It is a lovely hotel in a very central area of Naples. From outside it is unassuming building but once you are inside you are surrounded by antique objects: furniture, lamps, historic objects. It is an old building (I wish I learned more about the history of the place), tall ceilings, huge French windows etc. Really nice. Not grand but nice, lovely. People who work there are very friendly, go out of the way to answer your question, call taxi etc., etc. Breakfast was good, cheeses and cold cuts all fresh. They kept breakfast room open so people can get coffee with baked goods at any time. Breakfast room was full of fun objects to look at. We had the best food near by in small restaurants that run by families. Simple dishes but so good. I am very pleased with my stay. Shower was a little warn.

This was a surprise last minute booking. Turned out to be a great experience. Super location in the Spanish Quarter, 24 hour desk staff who are friendly and helpful, very clean, comfortable beds and bedding and pillows, awesome bathroom, and a good breakfast with much to choose from. Will definitely stay here again and recommend if you love this dynamic part of town! Nothing.

The was clean, well situated, accessible, secure and had an elevator. A little dated. No place to hang out in within the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very lively area that we quickly came to figure out and enjoy. It’s attractively decorated, and the breakfast was excellent. We leaned on the guys at the front desk for advice on how to get around, and they were friendly and helpful.

Charming property in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, very clean, excellent breakfast, beautifully decorated, and so close to public transportation. The staff was amazing, it was so nice to chat with the helpful men at the desk every day, and I loved that the hotel was always staffed. So many places to eat and drink nearby, I felt like a local staying here. Nothing

Perfectly situated. A haven in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. This is a part of the city we wanted to stay in so do your homework if gritty realism isn’t your thing. Breakfast was very good. Staff very patient and helpful. Two streets down is the major shopping street for Neapolitans, Via Toledo. Metro Toledo nearby takes you everywhere. 20 minute walk to Centro Historico which is more touristy and even more crowded. Only had outlets beside one side of bed. Both sides would have been nice. Everything else was fine.

We stayed for one night in Naples — my sister and I booked two separate rooms. The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lady working the afternoon shift was extremely professional and handled my small issue efficiently and politely. The two gentlemen on duty later were also very kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were truly exceptional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They made our short stay very pleasant and memorable. Because of this great experience, I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Naples with my wife this October.

The location was perfect, walking distance to all the must-see from Napoli and safe area. Breakfast was super nice too! Some stuff is old-old and could use a revamp. Also the AC was hard to regulate as it pointed right into the bed!

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Quartieri Spagnoli ! Felt very safe and so many little streets to explore. Had a cute little terrace with our room!
