Roomy, clean facility. The stairs were a bit inconvenient but manageable. I appreciated the teapot. The breakfast was good, with a selection of fresh fruit, though unfortunately, I had time for it only one of three days. A taxi was arranged for me when I had to leave for the airport early, which was very helpful. The only way I could use the hairdryer was by holding the plug in position in the socket with one hand. Otherwise the power didn't go through.

Very important to know the exact arrival time, other way you can not get in, also check the photos how the entrance looks, as nothing is written outside, also the bedroom is not in the same level, need to climb about 13 steps

The staff was lovely and the room was great. The only thing I could wish were different was that there was not an elevator and after hours on our feet sightseeing all those stairs were daunting.

We like everything about the property and the gracious host Pio. He waited for us and watched for us coming to property from the balcony and we feel right at home in Napoli . The location is 10/10. We feel safe and even though we are on the busy and bustling area but once we closed the window and door nothing much got through . The bed is comfortable . The apartment is super clean with all the necessities. And the breakfast Pio went out of his way to make breakfast more special . His cappuccino is super good . In summary we gave Pio’s place 10/10. The place made our holiday more memorable ❤️

Pio welcomed us with his iconic smile at our earliest arrival. The family house is clean, spacious and cozy, with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The balcony looks into a music school with a historical street below. He would make coffee and prepare breakfast himself for us every morning. The best experience staying at an B&B.

The building was very difficult to locate. And our stay was to include breakfast, we did have a very early flight to get, but it would have been nice if something had been left out even a couple of pastries for us to have a bite before we left.

Location is great. The upper part of the room is without any facilities such as faucets or toilet.

Everything was amazing - from location and the size of the room to breakfast and common area.

Air conditioner was not strong enough

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Very quiet despite busy street outside. For people like myself who need the toilet a few times in the night, having the bed upstairs and the bathroom downstairs was a bit daunting.

Location You have to walk up four flights of stairs. This was not noted in advertisement. Neighborhood is a little sketchy. We had a gay flag waving out of our window. Would’ve been nice to know before we got there.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, nice clean apartment, tasty breakfast and cofee, helpful host. Great accommodation!!

At first when I saw the area, I was a bit scared because of graffiti everywhere in the streets and surrounding areas. But after exploring the area the following day, I realised that it was indeed a safe place to stay. Although the unit is located on the 2nd level and without any elevator, the staff member assisted us in bringing our luggage up the steps and again upon checking out, Pio, was kind enough to call a cab for us and brought our luggage down the steps. It was a very pleasant stay and we had a great breakfast which Pio so kindly prepared for us. I would not hesitate to book another stay at this beautiful B n B premises. ??? Nothing

Our stay at B&B II Conservatorio Hotel was absolutely superb! The hosts/owners were incredibly accommodating, kind, and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home throughout our visit. The warm hospitality, combined with the cozy ambiance, made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended! None

Our host was wonderful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, by waiting back when we were late to arrive, helped us with our luggage up the stairs, and made us a wonderful espresso to go with our continental breakfast in the morning! The rooms are spacious with extra touches of snacks and tea and coffee facilitates. The location in old town is excellent. It was a little hard to reach given how centre it is in old town, however that's the trade you make for a location like this!

Great location, v friendly & helpful staff, good facilities Really easy access to the Metro A lift would have been nice. Access for elderly or disabled would be nearly impossible

The hotel is located near the conservatory. The owner met us. Checked us in quickly. The hotel had a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.
