Executive Class at MTS Hotel

The staff was extremely rude, except for the manager. I had someone try to enter my room while I was in the shower, and fortunately, I had the latch latched, so they could not get in.

The location. There was construction on the floor above us as well as on our floor. No notifications about this. The breakfast which I paid extra for was awful, a piece of fruit, a small drink, and a stale muffin, all of this dropped in a paper bag, I was expected to sit in the very shabby lobby and eat with that breakfast on my lap!! I would never stay here again and will discourage anyone I know to not stay here as well!

Direct elevator access to the 18th floor Tv in room didn’t work. They said they would have it fixed, they didn’t. Front desk was swamped with complaints from so many people, we couldn’t reach them by phone or in person (line was always too long). Had to look for a housekeeping cart to swipe toilet paper.

I picked it because it was across the street from the Back to the Future The Musical. Room was comfortable for what we needed. It was quiet which was a bonus. Breakfast bar could've been better

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

The only thing I liked was the spacious bathroom and the view through the window I didn't like that the window curtain didn't work, that's rubbish and the carpet was very dirty ☹️ The breakfast is a lie, it does not exist, they only give you 1 glass of coffee and 1 bread. The price of the hotel is very expensive for what I received…

All of the hotel lobby employees were so helpful and nice...Location ! The food trucks outside had delicious food. The long line for a light breakfast at the stone street cafe ,no microwave and mini fridge in the room.
