Good location to main attractions and easy to walk to most places. The included breakfast had a lot of choices and was good. The room had a mini fridge but no coffee maker or kettle

Loved the location of the property. Just a few minutes from the Centro Storico, but also far enough where it is easy to drive into the area without getting into crazy traffic. It is close to the port and about 5-10 minute walk from the Duomo metro that can take you all around town.

The hotel is at the far end of the strip. We had to walk a good distance to get to the action part of Naples. The breakfast was good. The hotel and staff were helpful. Parking is an issue. You need to book a garage at the same time you are booking a hotel. The garage we kept our car was not open in the morning when we needed it and so we had to rent another car for that day to keep to our scheduled excursion.

They offered us a valet parking. Staff were really trying to make sure we were comfortable. Bedsheets had some blood stains - we got new clean ones after complaining. Got some bonus cookies from the concierge too. Thanks!

Staff is great, room was clean and modern, though small. Rooftop terrace gives fantastic view of city and seaport. Close to ferries and cruise port. Lack of restaurants nearby and a tiny bit sketchy, even for Napes. Never felt unsafe, but didn't feel comfortable either. A bit from city center.

The location was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Had a pleasant experience overall The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, and it would have been better if basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash were provided in the bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions due to its proximity to the Port. However, I was somewhat disappointed during my most recent visit, as it seemed my loyalty was taken lightly and I was initially assigned a very small room. After I expressed my concern, I was then upgraded, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, I noticed that rates have increased, which may warrant consideration in relation to the hotel's overall offerings. I hope management will take my feedback into account and make appropriate adjustments.
