Location was central. Clean tidy Room. All required facilities available in the room . Owner made contact on a few occasions while I was there. No lift was an issue for me. I was on the 5th Floor.

I was there a week, and despite my request, they did not replace the sheets and towels , the room size is not 320 square fit but about 60 square fit, the view is a building and you can see a spot of the sea if you really try.the shower is very small.

Super manager, answered all questions very quickly. Check-in was late, but everything was 100% prepared. Good location. I would add a glass of wine.)))

The apartment was very clean and perfectly as depicted in photos. The host who came to check us inn was very punctual and helpful throughout our stay. We had a good 4 days stay at Ale & Tizy House.

The kitchen needs to rearrange some appliances to avoid moving the microwave and the stove.

Good location. Small studio, but enough space for 3-4 people, the beds were comfortable. Everything was new and clean (inside the studio, not the building I mean..:). The kitchen was ready for use, Luigi was very helpful. Centro storico, piazza Garibaldi, duomo, Castel Nuovo, Castel d'ovo were all very close, I loved the streets around. Very fast internet. The shower is a bit small. There's not much space for the dress/suitcases. Theres not much space in the kitchen for preparing big meals (but it's well equipped).

The location is great, walking distance from everywhere. We were very comfortable. Luigi is a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make our stay great, share tips and recommendations and even accommodate our schedule. And all with a smiling face! The place itself is comfortable and is easily accessible by public transport. The AC was malfunctioning from time to time but nothing that was unmanageable.

the staff is very nice, help us to carry the luggage for 5 floors the neighbourhood nearby very old and unhygienic, the unit is located on the fifth floor, theres no any elevator in the building, the hot water supply in the bathroom is unstable, the kettle is not working
