Small shower in bathroom. Quite noisy due vicinity of airport and thin walls.

I didn't eat any of the food items that were displayed. I think the website could have made it more clear that a taxi is required, the approx cost of the taxi. It gave an impression that it was an easy walk. maybe i read it wrong but if the information was clear and obvious it would be helpful. The check-in was totally automated. I didn't see all the emails because I had no service. When I tried to call upon arrival, my phone wouldn't work so we asked a passer by to call. After we were in, Miriam had a young man come and show us things while she stayed on the phone. He had some trouble getting the phone connected but in the end everything got sorted. Miriam was very helpful and patient. It was unusual to not meet the person but I guess that's the modern way. Our walk around was interesting, we found a deli with good food. We slept well and the taxi which Miriam arranged was on time. The driver is a great person.

The room had a smart system, with lights and sweets. Very clean and comfortable double pillows. Staff was kind and instructions were easy to follow The area: since we came by public means, it was hard to get public transportation at night. The stop is nearby, but the buses time-frames are not accountable. Got pickpocketed on the bus the last day. So my advise is, if you stay here, always pay for the taxi

The staff were very nice. We liked the free basic breakfast. It's near the airport. The sewer pipes in bathroom were somewhat clogged so i had to take a shower with my legs being covered in dirty water.

Strong WiFi, cold AC, comfortable bed, easy to walk to anything in Naples.

Good coffee. Location is ok The bed was incomfortable, noisy. Such a small room and bathroom. I will not recommend this place.

Staff accommodating for early arrival. Very comfortable stay. Very quiet in the hotel. Microwave and refrigerator available in the common area.

Reasonable distance from the airport - ca 30min by foot. The host was super nice and helpful. The walls are kinda thin, so you can hear everything.

I have only written one review before this. I just don’t like doing them. BUT this place is fabulous. The staff bent over backwards to give us the most satisfying service of any place I’ve ever stayed. Breakfast was home cooked and varied. They provided us with all the info a tourist is looking for. Our stay was remarkable? Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. The location is near all the most popular places. Just reserve now! You won’t regret it.

Very clean and well run place. Good communication and good price. We only stayed one night but it is recommendable for more. Not far from the aeroport. We walked to take our plain. You can also walk to the centre of town. Nothing here

The accomodation is near to the buses and airport. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was also working. All in all the room was convenient Sadly, the neighbors noise filtered through the walls loudly. No shampoo, and only a radio playing tv, you could only sit on the toilet sideways.

Great cleanand tidy place, perfect for a one night stay before or after a flight. Good coffee and breakfast selection. Still quite far from the airport. Definitely need to book a taxi. We did not have a phone number to do it with and no apps worked and with no staff onsite could not get someone to help us book one. Best to organise before you get to the accommodation.

Exceptional

niente I stayed at Sweet Dreams Napoli for 4 nights and had a very bad experience. On the first day, the window was unusable and fell down when I tried to close it, thankfully without causing any injury. The furniture was broken, and no air could enter the room. The towels were dirty, and I had to request replacements. At the end of our stay, we were asked to pay 250 Euro for allegedly causing damage to the room, which was unfair and unfounded. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

really close to the airport perfect for a morning flight staff is amazing Miry is exceptional in terms of caring for guests staying at this property. The staff are so helpful in terms of helping you get situated and helping you find things to do in Naples

It was nice and clean. You could make a tee or coffee there with some biscuits. Close to the airport and not very far from the center. Nice stuff.
