Everything was great, location, facilities, price, cleanliness, communication The only thing was that washroom did not have ventilation. Not a very strong scent but would have been PERFECT with the ventilation.

The surrounding location

The location was very close to metro station , port and many more . It does not have air conditioning and it gets pretty hot in the rooms , and if you want to sleep with the open windows it is very loud outside .( airplanes, motorcycles etc)

Second time staying here. I booked it because I like it, and it is conveniently located near port, train station, and bus stop to airport. I stayed in a different room, this one was smaller, but again everything was perfect. AC was great, linens and settings are in proper order, and the private bathroom was updated and perfect. Nothing to report.

Perfect apartments. Everything is clean and in impeccable order. Prime location for train stations (8-15 mins walk) and airport bus (walk to port, 6 mins away). I had to leave early, so it did not change my plans, but 10am checkout is wild.

Shiny clean. There is an equipped kitchen in the common area. It’s nice to have cup of hot tea in the evening. When we stay, the weather was cold and rainy. What a nice surprise it was to walk into the apartment and find the heater on. Location is safe, Duomo di Napoli and famous Christmas alley just 10 min away. Check in instructions are very clear and precise. Bed is comfy. It’s a bit noisy outside but this is Naples. City is living its own life. There is no elevator in the building.

Location, personnel, cleaning, bathroom, price balance, the instructions for check-in was perfect. Only the bed was super uncomfortable. At normally bed is not important for 2 nights accommodation. But I have to say that bed was really bad. Rest was perfect.

Apartment is amazing, so close to everything, basically in the city center, we walked to all interesting places. Hosts are fantastic guys, very nice and helpful, gave us many information, suggestions where to go/what to see and we would definitely come back again!

Excellent central location, clean, comfortable bed room was cold, heating was insufficient, laughable door security (ancient rudimentary keys/locks), shared bathroom meant we often had to wait for others for showers, old windows that didn't block the outside noise at all; very small shower

The room was huge and it had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The place was super clean as well and close to everything.

The location of the flat was very convenient and easy to find. The instructions I received from the host were clear to follow. It was a 15min walk from the train station and close to little shops and cafes around. Our room was facing one of the smaller streets which meant it was quiet in the night. The apartment was spacious and clean, the shared living room & kitchen area was well equipped (with coffee for a good start of the day!) and the bathroom was also very comfortable. I definitely recommend Marcanto Guesthouse! The only thing I would mention here is having more trust in your guests :). The tourist tax (6 EUR per person) that has to be paid in cash upon arrival, had to be left in the mailbox in the living room. Not having exact change, I left a 10 EUR note upon arrival as instructed, and informed our host I'd leave the remaining 2 EUR the next day. Around 1 pm the next day, the host messaged me asking whether I had already left the 2 EUR. Having arrived at 11 pm the night before and staying only for 2 nights (including the night of the arrival), we wanted to make the most of our time in Naples by leaving to explore after breakfast. I didn't realize I was expected to go find change first thing in the morning ;). Either way, we enjoyed our short stay there.

Staff, keeping contact and location are good one. Good size common area too and clean. I give solid 8, pay 40€/night. Think it's worth that money. Noisy, everything outside street's sounds so clearly inside, same thing with other rooms. Room locks ? are ridiculously light. ?

It is very clean, new and nicely done! In the heart of the historic center.

Easy entry, good communication, has everything that is listed The building and the neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but the apartment itself is nice

Everything was perfect! Been there for 2 nights and everything was fine, lot of restaurant's and facilities are nearby. Accommodation was clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom was cool too. Metro station Duomo is few minutes from here. Thanks for everything! FORZA NAPOLI SEMPRE!
