It felt like an actual hotel, which is kind of depressing to give as a positive feedback on here. There was cleaning service. There was a formal checkin with a physical person. The room was an appropriate size. They had really nice pillows. The location is probably not for everyone but I liked it. Overall we were happy with the stay and felt we got our money's worth. My partner found mold under a mug. The shower door was falling apart a little bit. They didn't provide enough soap/shampoo, and there wasn't space to put the shampoo inside of the actual shower (a caddy would be nice!). The entrance is a little confusing but it isnt a big deal. The elevator is quite small and wont fit a whole family + their things.

Perfect location with solid windows to reduce noise. We had a second room for our son, daughter in law and their two little ones (3 yrs & 1 yr) and they slept great. Nothing. Everything was great.

The location is in the historical center. The historical building. The ceiling is amazing. Nothing everything was good.

Good location The place appeared thrown together to create the space. The shower and bathroom door was raised to create space for plumbing. This raised section also was between the rooms so you had to step up just to walk between rooms. The kitchenette was non-existant and was the cause of the raised floor between rooms. There was NO water for the kitchenette sink. The shower didn't drain properly so we had to take 1 minute showers to keep the shower from overflowing. They're was no blanket on one bed so it a little cold overnight.

Really handy location, very traditional Italian hotel. Bed was a little low and you need an extra pillow. Staff were lovely and very helpful Just needed an extra pillow on the bed.

Check in was simple. The air conditioning was good and better than most places. It was conveniently located in Naples and the concierge helped us to get an early taxi to the airport. We were super happy with our stay.

We especially liked Giacomo, who works at the desk. He was charming and helped with a trip we wanted to do to Potenza. We liked the fact that there are dozens of restaurants within walking distance. There were too many people outside the residencia, in every single street. One has to be very careful with motos and small cars that drive with little concern for pedestrians.

Room and access to room. No porter service and hard access to reach to reception by car

As others have said, the location is great. There’s a definite musty smell in the room.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location on Toledo Street is excellent, and Sabrina made our time in Naples unforgettable. From the moment she welcomed us, she was incredibly supportive, recommending great places to visit and wonderful restaurants. Her helpfulness and warm hospitality made our experience fantastic

The location, the staff, the cleanliness, and the big bathroom! My only complaint is the mattress. It was definitely very old and it was sagging in the middle.

The location The staff The air condition The fridge The rooms were ok The bathroom malfunctioned a bit My friends were located in another building which looked unfinished My room looked under construction a bit

The best part of this property was the staff and location. The unit is not cleaned properly. My shower had mold in the corners and the floors were visibly dirty. The building by itself seems to under construction and is very dusty and dirty on the steps. I felt bad writing this because the staff was so lovely. Staff and location

The towels were nice. The location was central, but not in a good way. No way to drive to the property because it’s a closed to traffic, so you have to be prepared to pay for parking ($40-$80, depending on how many hours). The front desk never mentioned this fact as we were wandering in our car aimlessly. It was noisy until 2am. Saturday night in Naples. There are 3 keys to the property and 2 of the 3 doors were left open, one to the street and one to the internal door to our floor, so very unsafe. Last, the cost if this overnight was very expensive for very little service and comfort. I would not recommend. Booking.com needs to vet their properties and keep negative reviews for others to see. I only saw the 9 out of 10 reviews, not any of the poor ones.
