Zia Bi Bed and Breakfast

It was an excellent stay!

Location is up the hill hard to find by taxis N expensive to get to city. No stores restaurants close by. Maybe it was off the season as I thought there will be one on site. Traffic n parking in city really bad so can’t really drive

Very clean. Great staff. Away from the hustle and bustle. Planes overhead.

Horrible communication with staff. Rude and confusing.

Our stay was 1 day before 6 month winter shut down . When we arrived after a day of traveling the restaurant and bar were already closed for the season . I feel I should have been notified of this before arriving so we didn’t have to order out fast food.

Pool area ok, breakfast ok not great Damp/mould on bedroom walls. Too isolated,taxi needed always

Friendly helpful host and staff. Beautiful pools and delicious breakfast. Clean and modern. Beautiful landscaping with fruit bearing trees everywhere! We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Naples city center. But if need be, the buses were a short walk away. Although during the day, swimming in the pool with airplanes flying over our heads was very scenic, it could get bothersome for light sleepers. But honestly, the views of the whole resort and the modern clean establishment make it easy to forgive the noise. Also, I’d rather hear a plane than cara honking during the night!

No access to a coffee maker in room is unacceptable.

Not much locally for eating, just eat for delivery, unless you want to catch bus/taxi to town Breakfast could do with topping up throughout the time period allocated as ran out of things

Set just 10 minutes from busy Naples, Zia Bi B&B was a quiet and relaxing haven! We loved the grounds- the gardens were stunning! The pools were fabulous, the breakfast selection was amazing and everything was so clean! The whole experience was just wonderful! Our host was so helpful and friendly! We can’t recommend this property enough!

The area of the B&B inside of their gates was nice. Plenty of parking and the area for breakfast was clean and gig. Breakfast was also a great addition to our stay. The manager also called us a taxi which was very kind! The rooms had ants in them and there were stray cats on the property. They broke into our room and weren't the easiest to get out. The bathroom also didn't seem very clean and we felt every spring in the mattress throughout the night.

Staff were accommodating We had no hot water. We advised staff and nothing changed. The bathroom shower had grime and dirt around the shower.

The room was constantly damp. The towels we used to shower with at night were still damp the next night when we went to shower, as were all the towels in the room. The shampoo in the shower was very low and eventually empty and was never replenished. Lastly, this is not a complaint, you can hear the planes coming into the airport nearby quite often. I knew this beforehand but just something for anyone booking to be aware of in case it matters.

Loved the pools, the terraces and the gardens. The views were spectacular. We loved watching the planes take off from the airport. It was fairly easy to find on the C63 bus from Piazza Dante. The accommodation was very well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good also Only minor thing was the pillows on the bed were very hard. I prefer softer pillows.

Bed was very uncomfortable, quite far from town, need to have a car.
