Cons: my AC unit was very loud and the sheets were very starched/scratchy so it was difficult to get a good night of sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and practical for my stay. Notably, the location was great, everything was within walking distance. I’ve always loved staying at the Pestana hotels, so I definitely will be returning back to this one.

Room was good and clean. Location was great. I had a couple of friends visit and explained they were not staying but I was asked in a slightly accusatory tone if my friends stayed in the room. I was unable to figure out how to work the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby.

Front desk lady on Thursday morning was so helpful. Don’t know her name but she was nice.

Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come back!!!

The micro mini-bar amenity has zero wine, nor Alcohol,snacks,candies or normal mini-bar contents. The fake mini-bar appears to be a failed attempt at there being a Resort Fee of $40.00 per night. That’s $80.00 towards Resort Fee Amenities boils down to sodas or Toblerone, of which we had none, as there’s a free bottle of designer water in the room.

The AC is terrible, can’t be shut down completely, it emits noise when it’s off.

Nice rooms. Minor maintenance needed in a few parts of the room, but very nice overall

The location was ideal. There was some good coffee shops nearby and I appreciated being able to use the onsite gym.

The room was clean, comfortable and modern. A bit small but it is Manhattan and was still definitely spacious enough. Good location, walking distance to Times Square and some Broadway theatres. The gym was pretty basic but was open 24 hours and had dumbbells up to 50 lb.
