Clean, friendly staff, good food.

Staff were nice I don't know how this is classified as a four star hotel. The rooms were dingy, dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable and slid around the floor. The breakfast was not very good either. Canned fruit, cheap packaged yogurt. The pastries were good.

Kind of far from shops
-
Clean, large room with balcony and nice view

Location, cleanness, staff Not easy public transportation to downtown.

Close to everything and stunning view . Great staff

Old fashioned hotel with large room. Beautiful garden. Quiet except for occasional planes. Safe Shower stall was too small. Long and dirty walk to downtown.
-
Comfortable beds and nice shower room. Free toiletries were welcome and sky tv allowed us to watch the rugby No air conditioning, the room was boiling and having to have the windows open meant we all got bitten by mosquitoes in the night. Restaurant was ok, very basic food, expensive for what it was and no other options for food nearby so a bit stranded

Free car park, though very much squeezed. A very skillful staff takes over the stowage of our car in order to pack more cars inside the limited car park area. That works out okay. The hotel is situated on a hillside with a good view of Naples City. It also boasts a nice garden setting. The room is old fashioned, but spacious and clean. Toilet facilities are adequate. Breakfast acceptable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Access to the hotel by car was a hair-raising challenge. We rented a mid size SUV, and was barely able to squeeze the car through the narrow street leading in from the main road Via Capodimonte. Was is worst is the fact that the narrow street is actually two ways, which means we get some oncoming traffic. When that happened, the oncoming driver somehow always managed to do some kind of duck shuffle to get over to one side so we can pass through. We did manage, but was never sure how it was even possible. We took a taxi back one evening, and the taxi driver seemed to be very much at ease. Clearly to him this is quite normal for this part of Naples. I would not choose to self drive to this hotel again.

Location was far from central Naples. Very few restaurants in this area

Nothing in particular. Maybe that it was silent. Breakfast was horrible, both food and personal. When we arrived there was pee on the toilet seat. All the facilities were very very old. I wouldn’t come back for any reason.

Great option if you need and want to arrive to Naples for a one night, before journeying onward. A 12-15 min ($15e) taxi fm airport. Quiet, super clean rooms. Not fancy, but great value. Well air conditioned w blackout shades. We slept well after transatlantic travel. Good breakfast and then out the door south. Heard there is a pool but didn’t use it. I like that it has grounds and outdoor area so is insulated from surrounding urban area a bit (for quiet). Dated decor, but not an issue at all.

The property is beautifully situated on top of a hill, away from the hustle and bustle of city center. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept, and the hotel is beautiful and clean. Nothing
