Great location on the pedestrian part of Toledo Street. Large, comfortable room. Cleaned every day. Everything is very smart and convenient.

Excellent location with very close access to metro station Owner was very nice and good with communication. He even personally fetched us from the Taxi dropoff spot. His very nice friend picked us up from the airport as well. (Ask for Airport Transfer) Cleanliness and spacious rooms Building gate is closed at 8pm so only residents and guests have access. Noise at midnight from a restaurant in the alley next to the rooms. Bring some earplugs.

You need to leave the key inside the car, which is kind of scary but it turned out fine (after 48 hours)

Great location, neat and clean apartment. Host was extremely kind and accommodating to our needs. The kitchen should be equipped with basic items so that it can be used normally for the daily needs of tourists.

Very central, well kept, modernized, clean and stylish. Also, very safe! Oh, and the housekeeping staff were very professional and very responsive to our requests. Very grateful for that! There is NOTHING bad to be said about the property. Do keep in mind that due to its location on Via Toledo it can be noisy if the windows are open. However, the very modern new windows keep the noise out while closed.

Location was excellent, in the very center of the pedestrian zoe. Our room was looking on the side alley, so city noise didn’t make problems. Owner was very open for communication, and we were allowed to store luggage before chek in time, after chek out before our evening flight. There is no breakfast available and no coffe in the room, only tea.

Central Noisy all night. To many lights in room on switch’s & movement blue things on ceiling flashing all the time

Everything about the property is good, and pino the host was great. Only one little thing that bugged me is that the AC has a motion sensor, and if it stops sensing movement after a while the AC turns off… it gets hot at night.
