The only thing is that the shower itself is very small, but that’s to be expected in European cities!

The location is excellent and the apartment is amazing, we absolutely loved the terrace!! Everything was perfect

The location is great. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The old fashioned keys are difficult to deal with. Had to watch a tutorial to learn how to use it, still had problems. The bathroom is tiny, and 2 flights of steps are steep. Not recommended for seniors or people with heavy luggage. The place just didn't feel very happy.

First, the location was fantastic--- on a wonderful piazza with cafes and a lively scene, including music in the evenings, as well as close to many attractions. Despite being in the middle of an active area, my room was quiet. The AC was very welcome, as was the well equipped kitchen (where self-serve breakfast was available) and attached plant-filled outdoor terrace. Common areas were comfy. Finally, check in was easy and welcoming. While the bathroom was clean and had all one needs, the tub and shower could use better maintenance. And for a B&B, it was a tad lonesome--- Angela was welcoming on check-in and promptly helpful via WhatsApp (in Italian), but I never saw her again, or other staff. With no scheduled breakfast, chance to interact with other guests was limited.

Great location ! Places right outside to eat in Piazza Bellini , short walk to national museum and a Michelin star pizzeria which was fantastic! You have to Climb three flights of stairs , wouldn’t want super heavy luggage.

Ideal location, great communication with the host . Large room with a balcony, with old building charm ,bit quirky. Shared kitchen and dining space ,with a large outdoor, terrace, all of which we had to ourselves during our stay . Complimentary coffee ,tea and I might of had a piece of cake or 2 or maybe 3. All in all a very pleasant stay . Nothing that I can think of

Perfect location in thriving square But small trade off for noise from bars Big spacious accommodation

I liked the cleanliness , the options for breakfast , the central location and the price. The lady that owns the place is very friendly. There are some difficulties that future travellers should be aware of. The location is a bit tricky. From the one hand it is as I said in the heart of historical center but piazza Bellini is literally full of people 24/07. There is constant noise , music , random sounds and people shouting. Yes the noise cancellation is good but it becomes too much after a couple of nights. I wouldn’t recommended for light sleepers and people travelling for work. Second it is not a hotel it is basically I big house with 4 rooms which means that most of the time there is nobody there. The first night it was very warm and there was no one to ask on how to turn it off. Additionally they did not reply to my message.

We spent three nights here and it was lovely. It's a big, clean, warm and cosy apartment (turned into a hotel) with high ceilings, nice decor and a beautiful terrace. The location is central and safe, just a few streets away from Spaccanapoli, the metro, and bus stops. It is very quiet and the only noise you will hear is that coming from the square if you open the bedroom window. The bedroom was a good size and the glazed windows and shutters ensured that we got a good night's sleep. Although breakfast is not served, you have free use of the kitchen which is fully equipped. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

Beautiful room with a big window overlooking the square.

Great location. Rather spacious room. Shutters. The door of the closet was stuck, and I put my clothes on the couch. The small table holds refrigerator, so I had to eat on a bedside table. Sunday till 2 am and Tuesday till midnight, the noise from the outside was deafening. You need earbuds to sleep, even after closing the windows and shutters.

The accomandation is amazing and stylish. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished. There are a shared living room, kitchen and big balcony. It's located at place with nice restaurants. Unfortunately, communication with the host was very poor. Definitely suitable for Italians, but not so much for foreigners.

A perfect location. A very clean room. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in n/a

Great location, close to the metro and walking distance to most tourist spots. Kinda annoying to go through opening the door to the building, but that's a minor pickle. Fee for checking in past 9pm

Apartment was nicely decorated, located in historical building, room was spacious with beautiful, functional furniture. Stayed here one week so I got a chance to get to know this area very well. Great location - Piazza Bellini is close to museums, Metro station. A walk distance to Spanish quarters and near to Via Toledo. Surrounded by restaurants, coffees and bars. What its worth to remember - Piazza Bellini is a party square, so if you are not a party person, keeping window open might be challenging, but closed window isolate sound very good. There is live music and parties every night. In opposite side of the square there is a nice, small coffee (Caffè dell'Epoca), where I got my Italian breakfast each morning - coffee and cornetti (croissants), they are amazing there. Next to caffe in Via Port Alba the is Antica Pizzeria Port’Alba, where you can find amazing Pizzas. They state that their pizza place is open since year 1738. I can't confirm on that, but pizza I tried there was amazing. As I also tried famous Napoli L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele pizza, I can confirm that this one was much, much better!

There is a bit of stairs to climb, especially if you have a lot of luggage.
