The location was very strategic and close to many "must see" places.Breakfast was nice and quiet "hommy" while the staff were super friendly and keen to help you the room we had was overpriced - kind of dark and looking inside the building. Further more was super close to the reception and as a result there were noises (breakfast preparations,...) from 7.30

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We found the room spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the wide spread offered at breakfast that we ate on the balcony. Such a lovely stay and experience. Location is excellent, right in the historic center. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay that the Bellini House! The location was excellent. It very close to the Via Toledo, authentic streets with food and shopping, as well as a short walk to many historic sites and the coast! Staff was so helpful for us, providing us with much needed information about the area and recommendations about places to go and things to do and see! Staff had great communication before our stay, was very accommodating to set up our early arrival and made great espresso! The public area was beautiful and clean with many books, maps, seating (both indoor and on the balcony). Highly recommend!

Beautiful view over a quiet courtyard off a busy street. A nice atmosphere and great room with a great breakfast that changed every day.

The room was good size and clean, nice bed. Nice view over the tree tops onto the inaccessible garden below. Good food selection for breakfast. Nice honor bar system. We found 2 great restaurants and shopping, historical sites within walking distance. Hard to locate and access. No lift and poor signage. Professional quality advertising pics definitely made it look better than it was. No access to garden, poor communication regarding shuttle. Was a little worried about neighborhood but turned out fine.

The shower didn't drain properly.

Great location. It overlooks a beautiful garden, so feels like an oasis of calm in the heart of historic Napoli. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Lots of savoury and sweet options. Coffee could have been better! But that's a tiny point given all the positives. Driving and crossing roads in Naples is NOT for the faint of heart!
