Perfect and very central location. A bit difficult to recognize the entrance Gate. Luckily, people from shops next door kindly inform me, when I asked them

Perfect location right at the main shopping street. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Beautiful breakfast room and a nice breakfast selection. Would definitely recommend staying here.
-
Great location - the entrance to the property looks very dodge from the street side on initial arrival, but the inside is beautiful - big rooms etc. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast.
-
Wonderful breakfast in beautiful breakfast room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very noisy location on busy pedestrian street.

We liked the location, the big room with high ceiling, the breakfast, the kind and helpful staff.

A bit noisy, but if you get tired enough you will not notice that.

Very good location, just on the main street, walking distance from the city center, also close to the Metro station. Spacious room, comfy bed, enough space for personal staff and luggage. Nice tasty breakfast. Not sound proofed, both from outside and inside. The property is located in an old building and it has an old style.

Very good location near subway Better directions for getting into hotel. They have a metal entry door to close offf the courtyard Looking at it we thought the building was abandoned. There is an intercom to be buzzed into the hotel. Took some time to figure it out

Clean and comfortable room! High ceilings made it feel large and comfortable. Great bathroom- lots of counter space (which I rarely found anywhere in Italy!). Yummy breakfast and good location- right across from the vibrant streets of Naples. That said, very loud outside the window until past 4am! Naples doesn’t seem to sleep…

Breakfast was excellent! Very kind staffs Small capacity elevator, but many European have it.

The staff at the hotel was outstanding they were very warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel although definitely livable still needs a lot of work. But this was our general impression of Naples as a whole. The room we stayed in was starkly appointed and the mattress was very much on the firm side. The hotel is difficult to get into initially since you need to go to the giant green doors then press a button to the right of the door that is not very well identified then the hotel staff buzzes the door and you enter into a small parking area. The hotel entrance/ check-in is actually on the first floor of the building but directions are not clearly identified to get there. During our stay it was the day after Christmas also a holiday in Naples. There were throngs of people shoulder to shoulder on the street. Very loud in the area at night until 3 or 4am. The locals like to rev up their motorcycles along the Main Street in front of the hotel. Not conducive for a good nights sleep, but I guess when in Naples… If the question is would we recommend it the answer would have to be no. It has nothing to do with the staff they were great. There were 4 adults in three rooms we all had a similar experience. Honestly, I believe when we return to the Naples area we will stay more south on the coast. Naples has a decent however dirty vibe. Lots of graffiti all over everything everywhere. The Chiaia district was a nicer area than the city center. If you are going to stay in Naples I would recommend that area.

Location & staff was helpful Elevator: too small

The location is wonderful. Center of Napoli, close to Toledo station. Very clean, nice staff. The breakfast room is beautiful. A little bit noisy on weekend. Also, for the breakfast, you are passing in front of some rooms. That is also noisy.

Loved the property. Close to the subway. Nice neighborhood. Great breakfast in a beautiful room. The front door is a little sketchy. With graffiti. So you don’t think you are in the right place.
-
Very central, excellent location to all the action in Toledo area. The breakfast was excellent the staff especially Francesca at the front desk and also the girls working in the breakfast area were excellent. The rooms very comfortable and clean. House keeping was very good. Hard to find not enough signs at the entrance. The entrance is a big green door but this is typical of Naples. We just learned this the hard way.

great location, beautiful rooms

Wifi was horrible and just didn’t work.

Location was central and close to major shops and facilities. The included breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful old ballroom. We were in a large family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff were excellent and very friendly Wifi was terrible in our room. Initially difficult to find, but their directions were excellent. Could be a bit noisy for some as Via Toledo as a noisy place until quite late (although that could be a plus for some)

The breakfast Rude front desk staff (one rude one, one nice one), flashing sign outside room lit up room all night & shutters didn’t close.
