
Cozy room, location and check in experience. Cookies were great, but they had walnuts and my son is allergic
- 4/5
The room was clean and location great!
- 5/5
Everything was clean! The staff was amazing and my wife and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary and a complimentary bottle of wine was provided. Whenever I am in the NYC area, this will be my preferred stay..
- 1/5
I was told I could request an early check in. Requested morning of our flight still told available. Went to the hotel and has to wait 3 hours for a room. When arriving in our room flood was stick, toilet not clean, flying bugs in our bathroom the entire stay. Absolutely disgusting that Hilton has their name associated with this hotel.
- 3/5
parking sucked.
- 4/5
The TV offered a solid selection of channels along with access to streaming services (you do have to sign into your own accounts). Hotel staff were friendly, and the lobby was clean, stylish, and had free water along with snacks available for purchase. The only downside is that for a hotel with so many floors, I wish there were more elevators—during peak times, the wait can get a little long. I didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but there’s a Starbucks just a few minutes away where I grabbed my morning coffee and sandwich. The complimentary warm cookie was definitely a plus. Hope this helps!
- 4/5
Solid stay. My only complaint was the water in the shower being lukewarm and the slow running hot water in the bathroom sink.
- 5/5
Spotless room with daily servicing, quick access to multiple transit lines, fast WIFI
- 4/5
No parking No breakfast The rooms are also smaller than they look on the pictures.
- 4/5
Room was clean, front desk staff was very nice, good location near south ferry station. Only drawback was elevators can get crowded and you have to wait in line.
- 3/5
Room size is small as compare to price. Less amenities in this price though it is in prime location. Need to wait for a long for lift.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Great location. Slow elevator
- 4/5
The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. The bathroom was away from the bed and it was an overall comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice design of the space.
- 5/5
Really good
- 5/5
We didn’t eat any meals at this hotel.
- 3/5
Very crowded. The elevator takes forever when it is busy. The staff were okay but not very friendly at check in. No parking but parking near by.
- 5/5
It was decent
- 4/5
It is a little dated but well maintained. Gym was nice. Elevators are slow.
- 4/5
Heating issue but other than that the stay was good
- 2/5
the elevators were barely functioning - they took forever to come. lack of kettle in the room and the fridge was so tiny and barely worked.
- 5/5
It was great. Friendly staff overall would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Nice place

Room was dirty, heater didn’t work properly, toilet kept clogging, staff wouldn’t respond, elevators would break often which make going to 40+ floors much harder

Clean, quite and nice rooms.

Room was great and comfortable. Perfect location downtown. Elevators were an issue. Took forever and with so many guests would often have to wait 10-15 min to get up or down from my room. Frequently walked down 35 flights of stairs to avoid the elevator. Going up was worse.
- 3/5
Room was chemically polluted with scents. Parking 1/3 of a mile away and $EXPENSIVE. Visit reminded me of how much i dislike NYC. Entry floor and Lobby floor were a floor apart. Staff response to complaints was "nothing we can do." Lucky to get 3 stars.

Staff at check in was very accommodating, room was clean except for the floor could have been cleaned better; liked the area, close to Battery Park and subway

Great place to stay and very organized
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Staff were great. Elevators were a little slow so give yourself time to get up and down to your floor.

was so helpful

The hotel is great. If there's anything that could be improved, it's the management of the three elevators for going up and down.

Courteous, convenient, clean rooms

How fast service was. Excellent!
- 5/5
Good location, friendly staff, but slow elevators.
- 5/5
My stay was great super disappointed that Battery Park is closed. The elevator is slow…slow if you aren’t staying ina city view room request a lower floor so you can use the stairs.

Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean. No complaints

Awesome. Clean. Staff are amazing
- 3/5
Elevator takes forever, breakfast is overpriced for what it was. soggy French toast, rubbery sausage and watery eggs. At least customer service was good though.
- 2/5
checkin was ok. the room was spartan like an economy hotel but the bed was ok. the elevator had problems and the were only 2 elevators for a 40 floor hotel. Ramon was very helpful in getting us booked with transportation when leaving. The worst Hilton ive been too
- 4/5
The room was pretty nice and the hotel is located in a good, safe area. The housekeeping staff was so sweet, they put my friend and I’s stuffed animals all tucked into the bed when we came back one day from being out and about. It made our day! The biggest downside is the elevators — they are incredibly slow, and only 2-3 for 43 or so floors. It adds about 10 minutes to your travel time just to wait for the elevators.

Great place to stay... I stay here every chance I get. The staff is amazing, amazing, amazing! The property is well-maintained, modern, and conveniently located near all attractions, shopping, eateries, and airports via the metro. And them cookies given at check-in are fabulous. Oh, and the area is nice, safe, and quiet, especially at night.

Plastic glasses look terrible. Elevators not convenion. Recommendation - if you would like to stay this facility never drive your car.
- 5/5
Overall nice place to stay, breakfast was alright and pretty pricey for the type an quality of food. The elevators are not necessarily their fault but waiting a very long time in the evenings to simply go up or down the elevator due to the small size and number of units available
- 3/5
Strange noises coming from air unit. Not able to adjust the temperature in the room. Odd entrance to hotel as your first greeting was a grumpy/unfriendly bag check attendant and slowest elevator ever. When we retrieved our bags from bag check there was a much more friendly attendant at the desk, thankfully.

clean and spacious

Great room, clean, elevators were a pain but other than that it is a great hotel
- 5/5
Air conditioner worked perfectly. Our room was cleaned daily super comfortable bed and pillows. Fresh clean towels. Location was walking distance to 911 museum and statue of liberty. Many different coffee shops and bars. Easy access to subway stations.
- 5/5
Room was modern and clean and staff was very helpful. Only minor issue is the hotel is 44 floors and occasionally there is a long wait to get on the elevator, especially if you’re on one of the upper floors.

The room climate was good

Overall stay very good. Good location, clean rooms. Hilton's policy of check in at 4 pm and check out at 11:00 am should be scrapped. It should be restored to a normal practice of check in at 2:00 pm and check out at 12:00 am

Did not have breakfast. Air conditioning worked well

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but I personally didn’t mind.
