amazing location and friendly staff

The staff was very sweet, the hotel is located in the best spot. We liked everything very much, and the hot croissants at breakfast were a shock ??

Fantastic location if you are happy to stay in amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, just a short walk to the old town and tourist spots. Don't be put off by the first impression... it looks to be down a dark alley / lane, but that is part of the Napoli charm and once found, it is a lovely oasis of comfort and calm inside and was very quiet at night. Breakfast facilities were a little squished, just a very small room with one table so limited serving times but the host was accommodating and helpful.

The rooms are nicely done. You have to book time in the breakfast lounge (seats four people), so you need to arrange breakfast in advance with Francesca. She did do room service for us on the first morning. Food was fabulous. The hotel was difficult to find, located down a narrow alleyway. The sign was tiny outside the main entrance and consisted only of the hotel logo. We had to ask two people before we were sure that we were in the right place. The elevator is quaint but tiny. This really is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel.

It was a great location because it was walking distance to so many attractions like the national archaeological museum. It was just off a busy shopping street. Also, Francesca provided me with a map and excellent advice on how to spend my time there. When I had some difficulty where it looked like the driver that was booked was unable to come, she was on the phone right away trying to arrange other transportation opportunities. I felt well looked after at this hotel. I had a bit of difficulty the first night figuring out how to use the codes to get access to the building on the buzzer system and then into the actual hotel because I got there after the staff had left. However Francesca was very helpful on the phone helping me with that.

Location was perfect and very walkable with a lot to see and do nearby, staff was extremely helpful and made our stay memorable, rooms were better in person than the photos - big, clean and very well designed. When I come back to Napoli, I will be booking this hotel far in advance.

The breakfast was pretty good. The customer service by the staff was definitely my favorite part. The staff made everything easy from check in to checkout and were very helpful and accommodating. Nothing

Anu was amazing.... answered all our questions, helped us with transport and plans. Room was super clean. The bathroom would be a little more private if there were no gaps at the top and bottom of the door and the door handle was also closed. Otherwise everything was fabulous

A great surprise in a fantastic location. The staff was the best, Anu is very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were quite nice - especially the superior room with the balcony was very comfortable. Location was perfect! We were initially placed in a regular room, although we booked superior and in the regular room there were some hairs in the bedsheets. Also, the breakfast could be with more options aside from pastries. I would consider changing the bathroom doors. Glass sliding door is not the most comfortable thing.

Great location to enjoy Naples. You’re right in the heart of everything Naples has to offer. There are great bars and restaurants in the vicinity too. Hotel is comfortable and the owner is very helpful. The area is vibrant, but sound-proof shutters on the bedroom windows mean that once inside you have a peaceful night sleep! Would recommend.
