very good location A little noisy but it’s to be expected being in the centre of town

Breakfast was very good. The courtyard where you could have breakfast and cocktails and snacks at nice was lovely!

We were upgraded to a huge apartment with balconies. Location is excellent, just a few blocks from the Archeology Museum, from Leopoldo's fabulous gluten-free bakery, the second-hand bookshops near the Dante plaza metro station, and the historic center. Breakfast buffet is wide-ranging, including gluten-free cereals and breads on request.

Not having a second room key (for a couple on vacation with different schedules). Outlets did not keep power to charge equipment when room card is removed.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts were gracious,, lovely people. Marcella provides a beautiful breakfast each morning…fresh and healthy. They were very helpful and kind. Please stay here. You are in for a treat! No reason

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the courtyard so peaceful, staff very helpful and the breakfast excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised by the nice upgrade to one of your apartments upon our arrival. Very spacious, great view of the Bellini area and 2 bathrooms was wonderful! Our first time in Naples and the end of our 2 week trip in Italy. The city is a lot to take in with so much to do and see. It was really nice to step off the busy street and walk into the quiet piazza area of Piazza Bellini. The first night we walked, ate and drank so much around the city that we had a light dinner and wine in the piazza which was wonderful. Breakfast each morning was exceptional with so much to offer. Nothing!

The sower was moldy, room 208, dark.

Love the property, we've stayed several times. The location is good for us, the breakfast is nice, and the room is always comfortably appointed. The courtyard is especially nice in good weather. The staff are very friendly. Our room (508 as I recall) really needs a thorough scrubbing of the shower area -- there is some mold starting on the tiles and well as on the alumunium shower frame. I know housekeeping doesn't have a ton of time, but I think they should note when a deeper clean is needed. Otherwise our room was perfectly clean and comfortable.
-
Only the courtyard. The breakfast was good also Halls had no air conditioning. Smelled like cigarette smoke in our room. We requested a king bed and got two twin beds put together. Mold in bath shower stall. Pretty much like staying at a motel 6 in U.S. Our room was 107. To get to it you took an elevator to 2nd floor, had to cross a walkway to another building and then go down 2 flight of stairs and then walk 200 feet to our room with luggage in tow because there was no elevator to that area. A total fire hazard especially for elderly people. We are in our 70’s.

Everyone was really friendly and very helpful! Apartment layout was great for 4 people. It’s a simple loft apartment with a lot of light and high ceiling. Modern feels and clean. Feel safe around the area. Close and walking distance to many restaurants and Duomo. Lucky that we saw the Pope while he was visiting the Duomo close by. 20 mins walk to pizza de Michelle which we did not like …. Bed upstairs was too hard for us.
-
Great hotel, beautiful courtyard for breakfast, food or just a nice drink and relaxation! Great staff, very helpful in suggesting tours, sightseeing and restaurants in the area! Would definitely stay here again!! Nothing…perfect!
-
Staff , cleanliness, location and breakfast The scent that was in the room when I arrived. The staff quickly took care of the scent upon request. I have allergies to scents so it was greatly appreciated!
-
Location and nice breakfast. Staff who ran bar were friendly Location of room and having to take luggage a full flight of stairs. There was no AC even though it states they have AC Beds were uncomfortable
-
We did not understand to do this and so it was a very hard bed and flat pillows. The hotel is quite beautiful the staff is very helpful. The bed was very hard and the pillows were very flat.
-
We had to leave at 7sm for airport and the bsg breakfast we were given was disappointing. Apple and piece of cake?

Everything was good except that the heating and cooling system is centralized and cannot be controlled from the room. According to the reception staff, the system is only turned on starting June 1. However, we stayed at the end of April, and the nights were very hot, and it was not possible to turn on the air conditioning, which caused serious discomfort.
