The room is cute and quaint, but you hear the music blaring from Loosie’s at night. Overall a decent stay

Too expensive for NYC standards

Nice bar/lounge area on the ground floor. Good neighborhood. I strongly recommend the Moxy NYC Lower East Side

The elevators did not make sense. I needed to tap my floor number, then my room card, and the screen flashed which elevator to take. There was no indication that it was coming, and when I got on, there was no indication that I had done the process right. The room phone was fuzzy sounding. The room did not have many towels, so I had to order extra each night. 2 of the days, fresh hand towels were not replaced. The shower was handicap accessible, but that meant that the water spilled out into the rest of the bathroom. The shower curtain was getting moldy. The wire rack was pulling out of the wall studs. The rooftop was much harder to get to than it should have been. I asked the front desk how to get up to the top, and they said to take the back door by the elevators. I went to that door and was told to go outside the hotel and around to go up. Once I was at the top, there seemed to be a dress code I was not aware of. I liked the check in staff and bartenders.

The staff is kind and the rooms are clean and if you are wanting to experience Chinatown or little Italy, it really is in a great spot. I just don’t know if the issues with maintenance are a fluke or if they are more of an ongoing situation.

The bed was so comfortable! The staff were accommodating & so friendly from the front desk to the people at the door. It's the perfect stay in NYC! We loved it.

Great location, close to the subway and right near little italy and chinatown

Modern clean and felt safe Rooftop bar was one of our reasons for staying at hotel but when we tried to go it was closed off for a private function

Prime location to all the best pizza spots & food and shopping. Front door guy was very fun and positive Our room was 45 minutes late on being readied despite being reserved months in advanced and front desk staff (white female with tattoos & a black male) offered no apologies, discounts, or other accommodations to make up for the lateness. A/C malfunctioned in both rooms before being addressed
