Hotel Bella Napoli

The hotel facilities were basic and not worth the price. The rooms were poorly soundproofed; you could hear people talking in the hallways at night. The breakfast staff were not very welcoming to the guests.

The room was small and the bathroom was a little musty. It was fine for us as we were only there one night and it was a less than 10 minute ride to the airport. Good for a one night stay if you need to be close to the train station or airport. I did not read the fine print. My fault. But there is no elevtor so if you have a lot of bags not a good choice.

It’s an awful neighborhood, it is scary at day time, terrible at night. Our view was the front of the hotel, all the abandoned buildings right in front. In a small street all dirty with garbage, the only decent looking building in the street , was the hotel entrance.

Near the train station, walking distance of Toledo street. Little old, need some rénovation but the room was very confortable.

The location and accommodations were great. Would stay again nothing

Well renovated hotel close to bus and train station....so in a pretty gritty area, but if you need to walk to a hotel from the main bus or train station late at night, it will be convenient. Very good breakfast, friendly front desk as well as breakfast staff. Perfect for a one night's stay in transition to the islands.

We got there and left; did not even check in. It was TERRIBLE. The location is extremely unsafe and completely sketchy. Everything. We arrived, saw it and immediately left. Did not check in.

Very easy walk from Naples train station, but sketchy part of town- no problems, though (quite a bit of night-time noise on the street directly below our room). The included breakfast was outstanding: staff very pleasant and the food was excellent; room was immaculate and although small, very comfortable. In room coffee/tea and small snacks with small fridge appreciated. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy many sites in Naples- castle, other sites well worth visiting- certainly not the fault of this nice little hotel.

The neighborhood is not the best, speaking about luxury stuff. We didn't have any problem but you can find homeless people sleeping in the floor and trash everywhere. Apart of that, the rest is fine

Super convenient location for traveling by train. Good for a single night, felt like good value for the price. Staff was nice. Shower drain didn’t drain so bathroom floods of the shower runs longer than about 1 month. Room not clean when arrived at 2:00 the normal check in time, had to wait about 1.5hrs to check in and Baggage storage was limited. Breakfast was AWFUL. Pastries seemed days old and fruit was weird colors and mushy looking. Uncomfortable bed.

The guy at the front was very helpful. Very kind and patient. We are grateful he was up so late to check us in. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was a little rough. But we slept fine. Everything was great.

Room size was a bit small

The front desk had a breakfast in a paper bag for our early morning flight. The neighborhood was a little dodgy and we had to climb stairs to get to our room. Not a place for anyone with disabilities.

Location was great, close to subway and train station. Within walking distance for restaurants and shopping. Room was very nice and had all amenities we needed. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was about a 6 minute walk away. They had no elevator but accommodated us by giving us a room on a lower floor as we are seniors. nothing we didn't like

The areas was rough. If you are not fit enough to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Staff was amazing, helpful, kind and efficient. Water pressure and AC were fabulous. No elevator but the staff carried my bags up 3 flights

Budget friendly hotel located just next to the central station. I didn’t expect variety of food for the breakfast and the taste was good. I like design of the room; very modern and luxurious design. Wifi is perfect. Shower is also perfect. The room size was bigger than I thought. All staff are friendly. Black mold at the shower room but it’s a minor. Although it's known as a dangerous area, I didn’t experience any threats. While there are many migrants, police are also present around the station. It seems safe enough for a short stay.
