Napajè

The location is great, walking distance to most attractions. Bed was springy and uncomfortable. Pillows were tired and flat. toilet seat was broken. breakfast was medicore.

Location to Centro Historico

Centrally located. Good sized rooms

The room was clean. The Napaje was described as a hotel room. In fact is only a room, in a flat like at airbnb. There is no reception, or any prrofessional staff.

Room is clean. The owner of the place is very nice and hepful. Breakfast is poor and simple. I still waiting for the bill, room rate and city taxe.

I loved the location, the facilities, the good soft beds and all the great accessories to the room/hotel (rooftop terrace, sparkling water tap, bath supplies and so on and free espresso) The BB was newly renovated and e everything looked nice.

Great location, modern and new rooms in historic building. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8, but it was an Italian 8am (closer to 8.30). Thankfully all the breakfast stuff was available for you to serve yourself before 8.30, which was great as we had some early tours booked some of the days. The terrace is beautiful and a morning coffee and croissant out there was an amazing start to the day! It can be a bit tricky to find. We arrived during lunch and the wooden gate was closed. Called the nr on the booking and Giuseppe was friendly and explained easily how to find it. See photo for entry.

Giuseppe was very personable and was very helpful with tips for our stay. Morning breakfasts were lovely with thanks to Shehan. The location was perfect for seeing the sights in Naples. Thanks for a great stay! Some parents don't know how to control their children in the breakfast room ... not the hotel's problem ... but come on parents ... when traveling look around and respect other guests.

We realy enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing! Perfect place to walk around and enjoy Naples streets to feel true Italy. Room was nice and tidy. Also cleaned every day. Breakfast could br better. I would suggest having some hot meals also (eggs, etc)

The location is perfect for walking thru Naples' busy narrow streets. To get to the hotel you pass thru an old courtyard and ride an "historic" elevator, and then enter a very modern hotel unit. The contrast is delightful. The hotel has a terrace off the breakfast room, and the staff serves you at the tables. We traveled thru italy for 3 weeks, and this was the biggest and most pleasant surprise.
