Residenza Napoli Centrale

This is a peaceful apartment amidst the business of Napoli. The subway is just outside the main building as well as a pizza place and cafè. You’re a short walk to the mini market and restaurants but when you head back inside, you hear none of the noise from outside.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of Naples at Piazza Nicola Amore. The location was perfect — close to the historic center, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. We had some issues with the internet, but they were resolved very quickly. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. If we return to Naples, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, spacious apartment, easy access, fair price. Bed in one of the bedrooms was a very uncomfortable spring mattress, while the other room had a comfortable memory foam mattress. Apartment had not been deep cleaned in a while and was quite dusty, could use some more attention.

Showers need an upgrade

Original indicated we would arrive at 5pm and then updated it to earlier. Was told we could arrive by 2pm. We arrived at 3:30pm and the apartment still needed to be cleaned. The bed was broken, shower not cleaned and shower head sprayed everywhere. Host was informed about all.

Centrally located The ac temperature couldn’t be controlled

Would have liked a kitchen with a few more basics: coffee, paper towels, oil and vinegar. Etc

We didn't have hot water. This was a great inconvenience Not a good choice for an overnight stay before catching a ferry - rather stay at a hotel with a 24-hour desk. This was our mistake and we felt bad about putting the young woman who waited for us to such inconvenience.

The apartment is spacious, cozy and clean The air conditioning is not cooling, it’s hot, and there’s no fan. We couldn’t sleep well at all.

The property location is right outside the metro, and easy walking reach to historical centre. Central station and museum can be easily reached by metro, but it took couple of times to get used to as at first could not see the lifts and escalators, and it is a very long way up the stairs. Good location to visit Pompeii. The property is very secure and feels safe. Although it still felt a bit cold outside the temperature in the property was right not hot or cold. The owner is easily be contacted in case any difficulties. The roads are very dangerous to cross and even on the green light mopeds zoom through crossing out of nowhere you have to be very vigilant as a lot of scooter drivers ride with one hand on stirring and other with the phone in their hand. In the evenings property's front gate is closed - and it requires a very hard push after entering code to open. Very confusing of where to get tickets at the central station and very hard to find ticket office and although we bought whole week tickets (to avoid the hustle) they stopped working on the second day ( no big issue as station attendants would let you through though). The circumvisuana line was jammed packed to get to Pompeii and on way back a scheduled empty train stopped but would not pick up unless you paid extra 15 euro which we did not and had to wait extra half hour for next one.

The apartment's location was in a great area and in front of the building a cafe and metro station duomo which was very good for us to travel around. Apartment was clean and spacious with good taste. Definitely recommend this. Everything is within walking distance. Great apartment good host good communication.

Superb

Very large for 5 persons. Facilities great. Good location 10 - 15 minute walk to train station. nice street no noise. 3 secure doors from street. Small elevator did the trick with heavy bags. Quiet.

The water pressure. When you everyone is using the shower. The other bathroom shower stops.

The flat is very nice and well decorated, located in a perfect area for those who want to visit the city and its surroundings. Communication with the owner was fantastic and she was always available. There could be more utensils in the kitchen.
