Great location, very comfortable. Ilton is the most courteous and attentive host I have ever stayed with; if you are visiting Naples, this is an incredible location to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – very clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I’ve never seen such a stunning room before – it truly exceeded all my expectations. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is also excellent – very central and close to everything. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome. It is excellently positioned to see the old city, the rooms are spacious and full of character, and the host Ilton is not only courteous, but extremely helpful. He has a genuine interest in making you comfortable and happy. I can't say enough good about him

The suite we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and centrally located to get around Naples. Communication and assistance from the hotel was excellent. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room as it was such a pleasant space to be in to enjoy.

Great location. Nice room. Listing said "Private Bathroom". I assumed it was connected to the room. Had to cross the hallway. Yes, it was private, but not near as convenient as a bathroom adjoining the room. Also, I got the impression it was a hotel with staff always present. It was like an Airbnb. Self check in and check out.

The manager / host / whatever Ilton’s position is amazing , really amiable - he gave us an upgrade and made sure we had everything needed. Right in piazza gesu nuovo, 10 minutes from most of the historical attractions

I spent a few days in this hotel with my 3 young kids and my husband. The location was ideal, at 10-15 min walk of all the key places to visit in Naples. The hotel is extraordinarily calm and quiet which is really appreciated in the heart of Naples. The breakfast was served at time of convenience in the morning, directly in our suite and very fresh (fresh orange juice, croissants and nice cappuccinos). The hotel is also very clean, and convenient. We almost felt at home, especially as the mattresses were of very good quality. The hotel staff, especially Ilton, was extraordinarily helpful with tips, eased taxi orders etc. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family when visiting Naples ! nothing

Exceptional

great location, the room was amazing, we loved the high ceiling and the balcony right on Piazza Gesù. Despite being right on the piazza, we slept very well with no noise!. Communication was fantastic from the team- promptly booked a taxi for us with no issues. I left some things behind in our room and they kindly looked after them until a friend could collect them for me. Thanks so much for having us!

Dimora Donna Elena is a superb, friendly and quiet place. A small boutique hotel in a beautiful palazzo located just a few meters away from the lovely piazza del Gesu and convent Santa Chiara. The perfect location in the heart of old Napoli. A very special thank you to our host Ilton who was so helpful and welcoming. I will recommend this address to all friends visiting Napoli and I’m very much looking forward to staying there again.

If you plan to stay in Napoli, don't miss Dimora Donna Elena. Our stay was beyond expectations as we liked everything about it: a) location (there is plenty of good restaurants literally 30-step away from the building), b) the building itself (it's a monumental palace built in the 18th century), c) the room (spotless with huge bathroom and courtesy drinks) and above all d) Ilton, the host (always available, friendly without be invasive, professional and kind with kids). We'll come back. I wish we could stay longer, I also tried to book it for my next stay in Napoli but it's fully booked already. They deserve the success they're having.
