B&B Punto Stella

That was a very good stay in a comfortable, super clean and well-located accommodation. The room is stunning and you also have your own large bathroom which is just the next door. Francesco was very nice, helpful and flexible for check-in/check-out. This is a stay you’ll definitely want to come back to

Very secure room, in the historic part of Naples. Francesco the host was very helpful and kind, I was travelling solo and was dropped off by the taxi nearby, but not outside, so I messaged Francesco and he kindly came outside to look out for me, he also arranged for a taxi to pick me up outside of the b and b to go back to the airport, he is a very good host. The room is very lovely, much larger than I expected, with a beautiful chandelier and painting of cherubs on the ceiling, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I Would definitely recommend, it is very good value and secure and very clean too. There is a coffee machine with coffee pods supplied in the room, a very large tv, wifi and air conditioning. The bathroom was large also, with shower gel and shampoo there. The other residents of the building, who I passed at the entrance of the building were pleasant and friendly. There is a handy little supermarket two minutes walk away across the road and little cafe's just five minutes walk away. Ten out of Ten recommendation for this b and b, it is a lovely place and they go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is a good one.

The person we talked too was very kind and responsive. He sent us clear instructions of where to find everything. The place was very clean and had some snacks we enjoyed. Location is pretty central and we did not feel unsafe. Well, maybe is our bad luck but we got the following issue. The place is an enitre apartment with a shared kitchen, a bedroom with a private bathroom and a bedroom without bathroom, so we had to use the bathroom from the hallway, which we could lock but we had to get through the common area to get to it, which is not the real issue. The room we stayed in, the one WITHOUT the red painting, had a layer of glass wall. So, when the other people come to this place, in the other bedroom, and they turn on the light, your room is automatically affected. In our case, our neigubours had the lights on all night in the room and in the hallway so had to sleep with the lights passing tgorugh the glass, which is very annoying. The problem is vice-versa, if we had the lights on, we wouldnhave disturbed the people in the other room. In the picture you can see our light is off but the brightness is very high (the photo is took at 2 AM in the morning)

The bathroom was pretty and the room was pretty and spacious. Dust was visible on the floor due to the floor lighting.

The room is truly beautiful and for two people, it is extremely spacious. The host is super nice and facilities are plentiful - there is a kitchen, some snacks for breakfast are provided and there is a large fridge and a good corree machine in the room. Sometimes, it was quite noisy at night.

The room I stayed in was very spacious, clean and comfortable and in a great location near the metro at Piazza Cavour and an easy walk from the historic centre. It was also nice to have a common kitchen for use :) There is quite some noise from the bikes and cars passing by the window, but this is Naples..

The BnB is in a nicely decorated and renovated apartment. We stayed in the smaller room which isn't as elaborate as the room in the photos, but still comfortable and very spacious. Everything was clean, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the shared kitchen. A full breakfast isn't provided, but there are snacks, cereals and spreads available which was nice. The location is a convenient walk to the museum and historic center, although it's quite a dirty neighborhood with a lot of homeless. We were disappointed to find that the 'private' bathroom for the smaller room is actually accessed through the shared kitchen. It's not very convenient, and not fully private, it should be advertised as a 'private external bathroom'. Also they started to clean our bathroom before we had checked out, so we felt we couldn't use the facilities before we left.

In the case of our room (without the artwork on the wall), the private bathroom isn't really private. To get to it, you have to go through the kitchen.

We’ve had lots of problems. No washing machine and tumble dryer, despite being advertised in the listing because it broke down. They then claimed that the washing machine was a “comfort and not included in the price”. Well the listing clearly states that it’s included in the amenities so we disagree. The host didn’t help us at all when he could offer to take us to the nearby washing place. He told us “it’s not my problem”. Also Hob not working so we couldn’t make breakfast. Toilet very cold due to cold draft coming from the door and the heater in the toilet wasn’t sufficient. No proper shampoo or bath soap provided. The shower was very tiny and as a bigger person I was very uncomfortable using it. Pillows very soft. The only good thing was that the flat was modern, clean and spacious. We’ll be complaining to booking.com.

Access was great. And it was properly cleaned. The way to the building was steep and stone paved. So if you have big luggage, it can be a bit difficult to carry your luggage. But it was manageable as it doesn’t take more than 5-6 min to to get to the building. Also there was no

Nice, clean spacious room and private bathroom (noted that when inside the room there are a few steps to enter the bathroom). Great location, near Cavour station and in a walking distance to the center of the city. Well luminated entrance from the street. The owner was really helpful and easily reachable. The breakfast provided was very simple and insufficient for 2 people for the duration of our stay.
